They do a great job.

We had to schedule out several weeks as this was a busy time of the year, but we were kept informed of where we were on the schedule. When it was our turn, they were very prompt. The men who came to work knew exactly what we needed done and were very pleasant and helpful. They had some ideas of how to use the extra top soil that worked very well. I would definitely call again for any type of work.

On the day of removal the company arrived on time and got to work as soon as the excavator was unloaded. The crew worked for about 3 hours on our beast and finally got it to surrender. Left a massive hole which they graciously back filled for us so it wasn't a hazard. They also hauled away the stump to the dump and a large slab of concrete they found while excavating that we would have never been able to move on our own.

We have been very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this company. They have been communicative, responsive, and above all knowledgeable. It was an extensive landscaping project with many decisions needing to be made--they accommodated our wishes but also didn't hesitate to offer their opinions as to the best approach if a problem occurred or an unexpected decision needed to be made--and their opinions were very often sensible and correct. They have been VERY supportive of our needs. the fence that was built is beautiful, excellent craftsmanship and quality.

We previously got a bid for yard work and paid for the estimate/consult with a Coupon for $90.We did not have the work completed. We needed to revise the work needed so called for another estimate. Rod came out the following week and we did receive an estimate promptly. Currently we are considering the bid.

They came within a day of me contacting them to look at the yard and get a list of what I needed done so they could prioritize the tasks to fit in the 4 hour window I had purchased on Angie's list. Then they came back a couple of days later to do the work, and after they were done our back yard had never looked so good!

Fair. He showed up over 2-hours late with no notice he was running that far behind.

For the slumping driveway, Rod and an assistant recommended against having a heavy truck put in boulders on the steep slope, because that might further damage the driveway. They do not do work of that kind, anyway. For the front yard, to keep it natural-looking as we like, he recommended sowing wildflowers in the sloping area, and planting an arbor vitae in a small area by the front porch. For the lawn, he recommended double-thatching, aeration, over seeding, and fertilization. He sent an estimate for the lawn work, which sounded good, but we decided not to do that this year because of watering and follow-on care requirements. After looking at arbor vitae, and talking with another landscape designer about the wildflower idea, we decided to do something else. The service from Cousins was prompt, courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to contact them for lawn work in the future, but did not care for the landscaping recommendations.

The work was well done. Good communication surrounding schedule and expectations which was nice as we were prepared and aware of when work was to be performed and what needed to be done.

I purchased an hour of consultation from Cousins, as I wanted to hear a professional's thoughts. They came out and I asked a bunch of random questions about their thoughts on some upcoming landscaping plans that I want to do myself. This was definitely worth the consultation, as they steered me in the right direction on how to lay some things out and helped me find some less complicated solutions to some issues I was planning on fixing. Definitely worth the time and money!

The only advice or suggestion provided was to get rid of everything on the bank and throw some wildflower seeds on it. Not much help--they were here about 20 minutes!

They were here on time, as stated. Rod always lets me know when to expect them and who he is sending. The crew is always courteous and gets the job done. I only use Cousins Inc for our landscaping needs.

Bid was made in November, but I decided to have the project done in March. No problem. Work was done in three days and completed to my satisfaction.

Rod and his crew were very good. Great communication and the deck looks great! Other than bad weather delays, the whole process went very well.

I was very pleased with the whole project. Rod Coslett was great about working around my schedule. His crew arrived on time and the project was done in less time than expected. Rod was so good about making sure of what I wanted. They cleaned up my yard very well. I will rehire them for further projects.

Rod and his group were excellent with their work and price. They were also very pleasant and courteous from the beginning to the end. They worked very **** ** very hot days (about 92 degrees). When I came home after the work had been completed, I was very impressed with their excellent work. My family and I keep receiving compliments from my neighbors about their work. One of my neighbors also hired them after seeing my yard. I definitely recommend them to anyone, and I am planning to hire them again to expand my backyard in the near future.

Arrived a short time before appointment, unloaded equipment and were ready to start exactly at time scheduled. Very organized and professional. Job was completed in an efficient and friendly manner. Cleaned up every thing completely after job was completed. Employees were well mannered, professional in both appearance and how they conducted themselves.

Excellent, high quality work by the Cousins team for all of our recent landscaping/excavation/construction projects! Very professional, courteous, prompt in all phases of the projects. Excellent communication all the way around, especially when work didn't go as originally planned, where team worked to create solutions/workarounds to make sure that job got done promptly and with excellent workmanship. End results turned out fantastic, rave reviews from house guests when they see it. Would definitely hire again, A++++ !!!!

Went smoothly and no problems at all. Very dependable and professional job, and friendly to work with.

On work day, he showed up on time with his crew and did the job exactly as quoted. They excavated and installed a brick lined walking path out to my new shop. The job included excavation and disposal of the material removed from the site, installation of a gravel path and brick lining. He had to bring in gravel for fill and used compaction equipment to pack everything down. He then installed a short brick wall and created a driveway for my new shop which also included bringing in several yards of gravel. He and his team did an excellent job on my project and I would certainly hire him again. Many of us have probably had bad experiences with contractors in our past. I have to say, Cousin's Excavating greatly exceeded my expectations! Great job! The finished product was exactly what I wanted and three months later it is still like new. I would recommend Rod for jobs at your home. He won't give you a quote if he can't get the work done. Also, I have three dogs and Rod made sure gates were closed and the site was safe and secure before leaving for the day.

FANTASTIC! I have had other lawn care/landscapers perform the work in the best but have never had the quality of service, fair price and excellent customer service I have received from Cousins. Rod does a great job of communicating throughout the whole process. I found that texting was best and he was responsive, kept me informed of the status of the project and followed up after the job was complete. The cost of the first job (lawn care) was right on the mark and the cost of the 2nd job was less than expected. The job was completed to my satisfaction, Rod and his crew cleaned up any mess and the billing was easy. I have since recommended Cousins to many neighbors and friends in the area and look forward to having more work performed in the future.

The entire job was done by three men in four hours. Rod made sure I understood future problems I might have with my patio and the yard because of the construction next door.
