System Pavers

I am very satisfied with system pavers! Michelle and the hard working and pleasant crew did a beautiful and professional job. They kept me apprised every step of the way and made the whole process very smooth. They were more than willing to change a thing or two if I changed my mind on the design(and I did!) and transformed my yard into a beautiful and maintenance free place. I love it and couldn't be more pleased!!

We nearly forgot to remove the grass between the two sidewalks, but now it is a large, clean area to be beautified! I particularly like the way they filled the edges around the house and cement area. No sudden drop-offs. It took a few days to get all the extra pavers off the lawn, and I'm still learning how to make the solar lights work, but it won't be long. In general, everything went very smoothly.

We had a hill and a very small builders grade patio in our backyard. Working with the team we came up with a design that tripled the size of our area. The results are spectacular. We now have a built in Barbecue/ Wood fired pizza oven and plenty of space to sit and eat outdoors. The crew that did the work was professional and courteous. As we worked the job they consulted us on any changes to the design, and suggested several different ways we could finish. We are incredibly happy with the final result.

I used System Pavers for another job and had such a great experience that I knew I wanted to use them again for my backyard. I have a small incredibly enclosed yard. My townhouse is built into the side of a hill and they yard is also, so there are retaining walls behind as well as one needed to climb to access the yard AND a neighbor’s yard to cross. It was a big hurdle. To get the project started was also a big hurdle. The communication within System Pavers was not good and communication with me was not good. It was unfortunate that it wasn’t smoother; otherwise, my experience would have been 100% great. However, even with the bad communication, I am completely happy with the installation and how it looks. I’m writing this review while sitting here in my new super lovely backyard. My PM Tracy Argo was helpful in some final touches on the design and ensuring me that Saul’s crew was going to be okay with the 7 foot retaining wall and 21x21 inch pavers they were installing. Go big or go home! I am glad I got Tracy as a PM, I’ve already contacted him a few times for little things that I have questions about, such as cleaning and maintenance. Saul’s crew was great also. They were very cool with me watching them and stopping them to make adjustments to the design on the fly. Even when I changed my mind a few times.  They were super respectful and made sure my neighbor’s yard looked as if they hadn’t been trampling through it for a few days. I recommend using these guys. Despite the hiccups in the beginning, they did a great job. I’m happy.

The process went very smoothly. Crew was friendly, accommodating and answered my questions. They were dependable workers and punctual. They took breaks but worked very hard. Michelle answered all of my questions and provided time to review. She had a positive attitude and a pleasure to work with. I love my new driveway! They even completed two weeks early.

I was very impressed with both the Equinox louvered roof system and more importantly, the excellent installation work done by Max Sullivan. The system spans 16 feet from the house to the two support beams and has a motorized control to open and close the louvers as needed. Max did an awesome job of installing the two aluminum support posts directly through the steps of my deck so it looks like it was all original. I could not be more pleased with System Pavers and the excellent work done by Max Sullivan.

Outstanding! From the initial contact through the planning process with Tamera, the excellent overall management by Michelle throughout the entire project, and the artistic/professional craftsmanship of the crew Peter and Roman. This was a difficult project due to the sloped landscape and mature shrubs and trees. The sharp drop-off posed problems with the retaining wall but all of these difficulties were addressed with professional engineering support and consultation. The original estimated time for completion needed to be extended but understandably so. It was a true pleasure working with Tamera, Michelle, Peter, and Roman. Concerns about pallets of materials blocking access to mailbox and neighbor’s drive were quickly alleviated. Cleanup after completion of project was delayed but Michelle persisted and took care of residual pickup expediently. We are extremely proud of the now accessible, beautiful paver landscaping, walkways, steps, landings and small patio now gracing our property. It has added to the appeal and value of our home in many ways. I highly recommend this company if you are considering this type of landscape improvement.

Bob kept me update as to when various parts of the project would take place, when his team would arrive, and when the project would be completed. Eleodoro did a wonderful job building the fire pit. He would get our opinion at various points in the project to ensure that we would be happy with our project. It is beautiful!

Crew and all staff were reliable, professional and highly skilled. The job stayed within original timeline and the worksite was left tidy at the end of each day. Very happy with results.

System Pavers just completed a large project for us - pavers, a retaining wall with LED lights, and turf with a mow strip. We couldn’t be happier with the results - our backyard looks awesome! Our crew was very friendly and polite - we had to coax them to use our deck table and chairs for lunch! They always asked before driving over any part of our lawn, and when they were done they filled a small depression with soil and re-seeded it. At the beginning of the project we asked to have a clothesline pole re-installed, and they realized it would detract from their work so they left it until the very end when it became clear they were right. Everything was done very professionally. Our project manager checked in on the progress often, and was always available via text anytime we had a question or concern. A lot of dust was created, and they made sure to wash off the entire deck when they were done. We do a lot of work ourselves, but this kind of project really benefits from having professionals do the work. We know we won’t be re-leveling the pavers in a couple years like we probably would if we had installed them ourselves. The payment process was easy, and final payment was not due until a complete walk-thru after work was complete. Yes, it’s an investment, but well worth it.

Andy gave us a great design and help with selecting the right pavers for our project. Jeff as project manager was hands on and available as he keep our project moving. And the crew was wonderful, especially Enrique. Respectful, hard working and dedicated to getting the details right. They are laborers and craftsmen all in one. We rarely give out a 5 star rating for anything unless it is absolutely perfect with not even any minor issues. That is just not possible with such a complex project that we requested. We are Definitely recommending SP to our close friends and neighbors.

Michelle Pedersen, my project manager was very efficient and answered any questions we had and solved them quickly. She was available and friendly, was enjoyable, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Overall, very satisfied. The entire project went smoothly and was fully completed within three days- as promised. I am impressed with the quality of materials, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and courteousness of their entire staff. System Pavers are not inexpensive but you pay for what you get: professionalism, quality and getting things done right the first time.

The crew were prompt and had the most energetic crew that I've ever observed. The crew was polite and needed absolutely no supervision. The management representative inspected the work daily and always consulted with me to assure that I was completely satisfied. I cannot imagine that there is a better service in the entire state !!

System Pavers did a fabulous job of our fire pit and wall seat. From the planning stages through to the final sign off the team were professional, efficient and produced high quality work. The crew worked tirelessly and the work was completed before it was even scheduled to start! I would definitely recommend.

Great Job! The quality of work from system pavers was even better than we expected and matched up with what they said would be the result. Very good people that were on top of the project and communicated to us clearly on what was going on during the entire process from start to finish. Very professional approach to the business and clear in what they were doing made it a painless project. We are very happy with the design as we worked on it with Wade and he was able to grasp what we wanted and did not try to control the design and was patient with us in finalizing it. The quality of work met our expectations and more. It was nice working with such a professional team.

We want to leave a shout out for System Pavers! Bob and his crew transformed our small and somewhat disgraceful looking deck and backyard into an extremely nice area! You know when your dog doesn’t want to go into the back yard that something is wrong. Our little dog hated the grass (if it could really be called grass). Now our dog seems to enjoy going outside and is not afraid to walk on the great looking turf! We are proud to have friends and family come over and instead of avoiding the deck and backyard, we enjoy showing off the patio and the workmanship Bob and his hard working crew did. Thank you Paver System for rescuing our back yard and giving us a fully functional entertaining area!

Very good, the team they had on our job were wonderful. Worked long hours and had it done 3 days. We couldn't be happier.

System Pavers replaced the ugly asphalt drive and plastic picket fence that came with our new lakehouse with Alpine Stone pavers and an 18"-high wall with built-in lighting under the capstones. It was a pretty big project (1500 sq. feet) and they finished it in about 2 weeks. We had them incorporate several large upright stones along the wall, and the crew did a great job cutting the bricks to fit tightly. The final result is stunning. The crew (Roman and Peter) were perfectionists in terms of getting the lines straight and the ground level, and creating a pleasing pattern with the pavers. I was skeptical at first regarding the pace of progress, but the groundwork was necessary and work picked up quickly towards the end. My wife and I were persistent and encouraging with regards to our vision, and that seemed important; if you are picky, stay involved along the way so that you get exactly what you want. During the walk-through, I had five items I wanted done before releasing final payment and they completed all of them promptly. The project is pricey. However, I valued that a dedicated project manager (Michelle) and designer (Alan) held the crew accountable, that SV provided a convenient online tracking and payment system, and the work comes with a 25-year warrantee.

We are so pleased with the transformation System Pavers made in our yard. We replaced a wooden deck with a beautiful patio. Our project manager, Michelle, was so knowledgeable and creative. She was involved each day of the installation, adding great input to our plan, and oversaw every step, including a correction that had to be made. The installers were courteous, prompt and completed our project in a timely manner. The pictures below are prior to sealing the pavers when the dry weather comes. We would definitely use System Pavers again, and look forward to enjoying our new yard for years and years!

Project Manager was very accommodating to all of my project needs. She checked in daily onsite and with phone calls. The crew was very respectful and kind. Hard working individuals and even worked through inclement weather conditions. I am very happy with the work and I especially like the 25 year warranty; it provides confidence in my investment. I am looking forward to getting outside and enjoying my pavers and their low maintenance. This was the best solution to fit our needs and a beautiful long term enhancement to my home. I have already received allot of compliments!

What a product! What a team! After spending several years in Germany and researching for the past 4 years for paver bricks to replace my aging driveway, I chose System Pavers. I did this after watch them install pavers in our neighborhood. The prep stage coupled with the exact positioning of detailed design convinced me. This was a quality organization. The sales rep Brian was fully knowledgeable and suggested the necessary designs that created an excellent product and pricing options. But! The computer-generated example of our driveway with paving bricks sold us. Then our project manager Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Her concern and daily visits voided any misunderstandings and allowed us to amend the project. She and her team of roman and Peter went well above standards to insure our needs were met. Their attitude to safe guard our landscaping and clear up any work debris was outstanding. All questions presented to the main office were answered quickly (Jessi) allowing us to make immediate decisions to expand our project. Outstanding communications at all levels! System Pavers turned my house from excellent cub appeal to "OUTSTANDING CURB APPEAL" and we highly recommend System Pavers.
