Every element of our project was performed perfectly and on time from the initial design concept drawn by Todd King; Anthony Davis’ supervision and management of the project with refinements to the design concept, timely oversight during the build, immediate responses to questions during the build, and assurance of quality in the finished project; and, through the beautiful, expert build by Jose and his, on time, accomplished, and hardworking crew. The work area was always cleaned up at the end of each day and ready for the next day We could not be more pleased. The retaining wall is beautiful as is the whole space. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone who truly wants high quality work for their investment.

I am writing this review to thank your company, System Pavers, for a well done on removing my existing home front-entrance concrete walkway and replacing with concrete paving stones. Within the one-week time frame of the project, your company showed diligence and dedication to finish work on time and communicate enthusiasm regarding all aspects of my project. All your employees I had personal contact with performed professionally and were enthusiastic about my project. I want to call out two individuals who specifically made my life easier, they would be Lori Goodwin our design consultant who designed our project and Anthony Davis our Project Manager who in my opinion performed above and beyond my expectations. Anthony visited the job site almost every day, even on the weekend the sub-contractors were working. Even though there were a few challenges encountered during the project, your company was able to maintain the efficiency of the process. Your attention to the specifics of the construction as well as proper scheduling was remarkable, resulting in a job well done.

Robert & Anthony were terrific in helping us navigate our backyard remodel. We originally were looking at replacing our deck but found that due to environmental restrictions in our area we would not be able to replace it without substantial costs. We turned to System Pavers and had a meeting with Robert within a few days of first contacting them. He worked with us to find a solution that fit our budget and designed a proposal that same day. We were able to alter the design to perfect it and had it scheduled within about 6 weeks. They actually started the job about 2 weeks early and were completed before they were even supposed to start! Extremely pleased with the final outcome.

System Pavers responded in a timely fashion after our first contact. The design consultant was thorough and helpful, suggesting lights and some color be added to our mostly-gray design. Within days of the design being drawn up in late July, a contract was signed. Within days of that, our project was tentatively scheduled to start in mid-November, with the possibility of the schedule being advanced. It was. A pre-construction walk-through with the project manager was scheduled for mid-October. When materials were ordered the following week, we found that our choice of blocks for the retaining wall was no longer available. Reasonable alternatives were offered. Construction began a week later at the end of October. Materials were piled on the sidewalk and in available space in the yard. We granted permission to put some materials in our garage. The construction area was marked with yellow safety tape for Halloween. A week later, substantial progress had been made on the driveway and adjacent walks--enough so that we could see some changes would be needed. We talked with Tracy, our construction manager, about the patterns and colors we expected and appropriate changes were made immediately and without complaint. One day there was a bit of excitement in the neighborhood when the unexpectedly shallow natural gas line was punctured. It was repaired and buried deeper. We weren't home at the time, but the incident seemed to have been appropriately handled. Cleanup was very thorough, but the unused materials remained on the sidewalk for several days after the paver work was completed. There was also a little bit of confusion regarding what hose nozzle belonged to whom. The project was completed by the original proposed starting date. Shortly after, the light controller became inoperative. It was quickly replaced. The end result was exactly what we hoped for, Some months later, we are still very happy with it. The price was higher than the upper end of paver job estimators on the web, but we expected a quality no-hassle job from System Pavers, and they delivered. Responsiveness has been downgraded slightly because our design consultant has made himself scarce except for necessary communication. We wanted to show off the project and thank him for the suggestion to add some color.

We had System Pavers build us new front stairs and a pathway up to the house, as well as install some stair lighting, path lights, and landscape lights. The process was thorough and informative. At every point we felt we could easily contact our consultant Lori or foremen (Anthony and Andrew) to get quick answers, and we trusted their expertise. Our new stairs and path have made guest entry to our home so much safer and more welcoming. The crews did great work and the foremen checked in regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan. We'd recommend System Pavers without reservation!

Very well. They installed a new paver stone patio with a fire pit and seating wall. Very beautiful. Michelle, the Project Manager, came out a few times to inspect for flaws and spotted a few that I had missed. Very quick install and the few flaws were repaired quickly and efficiently.

We hired System Pavers to install landscape lighting to our yard in early December of last year. We first spoke with their Reps at the Tacoma Dome holiday show and were interested in getting a bid to transform an area of our backyard from landscape rock to artificial turf for our two beagles. We wanted an area they could enjoy but would be low maintenance while still having a well kept appearance. A week or so after the holiday show, Kirk from System Pavers met with us to discuss this project and show us the possibilities and costs involved. Kirk even generated a colored diagram of our yard layout and a rendition of what the completed project could look like. This was very helpful in visualizing what we were contemplating. During the discussion he pointed out what a huge difference landscape lighting would make and also highlighted a special package their company was offering. Both my wife and I had talked previously about doing this but didn’t realize that System Pavers did this kind of work. Since the dogs would mostly be inside for the winter months, we decided to postpone the turf project until summer and take advantage of the savings that System Pavers was offering on the lighting package. Kirk got us in touch with their coordinator for this project (Andrew) and we met with him at our home to discuss layout. I was concerned it might be difficult to do this during the rain and freezing weather, but he assured us that it would not be a problem. Andrew kept in constant contact with us by email and cellphone during the weeks before the project began to address several questions I had about fixtures, installation and specific hazards like not disturbing our underground sprinkler system. Satisfied with the plan Andrew sketched out for our backyard, we set an installation date before Christmas. Andrew,Brian and Brice showed up on a rainy December day and we discussed the installation process and covered a few minor concerns I had. Brian was friendly, listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. You could tell that he and Brice had a lot of experience with different types of projects. The two of them had most of the work completed on day one and finished on the next day. This project involved about 13 lighting fixtures to define the backyard perimeter, 8 fixtures to illuminate four trees, and about 6 fixtures to show off a water feature near our patio. The work involved running a couple hundred feet of wire under our fence line and lawn as well as navigating under three concrete rings that surrounds three of the trees. Brian and Brice also had to hide wire in the stone work of our pond and make a small cut across our sidewalk to conceal the wire that connects to the control box at our desired location which was out of sight on the side of our home. By the way, this controller is Wi-Fi capable and with Brian’s help I connected my I-phone to it in just a few minutes. The app associated with this controller is very intuitive and offers several options for programming our system. I opted for the “astronomical setting and fine tuned it a little so that the lights would come on a half hour after sunset and go off an hour before sunrise. As far as costs, we added some fixtures to the original package for a nominal amount and were so pleased with the result that we decided to have them come back in early January and light up three trees in our front yard with an additional controller which worked off the same Wi-Fi app. We couldn’t be more pleased with the investment we made. The attention to our concerns by Kirk,Andrew,Brian and Brice gave us the confidence, that the installation would be professional. That it would be completed in a timely fashion and would be very low maintenance and electrical cost as all the fixtures are LED. Also, the warranty that System Pavers offers, gives us the peace of mind that any issues that may come up will be just a phone call away from resolution. Given our experience with them on this lighting project, we will have no reservations about the artificial turf project in the future. It’s kind of ironic that we hired a company whose specialty is paving stone projects, to do lighting and potentially artificial turf. We didn’t need pavers as our home has concrete sidewalks on each side and a large concrete patio off the back. Anyway, I think it just shows that System Pavers can offer a vast range of services for improving your outdoor environment. Professional, responsive, very enjoyable.

Everything went great, we added the putting green just before they got started. They took it in stride and did a Great Job. Weather did hamper a couple days of work but it got done in a timely manner.

We are very pleased with the finished project and with Michelle and her crew. I would use this crew again. Timely, professional work and neat work area. We love the stone paver look. Reminds us of our time living in Europe.

The process went very smoothly and there was only a slight delay due to weather. Michelle did a wonderful job managing the site and Marcos and Nicos were highly skilled and, very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you as well to Kirk who helped with the design. We love the way it turned out!

Chris, Michelle and the team at System Pavers were a delight to work with on our front walkway, side yard and backyard project. The project and stone work looks fantastic and are waiting to see how the SP Turf looks in the summer time with our backyard activities. They removed the uneven and broken concrete. The crew was good, friendly and hard working. Project manager was friendly, communicative, and helful during entire project. Work was completed ahead of schedule. The finished project is beautiful and solved our problem of hazardous driveway-walkway transition. We would recommend system pavers, our neighbors are already interested!

This was the second job that System Pavers has done for me. They did a large patio and driveway project for me three years ago, and although this job was a small one, they told me: once a System Pavers customer, always a System Pavers customer. On both jobs, their professionalism and quality of work were over the top. When they encountered unforeseen problems, they solved them with no hesitation or hassle.

They were booked up, but the job was well worth the wait once done. Excellent job.

It went great! Our project Manager, Michelle, is System Paver's secret weapon! It was so nice to work with someone that understood the importance of tying a project into it's surroundings and not just laying down a patio because someone said, "put it here". She was wonderful and so was the crew under her direction. We love the resulting patio, walkway and lighting!

I had System Pavers do a medium size project for me. It consisted of a custom fire & water feature as well as sitting area and a 6’ diameter wood burning fire pit, as well as a cedar bark playground for the kids and lawn edging. Let me say that the end result is spectacular. As with any project of this size and scope there where ups and downs, however the team at System Pavers did work through all of the issues and with a positive results. I give most of the credit of this job going smooth to Michelle Pederson our Project Manager (ask for her on your project). She was always professional with me and my wife and made the project go as smooth as it could. She also changed several things along the way and the changes that she made where spot on and made the over all project that much better. This fire and water feature really tested their ability to build functional custom pieces, and after several months of resolving several small issues that arise in custom pieces Rob and Cameron did a great job on the craftsmanship. This company may not be the cheapest out there – but they are worth the spend not only with the warranty you get but quality of workmanship and professionalism, but the designing aspect as well. Not only would I recommend them – they will have first chance at my outdoor kitchen plans in 2 years. (and yes that is rust on the water as they are metal plates and we went for that natural patina look)

Project from start to finish was top notch. I am very very pleased with the finished product and the Warranty for the future. Everyone that worked on the project from my Sales Person, to my Project Manager -Jeff - and the two men that tore out the old and created the new, was very professional. The new walk way made such an improvement in curb appeal not to mention eliminating a major hazard for accidents. Worth every penny.

I would definitely use this company again. The communication with the project lead was excellent. She visited the work site every day and was available via text at anytime-even over the weekend. The install crew were great, very personable and extremely hard working. They came every day and worked on Saturdays. They took care of our property and addressed all of our questions. There is a 25-year guarantee on materials and labor!

It is fabulous. We considered a cement patio but because we had so much trouble finding somebody we remembered that this was an option. I am so glad we did this. They did everything - took out the old horrible mess we had and put in a beautiful new feature for our home. This included digging all of the old stuff out, levelling the area, putting down base layers. The whole deal and it was all included in the price
