Overall the project went very well. We did have a few minor issues that needed to be corrected. These were handled with the utmost professionalism and done in a timely manner. Nothing to be alarmed about, and I would say almost any project is probably going to need some little changes at some point. This was an expensive project for us, but we did get a lot for our money, and it will definitely add to our property's value.

They are all true professionals that provide quality work. The brick layers did a fabulous job and made adjustments along the way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their custom work. The project manager was always available to answer questions and mitigate any changes made by the customer. The project was completed in a timely manner and the crew made sure the job site was left clean. We highly recommend this company and plan to do future projects with them.

Systems Pavers did a fantastic job with our patio areas and fire pit from design to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were top notch. Our project manager Michelle and her team were fantastic and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Working with her and her team was very reassuring and comfortable. A QA team came out when it was done as well to insure everything was up to their standards. Overall it was a great experience and we would have them again for future projects.

Then had the pleasure of working with the Project Manager, Rob who brought in a great team of workers who completed the job to perfection. Beautiful. The crew was fantastic and Project Manager Bryce was a terrific asset. I planned to build a Costco outdoor pavilion after paver installation but wanted to pre-install concrete footings and trench in electrical cable for lights, receptacles and ceiling fan, prior to the pavers going down. Bryce and his team gave me ample time and some assistance to make my vision come true. Our sales associate Kirk made great suggestions regarding colors, borders and additional low voltage lights. We could not be happier. This has transformed our backyard and given us a long awaited retreat ... any time of day or evening. Thank you System Pavers.

System Pavers put in a new patio for us. We love the new outdoor look. They took up our old concrete and created a design that fits our backyard. They also took out our steps and replaced them with blocks and pavers with a light package. The entire process was very professional from the sales person to the installation. We asked them to come back and redo a mitered corner of the steps. They came back and fixed it more to our liking.

System Pavers recently completed a third project on our house (artificial grass/turf), and we have been completely satisfied with the customer service and work done on all three. Last year, we had System Pavers do two projects for us: a complete driveway (1,000+ square feet) and outdoor lighting in front. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the designer and project manager, as well as the fast and efficient work of their crew, that we invited them back later that year to put in a pergola over a new deck we were building. The wife and I were so happy with their work, we decided to install more pavers and artificial grass on the side of our house this year. We are planning to have them install outdoor lighting in the back next year. I joke that we will keep inviting them back each spring until all of our outside projects are done. The only downside to System Pavers is that the work is expensive, but like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. The quality of the product is amazing, and we have been treated extremely well over the past two years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The work went well. The concrete removal took some time as the tickness of the slab was more than expected. The preparation of the ground before laying down the paver took some time as the installers made a great effort to even out the ground and make it slope for water drainage. The paver work itself went quickly.

Excellent. Chris/sales mgr and Jacob/construction supervisor were very professional. Jacobs crew was excellent. They did a beautiful job and quality workmanship. They finished the work on time and left our home with no mess. We are so pleased that we used System Pavers. I’ll let the pictures tell the story. Thank you Chris &Jacob. Job well done. We've been wanting to take on a project for our front yard for quite some time and finally were ready to get rid of our deck that was falling apart. We also wanted to create some extra space for our children to play around. But we were not sure of what we entirely wanted or what the design vision would be. System Pavers sent their design consultant Todd King, and he was very thorough and well prepared and gave us the break down of their construction processes and gave us many examples of their work via a portfolio. He also then invited us to their Redmond office to check out paver examples in their studio and to review the design he had prepared for us without shelling out design fees upfront before we could see the design and get a price quote. We ultimately ended up choosing System Pavers mainly due to their extensive 25 year warranty compared to other paver companies we consulted with. The warranty is so good that you can pass on to the next home owner if you decide to sell your home. We were also excited for our design and front yard transformation. We were also able to get a construction start date relatively soon which was also another bonus! Once the crew came, they started right away with demolition of our deck, and continued with the rest of the existing pavement, and even got rid of our front door steps where the door and steps are no longer used. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about the pavers. They were also very flexible with dealing with anything that came up during the job. We did run into some grading issues but Todd and Anthony Davis our Project Manager handled these issues seamlessly and were able to remedy and come up with a solution to handle it. Of course with any construction job, there are unforeseen issues that come up but we were glad we were well taken care of to help minimize any extra costs. System Pavers design, construction, and project management cannot be beat! We are so glad we chose them and know we will be in good hands if and when we run into any future issues. We can now enjoy our beautiful outdoor space and our children have room to play on the pavers and run around the turf! Thank you System Pavers!

We had System Pavers install an outdoor firepit a few years ago and we were so amazed by their work we asked them if they installed RV Pads. At first, we were reluctant to use pavers as we were concerned about the weight of the RV, but wanted to coordinate the look of the Firepit with the RV Pad. System Pavers reassured us that they have constructed numerous RV pads in the past and that the integrity of the underlaying base and pavers would support our 40-foot Class A Motorhome. As a part of our project we also had them replace a portion of our cracked concrete driveway with pavers. We were impressed by the construction and underlying ‘base’ they built up prior to laying the pavers. The Project Manager, Jacob G. was excellent to work with. He was in constant communication with the crew and kept us informed at every stage of the construction. We were free to reach out to him anytime via text/phone/email and he was on site everyday to ensure the project was running smoothly. Jacob had the due diligence to request the ‘as built’ on our home from county records so he could review the septic layout in our yard. The project was completed ahead of schedule and to a level of quality that exceeded our expectations. We value the professionalism System Pavers provided during both the firepit project and the RV pad/partial driveway project. We plan to have them return to replace the rest of our concrete driveway with pavers in the future. AMAZING WORK and PRODUCT and you can’t beat the 25-year warranty!

I love how my backyard turn out. and it was amazing how much work they could do in just eight days. The workers worked so hard rain or shine. After the work was all done they clean the backyard really good and also help me to clean my front yard and moved all the stuffs back to my back yard for me. They were so awesome. Our project manager Michelle did such a great job with communication and updating our progress during the project. and she helped us to do some changing of our initial design to make it more functional for our need. I will definitely refer System Pavers to my friends. I couldn't say more thank you to all of them.

We had 3 different areas paved by System Pavers in April, 2019. Every step was done to our satisfaction and every person we communicated with was great to work with. Our project manager, Bryce, was the best!Even though it was difficult to completely predict when they were able to start a project (due to weather and other unforeseen delays on projects ahead of us), System Pavers did their absolute best to start and finish within the time frame that worked for us so we really appreciated that effort. Our flagstone type pavers look great!

We were amazed at how much those guys got done. Very hard hard workers, great at cutting angles and devoted to their work. Michelle was very personalable, and knowledgeable. She followed through with what she said she was going to do. Took care of any issues, even if we didn’t see them. She also kept us updated throughout the whole process. We think the final product is great...wish we would have done it along time ago. We are excited to use it, just waiting for the sunshine! Were already getting compliments.

Except for some rough weather . Everyone worked hard and stayed focused.

These guys were amazing! My biggest concern was that I didn't want this project to linger on. They were punctual and courteous. My yard is so much more useable and allows for us to entertain large groups of people. The team was easy to work with.

No drama at all and we are very satisfied with the finished result and all of our contacts with System Pavers. The crew was on top of their game and did an amazing job, just as promised by the designer. Any questions and concerns that arose were quickly addressed by our Project Manager and resolved. Clean up was completed at the end of each work day and there were no loose ends. We would highly recommend System Pavers without reservations.

The workers were outstanding and Michelle was wonderful. I always knew when they were coming and what to expect. She was available at all times. I can’t recommend her enough. I love the work they did, it has changed our whole back yard. It looks finished and beautiful. They went over and above, a very personal experience. I would recommend system pavers to anyone. Our friends have seen the project and think it is a knock-out! Can’t wait for the summer to have a party!

We had a great experience with System Pavers, from first contact through the design and installation phases. We wanted to replace our old patio and steps with something updated and more functional. This was not a straightforward project in that the steps needed to follow the contour of the ground down to the lake and would benefit from an attractive design, not just functionality. Replacing the size of the existing structure was cost-prohibitive and our designer (I believe his name is Andy) was creative and helpful in designing something within our budget. When we got close to the construction window, the project Manager, Michelle, came out to make sure we understood the design and to insure we were clear on the process. The material was delivered as stated and three installers began work. Again, we had regular consultations with the foreman to make sure it was going as we expected. Watching them work made me realize that they were not only hard workers but talented in creating an aesthetically pleasing product. After the 3-day construction, we had a follow-up walkthrough with Michelle. I had one little nit to point out but she found something else that didn't meet their standards. So we'll be getting another visit to fix those. All-in-all, we're extremely pleased with the result. And after seeing the process and the result, we feel it was a real bargain.

We worked with Rob and Anthony during the project. It's rare to see the attention and service we received. The job was done exactly how it was initially discussed, and in a timely manner. When the work was completed, there were a couple of bricks that were a bit different in color. Anthony came out and replaced them so it all looked just right.

System Pavers did an outstanding job on our patio and walkway of about 500 square feet. From the initial design to the project management and the work crew, everything went very smooth. We asked that the project be completed prior to mid-April if at all possible, and they were onsite in late February! On top of that, the entire project was completed in about 2-1/2 days. Both the quality and workmanship were superb. An absolutely beautiful job and a great company to work with - no regrets whatsoever. I highly recommend System Pavers!

We are very satisfied with the work! The work started when it was promised. Even with the ground frozen and snow falling, the workers were at our house laying pavers. The project manager was in communication and made herself available for texts and phone calls. The resulting patio is beautiful and we can't wait to use our new space this summer!

From start to finish System Pavers was nothing but professional and so easy to work with. Our account/design manager was knowledgeable and really listened to our needs and worked with us to design something that met those needs and complimented our budget. The selection of stone materials for us to select from was vast and of very good quality. Our onsite project manager, Rob, and his team were fantastic. The team arrived on time each day, worked diligently and made sure that each stone used was perfect. When they felt the stone topper we had picked for our stairs would not be to our satisfaction, they let us know and offered alternative options that they felt would better meet our needs. They were meticulous in their work and made sure to clean up any trash at the end of each day, sweep any debris that had gotten on the driveway or walkway - if it hadn't been for the pile of materials on the driveway you would not have known they were even there! Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. The project in total took 3 1/2 days to complete and at the end Rob did a walk through with me to ensure my satisfaction with the project and to educate me about proper maintenance techniques for the wall and patio. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from start to finish and would definitely recommend System Pavers to others.
