System Pavers

They did a beautiful job, even working after hours for no additional charge to get the work done on schedule. It was a huge undertaking and made a terrific addition to the functionality and appearance of our home and drive.

They used pavers for the driveway. They had a good deal at the time. I liked the patterning and the variety of colors that were available.

The person who made this appointment was advised my wife wasn't available. I tried to have him show me the product and he wouldn't budge. All he wanted was to make another appointment. I'm not setting a second appointment without knowing if your company is even in the ball park, I would have wrote a check today if I liked what he told me. The sales consultant advised he had a 40 min presentation to show "us," I asked to see it, as my wife could careless about any of this, but he would not let that happen. "In 5 years I have never sold a product without talking to both people."

Chris came by to do design and estimate. I contracted for the work. It took a few days to schedule and in the meantime I rethought out what I wanted. I changed the design keeping within original estimate of area. When men came to do work, I explained what I wanted and the changes. Chris modified plan on the spot, reworked estimate and I paid the minor difference in cost. The two guys who did the work were outstanding. They worked fast and efficiently. Patio was installed within three days. I'm extremely pleased with the results and would give a standing ovation to the workmen. The patio is beautiful. I would certainly highly recommend them.

The work they do is quite good as well as the team of workers they used. the guys were on time, polite and cleaned up after their work. Really good crew. The salesman on the other hand was difficult. His pricing was too high and he would not match the pricing of a previous job that his company had provided only a year earlier. I did not appreciate his quick sell approach, sign on the bottom line and get out of town attitude. There was no follow up from his side again. The gentleman that managed the crew was quite helpful. So over all work was quite good, great crew but the sales experience was very dissapointing.

I was impressed with the quality of the work and work ethic of the crew. The price was high even with discounts but I am happy with the result.

I found their sales person to be extremely abrasive and pushy. And when I said that we had chosen someone else, this particular sales person got nasty and abrasive with me. So we decided not to go with them. He was very responsive when I was about to sign a contract with him and then when I said I didn't want to because I had changed my mind, he got really nasty with me. He was on time when we had an appointment. I wouldn't use them again because I think after that, somebody higher up should have called me and said, "Hey, we're sorry."

They were very thorough and spend a lot of time with me and showed me some options. I thought the bid was kind of high. They were very responsive and showed up on time.

My husband origanally was of the opinion he could do the patio and fire pit himself. After cleaning out the brush and bringing in gravel he quickly gave up. We called around to several places. Only two got back to us. System pavers was the only one that seemed to have a clue what would work in this climate and was in the price range we wanted to pay. Overall our experience was great. When I originally called them I was promptly set up with an appointment to have someone come out. He walked through the area in our yard and we discussed what we wanted. He showed us several brick types and colors and made recommendations by showing us several other patio examples from a book he brought. Was a bit too much of a sales pitch for me, especially when we had to watch a whole video about what they do, but in the end it helped us understand all the steps they did to make the patios. The video made my husband realize that if he had done it himself it wouldn't have lasted very long. The price was what we wanted to spend and we quickly set up a time for them to come out. They arrived and completed the job on time and it looks great!

.System Pavers were professionals in everything they did from the first bid through the final cleanup and approval. I would very highly recommend them

It was kind of a mixed experience. The quality of work has been good, but the person who quoted the job didn't do a good job in terms of estimation. When he ordered the materials, he basically left out about 20% of the material that were needed. He also underestimated the amount of excavation that needed to take place to level the ground. Therefore, when the foreman came out, he suggested to redesign parts of the project and scale it back quite a bit to make it work with the amount of material ordered. However, it got sorted out and the company said that basically it was their fault and they would go with the original plan.

The project went smoothly from start to finish.

The project from start to finish was very well done. Alan, our design consultant was well informed (though perhaps a little unrealistic as to what the Project Manager would be able to deliver), timely and professional. John Weaver our Project Manager was great. He was always very responsive to either phone or text messages. The job came in on the exact timeline we had discussed, even though we had a couple of small changes. We discovered after the job was complete a small problem, I called John at about 2pm that afternoon and they came out at 8am the next morning to fix the issue. We get huge compliments every time we host a party or BBQ about our patio. More importantly, we really enjoy just hanging out in the back yard again with our family and friends.

I sincerely commend the craftsmanship of the crew that did our job. The work is beautiful. The price was not the cheapest bid we got but I'm glad we went with this outfit. We've had numerous cocktail parties on the patio, and it's so nice that two of my neighbors have had System Pavers do jobs in their yards!

They did an outstanding job. The driveway is beautiful. Darsee and Steve were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed similar work.

We would use them again, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have the same kind of work done. They were helpful in the design process, they were helpful during the work, when we were trying to figure out the design, and they had great follow up.

Had a visit from a very aggressive salesman. We were very clear on how much we were willing to spend and that we were not interested in financing. The salesman took 3h and gave us a quote that was 3X more than we were interested in spending. Kept pressuring us to sign up with his 'this your only chance discount' options. Kept pushing the long term financing. We could not get him out of our house. Even if we were willing to spend that kind of money, we would never sign up with that guy.

"Salesman" was very aggressive in his approach. Took an extreme amount of time at my home writing up the bid, trying to market his bid and then tried to entice me to sign a contract on the spot by calling his boss while repeatedly negotiating a price. Also wanted a deposit to hold the price and bid! Eventually I used someone else who was a lot more professional and a lot more cheaper. This company is way too pushy and aggressive for my taste .

We contacted System Pavers after seeing excellent work they had done for a friend. The crew was great - on time, professional, and easy to work with. They took great care with their work and came up with excellent solutions to a number of difficulties that came to light once we'd ripped our deck out. They had to re-route drains, cap sprinklers, adjust the design to add a second, stepped-down level, and work out how to build stairs that look perfectly even, even when the back of the house is not. They worked very hard to make sure everything was absolutely right - and it is. We have major drainage issues in our back yard. One of the reasons I delayed this review so long is that I wanted to see - after all their assurances - if the patio would drain correctly, as promised. It's brilliant. They paid attention and solved the issue. We've been enjoying the patio for almost a year, and we could not be any happier with the results. The patio is beautiful and functional, and I will have them out to do more work for us when I can work it into the budget. They aren't cheap, but I felt that I got more than my money's worth, every step of the way.

Our overall experience was very excellent. The project started and completed on time as promised. The project manager provided a good solutions to help rectify a problem with the initial layout and ground slope of the project. The company was also open to a design change I requested after the contract was signed that did not affect either the cost, scope of the project or the material quantities. The crew was excellent. They asked questions and approvals as needed throughout the project. The crew cleaned up very well at the end of each day. They were polite and respectful. Their work and project quality was great. My only suggestion is to take your time and carefully make certain of all details are accurate when setting up the initial layout and design of the project to avoid changes the day the project commences with the project manager. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful.

Huge kudos to this company despite equipment failures (bobcat & stonecutter tool) which pushed project beyond their target date but still finishing on our schedule. Project manager (Darsee) & Crew Boss (Elias) kept us well-informed at all stages. And multiple neighbors noticed how hard they worked. Even the sales rep (a true salesman at heart) proved to be an a accurate source of detailed design information with excellent recommendations. We knew we were paying more for the stone versus concrete, but the look & function haven proven well worth the cost differential.

We would have them back if we needed. They were accommodating to changes needed during the initial layout. They did such a good job and we would recommend them.

The work performed was excellent. I’m really pleased and it’s completely altered our backyard. John and Freddy were great. We would recommend their service to others.

Outstanding results. Workers showed up on time, worked late and did the entire job in three days.

We were extremely happy. They are coming back in 2 weeks to do the front. We had a good guy on the work crew who did an outstanding job. The pavers are colored all the way throughout, instead of on the surface; they have higher quality products. If you are conscientious about price they do offer different discounts in the off season. Our job came out so well, one of the salesman came back to take pictures for their brochure.
