System Pavers

As with the occasional construction job, there were issues. The really great thing about System Pavers was their willingness to make things right. In the end, the work is a wonderful improvement to our house. The lighting work went particularly well.

Great communication from start to finish. Both our design consultant, Nate, and project manager, Tracy, were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We love the look of our new driveway. The workers were also very friendly,professional and great to work with despite the 92 degree weather and very smokey skies from forest fires.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work System Pavers did with our patio. We appreciated the thoughtful work that the men did who completed the project and the follow-up that Ryan did to make sure we were pleased with the work. We highly recommend System Pavers.

Tracy our project manager was thorough and his crew was on top of things. We had sprinklers that had to be moved and they handled this well. Project was finished very quickly once it began. We were fortunate to start a few days earlier than planned as well.

Extremely well. We had 2 services performed. The first was to add pavers around our pizza oven and then add a kitchen island. Looks great and very functional for us! We had never heard of "landscaping lighting" until the owner of Queen Anne Painting mentioned it would look really good in our yard. That was several years ago & we hadn't really looked but hadn't found a place that did that type of work until we found System Pavers at the Home Show. We have a very dark area to the left of the front door and it's creepy in the winter because you can't see if anyone is there. We did not want to put in a glaring spot light though. System Pavers Lighting manager suggested several subtle ways to light the area in addition to adding lighting to highlight our huge pines, entry way and the front of the house in general. We are quite happy with the results. It looks great and is elegant and the lighting provides a warm feeling when returning home in the dark.

System Pavers does excellent work. The path, the raised beds and the edging are beautiful and very high quality. I would hire these guys again. It did take them a while to start the job, but that was caused by rain and other issues beyond their control. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for. These will last a lifetime.

Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship. As is the case with most large projects, there were some delays along the way, as well as some confusion about the placement and design of some things. I feel strongly that this confusion could have been avoided with a CAD drawing or something similar. I appreciated the attention to detail, and their willingness to promptly correct something that did not look right to me or that did not meet my expectations (they're high!!). We will definitely utilize System Pavers again.

Although there were some scheduling snafus initially, we finally got the work sorted out and started. The worker did a fantastic job and after the work was completed, my wife almost forgot about the initial schedule delays. She is very happy with her patio and can't wait to show it off.

Modifications requested before and during the work were honored; we started on time and finished on time on budget. Service and supervision was excellent; communication and attention to service and detail was very very good.

A paver patio and lighting project was recently completed at our home on Whidbey Island. Every facet of the project was very professional--design & walk-through by Bobby, removal & haul-away of old concrete patio & paver work led by Construction Mgr. Jeff & crew of Mere & Francisco, & lighting design by Andrew with work done by Brian. Follow-up & communication was great! We are extremely pleased with the finished result..thank you, System Pavers!

The project manager kept us notified throughout the project, being present both at the beginning and end. Further he would telephone during each step of the project. The workers were the best and really made the whole project worthwhile. They were always on time, worked hard throughout, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new driveway. Our designer, Christy, did a agerat job of helping us coordinate the new pavers with an existing walkway installed years ago. The crew did a good job despite torrential rains and honored our requests. Project Manager, Jeff, made sure we were happy with the results. We have received several compliments from our neighbors.

We got exactly what we asked for. It was worth every penny. We will use this crew, project manager, and company for our next outdoor improvements.

I was pleased with the overall result. The new retaining wall is solid and well engineered. The final result turned out exactly as I had envisioned and described to the project manager.

Everything went by the schedule. Only delay was due to a couple of days of unusually cold days.

At first we had a tough start given the wrong pavers showed up and sales rep was out of town; once new pavers were onsite all else went great. They were super responsive to any of my concerns, and corrected and worked with all my ideas. I wish they would have cleaned up better tho! I love the way it turned out! And they were all hard workers and motivated to do the job well. They went above my expectations
