System Pavers

We are very pleased with our new retaining wall, patio and fire pit. We had initially seen System Pavers work through a relative and were impressed with the detail and quality of the work. So much so that when we went to a local home show we looked for them. The job entailed replacing an old retaining wall that was poorly constructed and drooping (by another company) and adding a new patio, fire pit and barrier wall. We couldn't be more pleased. The work was done timely and professionally. Todd, Andrew, Brian and Jeff went above and beyond. And the crew from CA Landscaping were amazing. We have rarely seen such a hard working crew. They finished the job ahead of schedule, in less than ideal weather, and it exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to refer others to them.

We essentially started with a "blank slate" yard in a very sad state of affairs and System Pavers essentially remade the front, side, and backyards into something we can be proud of. We are looking forward to enjoying our new yard for years to come. In the front yard, they reconfigured the whole design and put in a large parking pad, retaining wall, and planting area. This connects to an entirely new path along the length of the side yard, up some steps, and around to the backyard where there are two large new patios, both bordered by retaining walls and with new steps in between the two levels. They installed lighting throughout the yard. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with. Nate, the designer, listened to our needs and wishes and came with up a design we love that put all the pieces together. The project manager Jacob kept in clear communication with us the whole time. And the crew worked fast and did very high quality work. The work was done to a high standard, and they ended up starting and finishing ahead of schedule. The finished product was even nicer than we expected. It's not cheap, but is a good value for money because it was done right and has a 25 year warranty.

Good initial planning but details needed to be spelled out more clearly for the crew to follow. The pavers were of great quality and looked really nice once in place. What an improvement from or cracked concrete driveway from before. Our job site manager, Jacob, was very responsive to any concerns during the reconstruction process. Thank you Jacob.

Our designer, Kurt, Project Manager, Jacob, and the entire installation crew did a great job in helping us to redesign the front yard of our house: replacing an old, crumbling service walk and steps with an accessible, gently sloping new paver walkway; renewing and extending our front patio; and walling in two large, level garden beds. This was our second job with System Pavers-- last year they replaced our front driveway and carried out that same thematic design in this year's new project.

We love the results, and we are so happy to finally have a backyard we can use!

We're so please with the realization of the new front entry to our home. Our project included removal of an oil-stained and cracked concrete slab from an obsolete carport and installation of pavers in its place. It also included new steps and low walls along a steep driveway and low landscape terrace walls. The lights we added to the steps and front terrace wall create the nightime safety and attractiveness we were hoping for. System Pavers' design consultant, Alan, met with us and listened to our "vision" for our new front entry. He clearly communicated the various options available and created a site plan drawing that 1.) met our vision for the project and 2.) aligned with our budget. Project demolition and construction began as scheduled and was completed within the estimated two-week time period. Our construction project manager, Jacob, communicated with us throughout the project and was proactive in implementing additional work and changes we requested after the project was underway. When we had a concern, however minor, during construction Jacob's response was always "no problem, we'll take care of it"----and he made sure that it was remedied and/or adjustments made. This was truly a headache-free project. We also want to give a shout out to the construction crew. They were always courteous and polite, cleaned up and neatly stored their equipment at the end of each day, worked out all the details, and introduced a high quality level of craftmanship we expected for the costs assoiciated with our project. The only issue we had throughout the project was the lump sum service charge fees that were included with the two changes (additional work) we requested during construction. These charges seemed petty when taking into account the overall costs of the original and additional work. Regardless, we would highly recommend System Pavers.

The process from start to finish was very professional and very open. We looked the design in the Fall with schedule in Jan. Bob showed up for a set up meeting right after new years and everything moved from their. Bobs crew was outstanding, extremely hard workers. We required a lot of custom cut pavers and they we wonderfully done. The end product is outstanding. we love it and show off to anyone that comes around. A little on the high end but worth price for good craftsmanship and keeping to the promised schedule and plan. As someone else said, don't forget the lights they make the whole project blend with the yard and shine even at night. Thank You

We had an old ugly square aggregate patio that the original builder put in that I've never liked. After 17 years, we finally decided to do something about it. System Pavers put the design I had into my head into reality. We also had a corner on Northeast side our our yard that never looked great, never the right plants, never welcoming. When System Pavers finished their work I was delighted. We now can use a portion of the yard that was wasted before and the patio looks beautiful and welcoming. I'm very happy with their work. The workers were professional and worked hard every minute they were here. They cleaned up after they were done and were very thorough. The work was finished before we initially thought they would even start, so they met their promise there too. We had a little miscommunication at the beginning of the process...I couldn't picture the color of the pavers that were to be used, or if they'd work with the color of our house. The showroom and the brochures were not very helpful. Happily, the project manager Tracy, went out of his way to provide samples and reordered new stone that I ended up preferring at no additonal cost to me. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them to a friend.

Jacob and his crew were exceptional. The were quick, professional, and provided very high quality work. They coordinated directly with our neighbors to assure that they were not inconvenienced during the process and cleaned up everything when they were done. Exceptional work - we would definately hire them again.

Long lead time (approx. 3 months) after contracted to have the work done and job started. Finished product is great. Lighting work was much quicker. Project Manager (Andrew) for this part of job was fantastic. Very happy in the end.

The project came out great. The answered questions and handled any issues promptly. Will use them again.

From our introduction to System Pavers when Nate Johnson came to our door last summer, to the completion of the project (2000 sq ft of pavers plus gravel), my husband John and I have been impressed! Bob Marden (P.M.) allayed my anxiety when I saw the chosen pavers and needed to make a change as the initial project was beginning. He responded to our concern immediately and problem solved the issue to our great satisfaction. Bob addressed all of our concerns expeditiously. He was great to work with and if we should decide to hire more work done in the future he would be the one we would want to manage the job. The entire crew was hard working, respectful and professional and we are very pleased with the completed project. The before and after street appeal of our home is the difference between night and day and we heartily recommend System Pavers.

Working with Todd the designer and Tracy the project manager at System Pavers was our first experience using pavers, or putting in any kind of path or walkway. I am NOT a designer, but I did have a very specific idea in mind, that idea was; I wanted a path with curves, it had to include a unique design, and it had to looked like it “belonged” with the house. Ok, so maybe not so specific, but I knew what I didn’t want. At our first meeting, Todd brought many binders of pictures from previous projects. Including pictures of all the various stone types and colors. As we were starting from scratch, this process took several hours. Todd’s knowledge, expertise, and generosity with his time, made it possible for us to come up with an end design that was exactly what I wanted, maybe even a little better than what I expected. Even though, at the beginning, I could not have put into words what that design would be. A word to the wise: When you call System Pavers, you will probably be transferred straight to their corporate office in CA, don't be deterred or put off by the CA customer service. I nearly was. But, I am glad I hung in there until I talked to someone at the local WA office. Tracy was a fantastic project manager and contact during the project! Every project has its issues, which is to be expected, but how the staff at a company deal with those issues, is what determines the reputation of a company and customer loyalty. Tracy’s experience and commitment to making sure the project was done and done right at every step was invaluable to my satisfaction of the project and with System Pavers. The increased curb appeal to our house is amazing, as well as the ease of access to our front door for our guests. I became aware of System Pavers via a Promotional offer. I decided to go with them because they were willing to work with me on the design. Trust me, it took a lot of work to come up the design. Everyone else just wanted to put down some plain pavers...basically, put in a sidewalk for pretty much the same amount of money. (Yuck!) Should we decide to do another paver project, we will definitely be repeat customers!

The work, once started, went quickly. We needed to wait about 4 months to have work begin, but we wanted this company to do the work, based upon the impeccable workmanship we had first time around three years ago with a large paving job for current home. We will hire System Pavers again if any additional work is needed. Highly recommended, their workers are skilled.

The work was all done manually since heavy equipment could not be used in the backyard due to narrow passage between houses. The crew worked diligently in any weather conditions to finish the project on time.

Excellent work from start to finish. Accurate estimation, honest and truthful about timeline for completion, hard work and long hours to complete project even in horrible weather, and professional business communication from beginning to end. We highly recommend System Pavers.

Wonderfully, the crew did a great job, and cleaned up after it was completed This turn out better than we expected, I really love the new steps that where installed between the retaining walls and garden, this looks amazing. I can't wait til the holidays to show it off to all of my friends and relatives.

Very good - we love the look of the new patio and walkway, it's a huge improvement. The crew were very professional and the project manager, Tracy, was excellent. He provided us with clear communication and quick responsiveness. There was one mistake in the project and Tracy and the crew rectified it immediately and seamlessly. I think that says a lot more about them than anything else.

If you want to add beauty to your home, curb appeal, increased value and a peaceful/tranquil space right at home as well as the peace of mind you will receive with the 25 year warranty than System Pavers is the company you will want to work with. We had two Phases completed this year....one last spring and then this summer 2017. Out designer TamaraT. and Project Manager Tracy A are the people you will want to work with and ask for Maier as your construction crew. Dan is the manager in Redmond a great man to work with too. Our project is beautiful! Everyone says our front yard looks like a park especially at night with all the lights. Phase 2 opened up our back yard and looks fantastic with the fireplace, courtyard and two patios!

It was not a very good quote. They didn't give me a dollar amount. I wanted steps, a walkway and a retaining wall. They said, "Here's the quote for the steps and the walkway. For the retaining wall, you can just estimate it yourself. It's based on linear footage." They seemed more interested in doing patios than steps and retaining walls. They were there when they said they were.

Beautifully! The initial reason for redoing our driveway was better drainage, but the driveway is now so gorgeous and enhances the beauty of our home so dramatically that I have almost forgotten we redid the driveway for the improved drainage! Tony Rego and team were incredible from beginning to end.
