Description of Work: The service was excellent: both the person who came out to my house and the business owner were very conscientious in calling me persistently to complete their promised service after I forgot the follow-up appointment I had made and showed up half an hour late. However, I feel the Angie's Big Deal I purchased was faulty because it promised a $400 service for $199 purchase. It was unclear to me whether the service I received was actually worth $400 or even the $199 I paid. They set 3 traps outside in my yard but were unable to place any indoor traps since the access was poor (through light cans in the ceiling).
