Discovered rats and called safeguard. They sent Don out the next day...he was on time, very professional, very personable and equipped and knowledgeable. He discovered immediately where the problem originated from, sealed it, took steps to ensure there was no other entrances for future problems and sealed off outside evidence of any activity and then set traps to eradicate the problem.....and caught the offending culprits. When I needed Don to come out he was on time or early and very accommodating....catching these vermin is a process. I feel confident my problem have been solved. I have never had to use a pest control service and so was at first taken aback with the price, but in calling around I found safeguard is very reasonable. Besides, it is important to me that I have a certain level of trust and a sense of safety in the people I let into my home..........Don is great...a very nice person. If I ever need such services again I will be calling safeguard without hesitation...Don made a creepy situation doable for me. Did I mention I get creaped out by rats, spiders, snakes and armies of ants?....glad safeguard is there when I need them.............it is either safeguard or I spend thousands of dollars and years of therapy..............it is so much cheaper and easier to call safeguard. Thank you so much, safeguard.

The first time Gary came to discuss carpenter ants, he assured me - with professionalism and a touch of humor - that carpenter ants are very common in the Northwest and can be treated easily without endangering the environment or pets. He also explained how much potential damage they can cause if left untreated. When rats found their way into the house (eek!), he came out quickly and set traps, at no additional charge. Safeguard calls a day or two before they come, and with the exception of the one time of year that they need to go into the house, they can treat for pests when I am not at home. They are wonderful, professional people, and if you need this service and want to support a local Washington company, I highly recommend that you call them.

Safeguard was easy to work with and I would recommend them. They were effective.

The man who came out was friendly. He was professional and friendly. He conducted himself well. There wasn't a lot of customer interaction required.

I used to dread the spring season because I couldn't walk from my front door to my car without waving a stick in front of me to clear away the webs. Now that we use Safeguard, the spiders stay in the wooded part of our property, where they belong, and I get full use of my porches and outdoor spaces. He sprays around the window frames and door frames, around the outdoor light fixtures and roof lines (no webs around the lights!) on the porch, railings, and walkways. and near the garden hose. Since he started, there aren't any spiders IN the house, either. I couldn't be more pleased. Now I've given my credit card info, and he comes once a quarter reliably.

They did a good job. The guy was great and was real helpful. We were in the midst of doing some other things (going off on vacation). He came in and did just fine.

Safeguard comes about four times a year to spray the perimeter of my house. Once or twice a year they need to check the attic and crawl space for evidence of ants or rodents. They call several days before their scheduled visit, and if they will need to enter the house, I leave a key for them. They are always gone when I get home from work and leave the bill with comments about the work done and a cheery greeting. They use products that do not harm pets or kids, and if it wasn't for the absence of ants and rats and the quarterly bill, I would never know they'd been here.

Just moved in. Evidence of rodents in crawlspace, attic, and detached garage. Gave me an approximate cost over the phone, had a guy out on my requested date 2 days later. Chris checked things out, told me the level of activity, set out traps and poison, and set up a time for a follow-up 2 weeks later. A detailed estimate was given for the follow-up, which included a fair amount of rodent-proofing. 3 days before the scheduled follow up, three smelly rats were discovered in crawlspace. I called Safeguard to move up the appointment. They complied and had Chris out the next day. Chris pulled the traps and set out to seal off the access areas. Have one more follow up scheduled in 2 weeks.

I received couple quotes over the phone and Safeguard Pest Control was able to provide one quote for inside and outside plus getting ride of the bee s nest. Other companies gave me separate cost estimate for each of the services. Safeguard's price was lower than the other quote, also. Safeguard's technician was on-time and we took off for a few hours with our dog. We have not seen any spiders or bugs in the house since the service even though the weather is getting cooler.

SAFEGUARD CAME IN, IDENTIFIED PROBLEM AREAS AND WHERE PESTS WERE GETTING IN. NOT ONLY DID THEY ELIMINATE THEM THEY HELPED US KNOW HOW TO STOP THE PROBLEM PERMANENTLY. CHEERFUL, EFFICIENT, INFORMATIVE HELP WITH AN UNPLEASANT SUBJECT.
