"The work they did is top notch, I love our patio and couldn't be happier with what they've done with the space. They did a lot of work for us over two months to build a patio and beautiful back yard. We love it. That said, our home is a 70+ year old house in Magnolia with concrete pipes. A year or so after they did the work we had a backup. After the plumbers came out they found that a section of the piping had been crushed by a large rock that had been set while they were regrading the area. The repairs were ~15k all said and done then. I contacted Ryan and he looked into their insurance covering it and they weren't going to do it out of pocket. I value my time more than money and I let it go, and Ryan had some guys come out and fix the area that had to be torn up for free, least they can do. Well after they were done the plumbers spotted another crushed section that lined up and should be 'okay'. Fast forward a year, it wasn't we had another backup. They cleared it and we just had it fixed with another 5k bill. Ryan had said they wouldn't do it for free but 'hours and material'. They didn't give me a quote I shrugged and assumed it would be a mornings worth of work. They came out and spent two days, and they just handed me a bill for another $3200, to clean up after damage they caused and I'm paying for."

"Once completed, the result was "acceptable." Project started with them pulling two good plants that should have been left alone. They replaced them with good replacements. The biggest issues why I only give three stars is: we agreed that they would use Polymeric Sand to seal the pavers. They used plain paver sand. And, the biggest issue was after I personally measured together with them the area to be paved to be certain that it would be parallel to my condo, they moved one corner by 8". Then, instead of starting the pavers at my building (ensuring they'd be parallel), they started outside and worked toward the building. This resulted in the pavers meeting the building at an angle. It looks wrong and required cutting many pavers that should never have had to be cut. They are a hard-working family run business that charges a fair price. I just wish that the pavers weren't aligned so obviously wrong."
