Carrie and his team are exceptional. Carrie listens to what you’re looking for and then provides suggestions and guidance. His team incredible. They work hard and fast but still take care to not cause any damage to your property. They are all very professional. Contracted with CD Paver Management to completely redesign front yard and driveway. Entire process from initial consultation to design review to final project acceptance was very professional and well managed. Project lasted three weeks and during this time both the work crew and management went above and beyond not only to perform to schedule / budget, but also to make sure the impact on neighbors was as minimal as possible. Final product reflects the quality and workmanship that we expected from CD Paver Management. We are very happy with the overall experience, value provided, and quality of the paver / retention walls installation. Not only would we use CD Paver Management again for future projects, but highly recommend it as a superb paver contractor.

This review is for the preliminary process I had with CD Paver Management. The day the initial estimate took place I met Cary and Rueben. I immediately knew this was the company I wanted to work with. We discussed a preliminary plan and a general overview of options, which was followed up by an estimate a few days later. The estimate was competitive with another estimate I had received and better than a couple others I had received (I had 4 estimates total). I chose CD Pavement Management over the other competitive company because I trusted in the quality of this company over the other company. After the estimate, I met with Cary to refine the plan. Part of the plan was to remove a 900 SF deck (very large deck) and a rock wall along with other aesthetics such as lights, a bench and a circular area for a fire pit. The way payment works for this company works is you pay 50% of the project cost upfront and then the other 50% when the project is complete, and you are 100% satisfied in the work. At the time of this review, I have paid the 50% of the project cost and my deck has been removed. After the removal of the deck, it was noticed that my foundation has an elevation jump in it. This is the reason for my initial review - CD Paver Management will work with you and adapt to changes as the project progresses. In my case, we will now create a tiered system to match the foundation of my house. This is an excellent quality in a company, and this is what I believe separates CD Paver Management from other companies (in addition to the quality of the workmanship, which I will soon experience and am confident in). This change will come as a change order. I am totally excited for this project - more excited than any other home project I have experienced by far. I have been taking photos and videos of the entire project and will share them as an edit in this review or a separate review for project workmanship of this company. I am not adding a project cost to this review because every project is unique and for that reason - cost should not be a deciding factor. This company is the company that you will want to hire for your hardscaping needs, I have no doubt in my mind.

Really well. Crew was top notch. They cleaned up every day. And built a really nice wall.

The team was on time, thorough, precisely, and cleaned up after themselves well. The job is done beautifully and I am getting compliments. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

CD Pavers did an excellent job from inception to finish. They were accommodating to design changes as things evolved and were wonderful to work with. They also worked smoothly with the other contractors.

Excellent in every way! Description of project plan by the owner (Cary) was detailed and clear. We were able to fully understand the expected step by step process, materials to be used and estimated timeline. The crew that worked on the project was experienced, and each day completed significant amount of work. Removal of the old driveway and walkway was expertly done. At specific points of the day, the lead crew member would let us know what to expect for next steps or next day. The design, and end product of our new driveway and walk way is beautifully done.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience and value working with Cary and his team from CD System Pavers. We had a very large project and they were quick to get us on the schedule and worked amazingly fast and around record rain this Fall. The crew led by Roger is terrific. They are experts and come up with beautiful solutions to challenges. They were very reliable and super great when I wanted to make a slight shift after seeing the plan on paper come to life. I am busy and work from home and they were super respectful of our time and scheduled progress walkthroughs and chats which was excellent. Roger is super effective and efficient— I would just say a list of things, but he would remember everything and take care of it. Also they keep strong and open communication throughout the project. Best service I have had in a really long time, if ever. Pricing is also very competitive so I feel like we got a great return on our investment. I would definitely hire them again for a future project.

CD Paver Management is awesome! They spent hours with me going over the design and gave me tons of fantastic advice. They were the only ones who went to the trouble of making a detailed drawing of the design in addition to the estimate — which was as good or better than the rest. The crew did an amazing job, the result is absolutely impeccable!

Cary & team were amazing! They got the job done on time and on budget — and the retaining wall looks AMAZING! It was exactly what I wanted to level the back of my yard. Hoping to hire them again for my front yard and driveway! Truly above & beyond service from a fantastic work crew!

I was on the fence about concrete vs paved stone, since paving is more expensive. I got at least 5 bids and they were all over the map. But Cary was very clear and thorough sharing the Proposal, and patient when I asked a lot of questions. That's why I chose CD Paver Management. Once it was done I have to say this was some of the best Contractor work I've ever hired! Cary and the Team did superb work, powering right through some very rainy days to get the paved driveway done on time. A Change Order was done easily with no hassle. And they built exactly what I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend them and would hire them again!

Cary and his team did an absolutely outstanding job on our patio expansion and walkway addition. Cary responded immediately to my quote request - he listened to my project ideas and then provided a detailed, functional, and affordable approach. Cary’s work crew members were all professionals with great attention to detail. The final product exceeded all of my expectations and I would absolutely use Cary again. Dishonest and unprofessional, profits over customer service, please stay away from this business. Quote was fair for my new patio of about 700ft, signed contract in Aug and estimated project start within 4-6 weeks, then problems started: 1. Scheduling nightmare Kept putting off my project and was told they had to finish some big projects first, and in Oct when it was well beyond the promised project start dates, the owner Cary called me to COMPLAIN angrily that they are annoyed by my request for ETA, and they have no idea when my project would start. The office manager Karen soon texted to apologize for Cary's behavior, but clearly this company doesn't value their customers and have no regard for the contract. 2. Crew urinating on my wall, unprofessional On project start day, no project manager onsite, no honey bucket for crew to use, the crew lead was constantly smoking and tossing cigarette butt around in my yard. Later when I complained, Karey argued the honey bucket would cost them $250 and I should not take advantage of them. Just unbelievable. Also the entire crew don't speak any English, it was impossible to communicate timely and make adjustments without project manager onsite . 3. Dishonest, still haven't fixed quality problem as promised Last day of project, crew was rushing to finish and didn't follow the original design on the patio landing area, and when I asked them to wait for 20 minutes so I can inspect because I was in a meeting at work, they refused and just left. Next day when I reported the issue, the office manager Karen texted me to "Stop taking advantage of them", "It costs them money to fix things" and finally she said they will come to fix only after collecting the remaining payment. I trusted them but it was a big mistake, no response at all about the fix after I paid the remaining half, clearly this business is used to telling lies and can't be trusted. Demand of patio projects is high during the pandemic, but there is no excuse for cutting corners, being dishonest, unethical and unprofessional!

Horrible customer service Review of CD Paver Management Project – September 2021 We had a good relationship with CD Paver management when the project started. After they finished their work, we called and told them that they did a decent job and we saw small issues on the corner. It took more than 2 weeks to fix, and the manager Cary called and talked to us with yelling and hang the phone on us. With tiresome back and forth they fixed and finalized the project. Their customer service is really horrible. One person promises something, and another person come and say completely different thing. After 1 month and 2 weeks we saw weeds in my pavement (see pictures). Since we have lifetime warranty, we sent them picture, we called and talk to them. As usual they tried and said different things. we asked them to send someone, removed the weed and put more sand. But they offered us to buy a bag of sand and drop home to us. They also send us a picture of Home Depot product that we can use to clean the weeds. Since I’m not very satisfied, I told them as I will leave my feedback and Cary called and threatening me by saying “if you write a bad comment, I will sue you”. I don’t have any intention to hurt his business. I was very patient with him not writing anything and trying to work out the issue. I would have written the feedback when he hanged up the phone on the first time. But I didn’t do it, with the hope he would learn from his mistake and be a better person. However, he keeps doing the same thing. I shouldn’t be treated like this for $12K project. I wish I didn’t have any relationship with this company and want to share my experience if this protects others from frustration.

The entire project went amazingly well! Cary and CD Paver were much less expensive than other quotes we had, and their work was fantastic. Cary gave us suggestions and talked us through our options. We went with the option that we originally envisioned but had no confidence that we could do; well, he did it! Ishmael and his crew were professional, nice, fast, and their final work is incredible. We love our backyard now, use it much more frequently than we used it before, and we get compliments on the patio all the time. Our only regret is that we did not do this sooner. Our project was smallish, but Cary treated us like the most important project he had. We have recommended CD Paver to friends and colleagues, and would definitely use them again.

The work crew for CD Pavers Management LLC showed up and proceeded to build my 33 foot new retaining wall. The crew were the ultimate professionals. There was another construction crew on site and they worked around the other crew. Even changing their work plan and did the work manually to adjust for the other crews equipment. The final result was exceptional, beautiful, and done in a timely manner. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat for a new project and do recommend them highly.

We hired CD paver management to re-do the paving in our front and backyard. Cary, Ismael, and the crew did an awesome job. They answered all our questions, did a great job, and finished in a timely manner. Our front yard was a little tricky due to the slope/gradient, but Cary’s crew worked with us to resolve all issues along the way. We’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and neighbors about how nice it looks. Cary and the crew were a joy to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough.

If I have a larger job in the future I will sure have them come and give me an estimate. They were very personable and helpful.

From start to finish the job went incredibly well. Carey worked closely with us and was able to interrupt our thoughts and ideas and add his suggestions, which helped us create the yard we were looking for. With his professionalism, curtesy and reasonable pricing it made our decision to go with CD Pavers an easy one. We were pleasantly surprised that the job even started before the quoted timeline. Carey and his team respected our time and our desire to create an oasis in our backyard and worked very hard to achieve this dream for us in a timely manner. We had not been able to enjoy our yard prior to their transformation because our yard held lots of moisture which created moss and mud so it never looked nice. The prep work they did was extremely detailed and alleviated and protected our yard from our previous problems. They spend a significant amount of time making sure this was done to the highest of standards. They did a remarkable job laying the pavers for the walkways and patio area. The added detail of the different stone for the border not only made it look nicer but added a nice edge for our bark area. The sitting wall is a nice touch that adds more usable space in our yard as well. The lighting with an automatic timer really creates a beautiful night time atmosphere. We can't say enough nice things about Carey and his team. Starting with Karen, who helped us get scheduled and started quickly with our project, to the crew with Roger, Christian, Eduardo and Ismael. The crew worked with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with everything along the way and even helped when we wanted to make some adjustments. They were courteous, respectful and timely and always checked with us to make sure everything exceeded our satisfaction. They took great pride in their work and valued our thoughts and appreciation. The sealer they applied when they were done helped add more brilliance and appeal to the overall look of the stone. We enjoyed working with Carey and his them so much that it was truly hard to say goodbye once the project was done, as they became to feel like family to us. We will definitely enjoy working with them again on other projects in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you Carey for all your efforts, kindness and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. We appreciated your added follow up visits to ensure we were completed satisfied with everything. Excellent! I have a Dream backyard and the most beautiful front yard thanks to them! I can't say enough nice things about everyone that works there. George the Designer was able to come up with the coolest and most detailed design to transform my muddy grass and cracking old patio something so awesome that I could have never imagined. He really took his time to go over every single detail and offer the best suggestions. The drawings he designed really helped me visualize what it could be. He found me neatest stone pavers and the highest quality artificial turf that was high quality and safe for my dog and the coolest low voltage lighting. He checked on me throughout the entire process and even afterwards. Karen and Cary that work in the office were so kind on the phone and great via e-mail to make sure everything was going to plan. They even found someone to hire to install the gazebo that I purchased for my awesome new patio. Ismael the project manager was excellent too. He has the hardest working crew of guys. They had to work so hard to remove all the muddy mess and carry everything up and down a hill to and from my backyard. I was so impressed with how much the accomplished each day! My project of having everything removed, new patio installed, new synthetic grass and low voltage lighting installed took about a week. It was a over what I had originally budgeted for but trusted George and it was worth every Penny! It was done so well with the highest quality and care and it even has a guarantee for as long as I live in my house. I am so excited to play with my dog and not get muddy anymore and host lots of fun parties and create many new memories in my new yards! I highly recommend them and hope you get to have the same great experience that I had. I am truly grateful!

This project really upgraded the curb-appeal of our home. We’re getting lots of compliments and questions about the work. We’ve met people from the neighborhood we’ve never even spoken to before. The project went well from start to finish. Cary was easy to work with, and clearly explained their paving process, and how they offer a superior product. When doing the design and choosing colors, we felt Cary listened to what we wanted. We originally decided to replace only one of several small timber retaining walls - even tho it would have been obvious to anyone that the others were seriously deteriorated. Still, Cary didn’t press us on it. He let us see the beginning of work on the walkway, and let us come to our own conclusion to replace them. Now, we’re very glad we did. The work crews were professional responsible, friendly and very hard-working. There was some difficult weather - hard rain and even 6 inches off snow. The crew worked around that and completed the job in what we felt was a very reasonable amount of time. After they got going on setting the pavers, I realized that attention to detail is critical in getting a good final result. And they did really pay attention to detail. To sum up, we’re very glad we had the work done. Our property looks much classier. We would hire CD Paver Management again.

They did a great job. Quickly reviewed options. Offered useful suggestions that made the job a bit more expensive but no pressure. And ultimately were happy we took their suggestion to demo our existing small concrete patio as part of the job, it looks much better. Work quality is great, they worked every day once they started (I hate when contractors spread themselves too thin and you have to harass them to finish the job...none of that issue with CD). They were not the lowest bid, but competitive, and did a very good job. Looking forward to enjoying more time outside on our new patio. Would highly recommend them, we're considering having them back for our driveway.
