Description of Work: We had a leaking pipe. They came the same day we called, even showing up earlier than the 2 hour time window they gave us. He looked at the problem, even going into our little crawl space. He left to get a $14 part, came right back and finished the job. They were great! Front office/scheduler was also very nice, sympathic and responsive. We were so worried about long term water damage, which they understood and addressed right away. Their hourly rate seems a bit high but worth it to me for their quick and efficient response and work product.

Description of Work: Ask for an estimate on re piping with copper. Never got a written estimate. Haven't heard from them at all. Very disappointed. Have used them for over 10 years and been very happy with their work. Something must have changed. Will be using a different plumber in the future.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at the leak. They took the base of the shower apart, applied silicone to it and put it back together. They were very thorough and let us know if we had any problems to give them a call and they would be right out to get further into it. They wanted to try the easy fix first before taking everything apart and charging a lot of money.
