Rich and his helper arrive on time, we're courteous and listened carefully to what was needed.

OK. Confusion on the bid amount. Came in really low, had to pay more in the end, although it was still the low bid. The move was done at two different times because of the initial confusion. A couple of small things broken, but the movers were careful for the most part. The movers did their best to make things right, including a substantial discount on the final bill.

Loaded moved 10 blocks and unloaded in 2 1/2 hours. Great care and professionalism.

Fabulous! The movers, Ryan and Sean, arrived on time and were done loading the items in an hour. In another hour, the job was completed. They carefully placed the furniture where I asked, and Sean even helped me setup my bed including putting on a bed skirt! I called the ofc and spoke to Victoria on Thurs, and was able to schedule a move three days later on Sun!

We have used Rich's movers twice now... Both the A team and the B team and both were beyond exceptional. They all worked extremely hard the entire time even though on one of the days it was extremely hot. Hiring movers is well worth the money... These guys can move things fast and safely. We have a lot of very breakable and expensive things... Pottery for example, and they didn't break anything. They did everything we asked of them and more. We will use them again.

Rich and his 2 guys were absolutely amazing. We had already moved the small items and boxes which I guess isn't the best idea because they like to use those items in between the big pieces. Even with that obstacle they were able to figure it out without any problems. We didn't even know it was an issue until later. Rich was very professional the entire time. It was estimated to take 5-7 hours and they got it done in 3 including 30 mins of drive time. They showed up right on time, quickly jumped out of the truck, introduced themselves and didn't waste any time getting to work after a quick walk through. We have a lot of furniture and they were able to get it in 1 truck which is a first. Other movers have needed 2 even though they said otherwise. Their prices are reasonable. You will spend a lot less with Rich's than you will anywhere else. I have used many moving companies and Rich's Reliable Movers puts them all to shame. Frankly, I'm upset with all the other companies I spent double the time and money with. Although we didn't need to, Frank's wife also does house cleaning if you need it after you're moved out. What a great option. They seem to be a great team. I will go with Rich's in the future and nobody else. If you are reading this and still trying to decide, don't think any longer. You will not be disappointed.

Very well! I highly recommend this moving company. They came by and checked out what they would be moving a few days in advance to make sure they had the appropriate equipment and manpower. They even came a couple of days early to move an additional item to accommodate a special need we had. They were on time on the appointed day, and literally worked their butts off the entire day, moving as fast as they could, with no breaks for 6-plus hours of hard labor. Both locations were on the second floor, with no elevator service available. They were very careful with everything, more than willing to take things apart and put them back together if necessary, move items from one place to another until we were satisfied, and couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. And all this for a very competitive price. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to my closest friends.

First let me say; I don't work for the company. I say that because this is going to be a totally positive review... to say the least. As I said I I've used Rich's Reliable Movers several times. All have been the most successful, affordable, painless and uneventful moves I've ever experienced. That from a guy who has used moving companies all over the country for the past three decades. Rich and his guys made sure all of our stuff arrived at our new home in the same condition it left our old home. NOTHING was ever damaged or missing. These guys work hard. They are professional and respectful. Rich charges by the hour and has a three hour minimum, so one might expect a slow move... one would be wrong. Once they started I never saw them stop... no cigarette breaks, no lunch break, no water breaks and trust me I offered. They worked non-stop until the job was done. It was amazing. I will never use any other company, around town or around the country and Rich's Reliable movers is the only moving company that gets my recommendation. Finally here's a tip... if you need your house cleaned after the furniture is gone... no worries. Rich's wife; Victoria owns her own house cleaning company and works just as hard and fast as Rich does.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Rich's Reliable Movers over the years and I can't say enough about there service. As with previous jobs, Rich's crew was onsite exactly on time (something I've really come to appreciate since dealing with so many "we'll show when we want to" contractors recently) and they're always courteous and professional. We continue to use Rich's because they treat our stuff with care and respect... and it always blows me away just how efficient they are. Not only did they get our stuff moved into storage in just a few hours, but they were careful to leave us access to things we may need over the coming weeks (months) of construction. I've recommended Rich's to several of my friends in the past and they've always reported back with nothing but great comments. Rich and his assistant, Ryan showed up right on time for my 9:00 move on 4/23/16. I had already moved all my boxes, so there was only the heavy furniture left to get to my new third floor apartment. I showed them what needed to be moved, including an antique roll top desk, and they got right to work. They were so fast, and very careful. I offered to help, but they said to just sit back and relax. When we got to the new apartment, they unloaded right away, and made sure to put all my furniture right where I wanted it. The move was done well under two hours, nothing was damaged, and they were friendly and professional the entire time. I will definitely be using them for any future moves!

They show up on time and get right to work with planning the best way to load your belongings. Very efficient service.

We were very satisfied with Rich's Reliable Movers. I had not used the services of professional movers before and was uncertain exactly what to expect. The two employees were on time, quick and efficient, considerate, professional, and did a great job maneuvering their rig into a tight spot. They took extra care to protect my furniture, the walls, and doors. They worked around my dog with good humor. My family enjoyed interacting with them. I will definitely recommend Rich's Reliable Movers to my friends and family, and will seek them out for my next move.

This was actually the second time we have used Rich's Reliable Movers. They arrived on time and completed all work in the time estimated. They moved office, bedroom and living room furniture. Very courteous and careful. I am pleased to recommend Rich's.
