Description of Work: Dale from Precision first replaced my broken garage door opener in August. In October, I had Precision replace the entire garage door. They call before they arrive, work fast, explain the products and answered all of my questions, and everything is working perfectly!

Description of Work: Representative (Nick?)of the company came out to look at my garage door (5/29/14) but wanted to come earlier than the time we set so I couldn't be there. Description of Work: They replaced rollers, rebalanced the doors, checked and lubricated the rails and lift mechanism. As it was an older garage door opener, the explained why it would not work with the electronic garage door lift system installed in my car. Fine work. Great service.

Description of Work: The adjusted the door, inspected cables, informed us of possible wear to watch out for, and informed us the spring used was not quite the correct size therefor could wear the cables. Really liked the technician who was forthright, informative, professional and would use them again when we see the cables begin to wear or unravel.
