Precision Door Service did a great job. When I called them the service representative that answered the phone was polite and very helpful. She provided a service time for the same day. The technician kept me informed as to his progress and when he would arrive. He arrived on time and provided me with a quote and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service

They came out and gave us an estimate that was less than the other company and included taking away the old door, which the other company did not. They gave us the estimate on Tuesday and said they could install it on Wednesday. Nick showed up on time on Wednesday. Did the job himself. Job was completed and looks amazing. Took great care of our property and the door looks amazing.

I simply cannot express my delight in the services that both Dakota Walsh, who did the initial inspection, and Robert Mathews, who did the installation, performed. They were both courteous, friendly and respectful upon arrival. They arrived early and did a commendable service to our damaged garage door. We had a garage door emergency as we had a broken spring and a bent track. We called on a Friday evening and the technician Nathan was at our place within an hour. He fixed the door and we were very pleased with the speed and the service. We will use them again in the future.

Dakota was able to come almost 3 hours early for emergency repair. I called and in 2 hours he was helping me. He was polite, safe, and professional.

Dakota Walsh called to let us know his arrival time and was very prompt. He talked with us briefly in order to answer all of our concerns about the spring, life expectancy, cost, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We will request him in the future should we have garage door needs.

Overall very well. I was able to book an appointment the same day, which was really nice. The window for the tech arrival was tight, and our responding technician, Bryson Kahue, was early in the window, which was nice. I received a reminder call (I missed it while mowing the lawn), and I also received a reminder text with Bryson’s picture. That is an excellent touch, it makes me feel like your company takes customer safety seriously. Bryson was quick but thorough. He offered us a detailed quote with several options, and walked me through each one. We will need a new door, and he didn’t try to upsell us on anything that wasn’t necessary. He gave sound advice on our options, went through the pros and cons of each, and was a trustworthy consultant. We’ll be going forward with work from Precision Door Service, and I would definitely recommend their services.

The scheduling of the job was easy and accommodating, and the price was very reasonable.

The technician showed up and said he had to do a complete inspection for the door before doing a proposal. He did nothing but look at the rollers, wiggle the roller and push the garage door button to see if the door opener works. When he was done he told me that the roller repair was $608.00 plus tax and would only have a 90 day warranty. If I wanted a better warranty I had to purchase a 1300$ door tune up. He said that they make there own springs is why its so expensive, however when I asked why it was only a 90 day warranty it was because I wouldn’t pay for all the services he wanted to sell me. I paid him his stupid $65.00 inspection fee and asked him to leave and have another company fixing it for 299$ with a 5 year warranty.

No one even returned my call or emailed me. Apoarently they didn't need my business. I think they should have at least called as a courtesy, even if they could not do my job. I found another company that fixed my garage door issue, and also repaired my electric gate.

The person who came was very nice. He explained the scenario and gave us all the options and did his work very efficiently and charged minimal amount

They were excellent. The repair was done the day after I called. Everyone was friendly, helpful, informative and professional.

The service tech was wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable! My only issue was the office making appointment didn’t communicate the terms of service or payment options prior to the tech’s arrival. They only accept cash or personal checks. This info is useful to the consumer and should be conveyed prior to the appointment.

They did a very good job and he was a very nice guy. He was professional and I would definitely use them again.

Called Precision early in the morning and was told they could come out that afternoon. Their tech, Nathan, would call when on his way. At 10AM he called and asked if he could come early. He showed up, figured out the problem and fixed it. Nathan told me of some improvements we could make to the door and sent an estimate. As the doors are less than 2 years old, we’ll hold off for now. I would definitely use Precision again for a garage door repair.

It went great! Service was timely. Technician Chris Thoennes was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained patiently exactly what was needed and why. He was not pushy and gave us choices on grade of materials used. He made sure we satisfied with quality of workmanship before he left. We would not hesitate to use Precision (and Chris) again. We can tell the company takes pride in the quality of their work and technicians.
