It took only about an hour and went very well.

The work was completed skillfully and on schedule. When a problem arose this contractor immediately responded and replaced the defective component. Carlo was especially helpful. He quickly assessed the problem, developed an excellent solution and had it fixed. I strongly recommend this companies work.

They gave us an estimate and came out within a week or so and installed the new garage door. and new opener. It looks wonderful!

I was very impresses with the customer service from the first call and the time the technician arrived. The technician was knowledgeable and made recommendations for service and offered required replacement parts that are appropriate and met my needs. Kevin Rodriquez, was very professional during his visit and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. though the price was a bit higher than I had anticipated, I was willing to go with the technician’s quote with confidence that I had the right parts to fix the broken spring.

Masree Butler appeared, analyzed the issue, gave me options and fixed the problem. I am extremely pleased .

Amazing! The gentlemen who came out was patient & persistent in figuring out a way to open it. He then installed an "override" mechanism & showed me how to use it just in case this happens again.

Our technician, Masree Butler, was incredibly helpful with the information he gave us regarding our options for replacement of a 25+ year garage door motor and spring/roller replacements. He gave us the price and warranty information on many options. The garage door was so loud and it sounded like it was going to break. We decided the best option was replacing our motor and parts related to pulling the door up on the rails. Now you can barely hear it open or close. Masree was missing a couple of the rollers he needed and even offered to come back on a Sunday to put in the parts and show my husband how to connect the opener to his car. He also programmed my car, explained how and when to maintain the rollers and gave a great explanation of the system. It was all very easy and we're so glad we had Precision come to do the work needed. We have used them before and wouldn't hesitate using Precision again. We mentioned the fact that we were Angie's List members and we got a discount.

I managed to get a same-day appointment. The technician quoted $399 for a spring replacement - I had 2 doors that needed the service. I end up doing just one door since the price was high and got 2 doors lubricated. I thought the price was right but now I see it was overpriced - I could have got both springs replaced for this price. Not calling Precision Doors anymore.

Service was great. Wes called to let us know he was on his way just like I was told he would when I scheduled service. Wes was very knowledgeable and explained our options. Price and options were what we were wanted so we had him install our new opener on the spot. He had the job completed and all cleaned up, including disposal of all the old parts. He took time to explain all operating features and was done in about a hour.

Today’s appointment went exceedingly well. JP called before he arrived, and he arrived on time. JP described and explained the issues that he found and how he was going to fix them. He worked diligently with attention to detail, resolving the problem. All with a great positive attitude. Ten stars for customer satisfaction! We do have to order a part that needs replacing and hopefully JP comes back for that service call.

The spring busted on one of our garage doors. The service person arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions. Satisfied customer.

Excellent service. Man who estimated was very professional with a written bid and media brochure so we knew what we were buying. He was the only one of three other bids who provided us with exact information. Installers were also professional. Overall excellent job and the least expensive of four bids!

I can’t imagine that there is a better company out there when it comes to garage door service

Had a simple call for an adjustment because my door would come down but go back up.... likely due to the cold weather. Had tech Tyler come out.... when he got here my garage door was operable, the chain was tight/moved and the track moved back and forth. after 2 hours he finished the job with the door not working, the chain loose and hanging down and the track wouldn't move. was charged the $49 service charge and now it will cost me twice as much to have another company to come out and fix the problems Tyler created before adjusting my garage door opener. Worst experience I have ever had with any service company .... stay away from Precision Door for any service needs.

Called late Thursday and got great service over the phone and was able to get an appt for the following morning. The tech Kevin R. gave me a call that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote as well as some no pressure suggestions for additional services based on the conditions of my old garage doors. He did the work quickly and then went over everything he'd done. I will definitely use Precision Door again in the future as well as request they send Kevin R. for the job. Can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism.

It went very well. They came out to give me an estimate for the replacement, and I signed the agreement that evening. They came out a week later and did the installation. The guys doing the installation were knowledgeable, and did a great job. I am very pleased with my new doors.

The work went well enough, except for them (or at least the installer) trying to get over on me. It started with when I called them. I told them what I needed and they said there was $59 (roughly) service fee minimum for just showing up and that the worker going to do the install would quote me what it would be altogether once he appraised the situation. I should have seen a red flag right there but I was in a hurry so I agreed. He called me after appraising and quoted me a price of about $650 to replace the two springs. I told him that was far more than I expected as my research indicated the average price for this service ranged from $200 to $400. He said that he'd automatically assumed I would want the top of the line springs so that is what he based his estimate on, never giving me a range of possibilities. Once he recalculated what it would take he came back with a quote of $260 (before tax) with the standard springs. I agreed and he installed the springs. On the phone call to deal with the payment he said that my garage door opener was broken. I was of course surprised, he said it could of happened when the springs snapped. He offered to install a new one for $500, saying he just happened to have a Garage door opener in his truck. Feeling like something didn't add up I told him I'd come by the place the next day and check it out and install a new garage door opener if it seemed like it needed it. I came by the next day and the door worked perfectly. I can't say for sure this guy was trying to work me for extra cash but it sure seemed like a shady operation. I will never go back.

We paid for a complete over haul of our automatic garage door and new opener. I got my annual post card for a safety inspection and check of all systems. It came with a lifetime warranty. I called for an appointment, and was told they don't come to Whidbey Island where I live now! So I have no recourse. I never got a letter from them regarding this change.

The representative was responsive, punctual and professional. I appreciated that he was informative but not pushy. I will likely need to do more preventive maintenance in the near future and will likely call them to do it given the positive experience.

They presented a number of options and we chose a simple door spring repair. They were on time, fair and professional. Would use them again.

Excellent rep came out actually caught an issue with gas piping in the way so we had that repaired & he came back to inspect & we ordered at that time. A bit of communication issue in expected date for custom delivery but wasn’t a real problem. Doors are in and look wonderful. Installer was excellent as well. Def recommend.

Here is her response in an email I received the next morning; "I am so pleased with your recommendation for Precision. The work was completed in less than an hour, with a caring and kind service person, called JP. Turns out the wiring was old and damaged, so is replaced and all is working well. Thank you for taking time for me today. I am very grateful. Warm and happy." Pretty well sums up her satisfaction with Precision.
