Dana, the repair guy, was very nice and very competent. He helped reprogram my door opener, and also checked the door for any obvious repair needs. Great experience.

The gentleman called me to set up the appointment within a day and came the same week that I had paid for it. This was a first class operation and he was so kind to answer my questions. Description of Work: This was a coupon to install a keypad garage door opener and perform a 25 point safety inspection. The company called me that very evening and scheduled someone to come out on a Sunday, a couple of days later! I was so impressed that I didn't have to remember to call them! Sean came out and was all finished in about 15 minutes. Very professional, quick and did just what they said they were going to do. I would definitely use Precision Garage doors again.

Description of Work: Called for service when my old one-piece door came off tracks. Initially we thought he had temporarily fixed it, but it still had problems so he recommended replacement which we did. Serviceman made it out the day after Christmas (while neighborhood still was difficult to access because of ice and snow). Installation was completed two weeks later. (Apparently longer than usual as we needed a custom-sized door.) Both servicemen were polite and professional. One quibble: the original serviceman did not double-check his initial attempt to fix the door. I checked it and found out it had been unsuccessful. Otherwise, he would have driven off leaving with a still broken door.
