Good experience, work was done as expected. A little bit of miscommunication, but nothing major.

Excellent. I was working from home that day. Two workers showed up and knocked on the door to tell us they were going to begin. I didn't even notice they left about 2 hours later. Not a trace of them appeared except for the new vent they installed. Looks great and there hasn't been a leak since.

The gentleman came out, checked the roof and everything else, and told me that he would not be able to give me an estimate until three or four days.

We couldn't open our skylight. We called Pinnacle, Paulo returned the call that afternoon and scheduled an appointment the next day. He arrived at the time agreed on and we showed him the skylight and explained that we couldn't open it. He checked it, worked with it, and was able to figure out the problem, and opened it. When he left he told that there would be no charge. He was very professional and thoughtful. We will hire them for any further problems.

Getting the free estimate was the easy part. Getting the work scheduled and done turned out to be impossible. The original date was set for about 3 months after the initial estimate was provided, which was fine. We were not in a rush, but it kept getting pushed out. And at the very end of the summer, 1 week before the work was scheduled to be done, we still didn't hear anything or get any sort of confirmation. I reached out to them and had to call and email several times to get a response. In the end, they said they were too busy and couldn't get to it. That was 9 months ago, and we never did get the project completed. We are again looking to get the work done, and after reaching out via email 3 weeks ago to the owner I still have not heard back. I will not be using this company. I suspect they are understaffed and overwhelmed with projects. Their responsiveness needs some work and because of this they are losing business.

First time we called Pinnacle to figure out why there where roof tiles on our front lawn. Paulo inspected the roof, found where the two shingles had blown off, took pictures, then replaced the shingles. At the end, he showed me photos of where the tiles blew off, explained how he repaired the roof, and then he actually said, "No charge". I couldn't believe it. So we will keep Pinnacles and recommend them to our friends.

This is one of the best companies that I have worked with in the last 20 years. I called the company at 2am on a weekend when I noticed water coming in thru a bathroom ceiling vent. The owner called me back at 7:30 the next morning and had a roofing tech here at 8am. I called 6 other companies that noted 24/7 emergency service and only Pinnacle roofing responded within 24 hours (others not for days). The tech (Paulo) quickly inspected the issue, did a great temporary fix to stop the leak, ordered replacement materials and surveyed all other vents to see if I had other potential issues. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough and kind. This is a great company from the owner, to the techs, to the office staff. They were very reasonably priced and saved my house from further damage. Thank you so much to the staff at a Pinnacle Roofing-you are an outstanding company!!

I requested an estimate at 7AM and got a response immediately. Subsequent emails exchanged were also responded to immediately. It took only 2.5 hours to have someone come out and fix our leak after initially requesting a quote at 7AM! I was very impressed by their responsiveness. Mike, who came out and provided a temporary emergency fix was very courteous, professional, and respectful. Overall, I was very pleased with our service!

Excellent all around and very professional. We ended up going with another very qualified contractor. However we would have felt very confident in choosing this contractor to perform a roof replacement.

Paulo Oliveira came out look at the project. He was very personable, and Pinnacle came up with the best price. He convinced me to vent both fans through the roof because of moisture buildup in low spots. The guys who came out to do the work seemed to know what they were doing, but they didn't vent the fans through the roof. They vented one through the wall and left the existing one, also in the wall, I called the owner about the difference in what was done compared with what was recommended. He agreed and the men came back, installed the vents in the roof. I also had them install wall vents over what was a garage roof. They did a good job in spite of being attacked by carpenter ants, and according to the exterminator took care of the ants with spray. So after a bit of a communications problem, they made good on the problem.

I wanted to keep the job as discreet as possible for my tenants sake. The provider has an amazing crew that really stayed focused and worked efficiently to get the whole job done in a couple days. We were there regularly to inspect since it was a big job. Cleaned up and we hardly knew they had been there.

Great work. Fast, professional, great advice on improving substandard roofing, and worth every penny.

We only received an estimate, but they were extremely quick and professional throughout the entire process. It was really a tossup between them and another contractor. The folks at Pinnacle were terrific in every regard.

Pinnacle did a great job! Great workers! Talk to Jason Shiel 206-919-5284. They corrected two problem areas for drainage and installed a complete new IB membrane system roof. They guarantee it as long as we own the house and, if needed, repairs are done at no charge. There is a fifteen year guarantee in place also if we sell the home to new owners. Pinnacle asked if they could start two weeks earlier than scheduled, showed up at 8:00 AM every day for 6 days, worked past 6 PM on two evenings to be ready for the membrane to go on as scheduled, cleaned up the perimeter flawlessly everyday before leaving (I never found a single nail or piece of remnants anywhere during or after their work), met their schedule, stayed in budget, were careful, polite and fun workers, AND three workers (the lead and two helpers) came for three hours on Memorial Day holiday to double check the membrane status and do a final clean up check. They really know their stuff! They aren't cheap but their price is in line with other bids, and we were really impressed with their work.

I am still trying to get a quote from them. I have had a total of three visits from Pinnacle Staff to get a quote on a roof repair over a period of two months and still no quote. After me reaching out to them the last three business days, I was told I would get a call today with the quote. I still have not received a call.I would appreciate an honest statement of maybe, " We just don't want your business, and we are not going to provide you with a quote.", or something of that nature. They seemed professional when they came out to get the information for the estimate but follow up is seriously lacking.

Pinnacle came out to provide an estimate for a full roof replacement, and they were very courteous and professional. They provided a very thorough estimate, detailing the work that would be completed, but we chose to go with a less expensive bid. We would definitely call them again for an estimate in the future.

I tried calling this company to schedule a time for someone to come out and give me the estimate on roof repair. The lady on the phone could not locate the address of the property on google maps for at least 15 minutes ( i gave it to her 4-5 times), then she took another 20 minutes asking me all kinds of unnecessary questions (like where did you find us). Once that was done she said she had nothing available until 2 weeks out. She ended our conversation by yelling (and I quote) : "I do not want to help you anymore!!!!"

They did a really good job i would rate them a 9.5 out of 10.0.

Lenny, the president of Pinnacle Roofing, was very professional and responsive from initial contact to completion of the project. He was also great about answering questions. That is what impressed me the most. His estimate was not the least expensive, but other companies were proposing different roofing materials, so I can't really compare apples to oranges. I knew that I did not want torch down for my flat roof and had heard good things about IB membrane roofs through my research. From the start, Lenny provided his insurance information and credentials. His estimate was itemized and detailed. At the end of the project, he provided a lien release, warranty information, and requests feedback from his clients. I think that shows a company that wants to improve and to do good work. The crew worked hard and completed the work in a timely manner. From what I can tell, the work is good quality (although I did not climb up onto the roof myself to look). They also cleaned up the work site very well each day. My only constructive feedback would be that I could have used more notice on some days when the crew was going to come out. I didn't know they needed to have access to an electrical outlet, which I only had available in a locked shed, so on one occasion, I think they had to use my neighbor's outlet and on another occasion just waited until the next day. I also would have appreciated having some photos of the job, which they had taken, but only due to a fluke cell phone mishap, the photos were lost. Pinnacle Roofing also just did a complete re-roof of my mother's house. I will comment a little bit about that, as she does not typically write reviews on the computer. She had a very positive overall experience as well and commented on how responsive Lenny was and how hardworking the crew was. Joe the electrician was especially good. We were also impressed because the crew's truck had leaked some oil onto her driveway and street. They cleaned up the oil spill and even came back out on a Sunday to clean up the spill. We would both use Pinnacle again and recommend them to others.

Great job, very professional, prompt, did what they said they would do. Fast, polite. I will use them in 40 years to reroof again!

Their project manager, Paulo, came to our home, climbed the roof and went into attic, took pictures and showed me what the problem is. He explained me what needs to be done to repair instead of replacing the roof. After scheduling the repair work, they sent their roofer to do the job over 3 days, and the roofer did good job in repairing the roof. I am satisfied customer and will call them again, in case I need their help.

Pinnacle Roofing's Lenny, Joe, and Mike were all very professional and provided a very reasonable quote (unlike some other solar installers from Issaquah and Seattle) who wanted 4-5 times more for the same work). I have a solar array that I have built up over time, so I needed an installer who could understand a mix of components in a configuration they hadn't seen before. Apparently with some other installers this is too much of a concept to deal with. (Most other solar installers in my experience have a few cookie-cutter designs they have worked out, and if you need to deviate from those designs at all they have problems.) But with Pinnacle all went very smoothly. 6 new solar panels went up on the roof on new rails and 4 new batteries joined the battery bank. My system is now sized just the way I wanted it without needing to overbuy capacity. The installation was very thorough and professional, and it looks great. I am now able to run my outbuilding completely on solar (I've turned off the grid connection). I'll be going back to Pinnacle when it is time to move the main house to solar.

Saw water damage after roof repairs by Pinnacle. Called in Pinnacle team as my repairs were still within 1 year warranty. Paolo was there the next day to examine the roof, source of leak. Paolo identified the issue as not being the roof but the roof vent pipes. Diagnosis was proved correct by the plumbing team I brought in the next day. Paolo carefully described the issue, providing pictures to show the plumbers. No charge.

The project manager came to the house and asked us questions about the issue. He then got up on the roof and examined the overall condition. He seemed very knowledgeable about this type of roof (flat, black torch down style). He knew exactly what was likely going on with the leak and gave me a bid based on his estimate of the problem. As it turned out he was correct (poor venting due to incorrect structural connecting with the rest of the roof which is not flat). They got the job done in a few days. Unfortunately, while working they created a crack in the living room ceiling below the roof. They sent over someone within a few days after they were done with the roof to fix the crack and painted our ceiling. We could not tell that anything had happened once they were done. I would recommend these roofers to anyone and would use them again.
