Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. And big thanks to the solar installers who took the time to maximize the installation aesthetic down to every last inch of panel placement. Project went great. I worked initially with Michael and Lenny to clarify parameters of roof, and they were patient as I considered various options explaining pros/cons. I then worked with Ricky as my project manager, and I really felt overall the crew at Pinnacle Roofing went above/beyond. They were able to squeeze me in almost immediately on a weekend, and they were punctual and professional throughout. They cleaned up after themselves each day very carefully (one guy would basically spend an hour raking and cleaning up at the end of each day!). They took care of a bunch of little things (like redoing a couple vent holes that had to be changed due to a plumbing change), and they were conscientious about replacing fascia/roof decking w/o just going overboard and having me replace all of it unnecessarily. Also small little details like spray painting the vents to blend it into roof made my roof look great at the end. They offer a 5-star 25yr workmanship warranty backed by Certainteed at a small upcharge, in addition to their own 15yr workmanship warranty they include by default. I have to say, I talked to 4-5 roofing companies, and I'm glad I picked Pinnacle Roofing Pros.

Excellent, had them inspect a year ago and give an estimate, updated the estimate this year and scheduled the work. Done in 2 days, fast, professional, cleaned up, followed up with a walk through, very impressive!

Overall Pinnacle Roofing Professionals are just that, professionals. We hired them in 2013 to make a repair on our aging roof and were pleased with their work. Fast forward to 2018 when it was time to replace the roof. Jason in Sales gave us a prompt estimate for our home to be re-roofed, new fascia installed and new gutters installed. The Project Manager Ricky was attentive to the details of this significant sized project and Tony the lead on the crew, along with the other crew members ensured that everything was done well. Jason promptly answered questions about the proposal and the owner, Lenny, ensured that warranty information was complete and that we were happy with their services. To that end, we vetted 8 additional roofing contractors for this project and are very happy we selected Pinnacle. In this industry, true craftsmanship, integrity, quality, workmanship and reputation matter. Overall the replacement went well and since the roof was replaced in December, it was immediately subjected to rain and snow the next week for a good test. I would definetly recommend Pinnacle Roofing for roof replacement projects. The estimate process was fairly quick and price given by Pinnacle for what they wanted to do was very good as well compared to other bids we have. There were cheaper alternatives but usually scope of work was smaller. Note that Pinnacle is also a certified CertainTeed installer. In any case given reviews both here and in other places regarding how they well handle issues afterwards, we decided to go with Pinnacle. Since we were doing the replacement in December, I expected delays and short notices on date changes due to weather. Fortunately there was a week of dry weather where they were able to complete the job. Crew left the jobsite relatively clean each day and they did a complete sweep at the end of the work, they also removed larger debris from crawlspace when I asked for it. The only issue after the installation was a bad ceiling fan connection which they fixed promptly after letting them now. Ricky, our contact during installation, has been especially responsive to my calls.

Ricky is particularly helpful. He's always very responsive to inquires. The quality of the work is excellent. They have delivered everything that has been promised. We can't ask for a better service. It's worth every penny. We're glad that we finally find the "go to" company for our roofing matters.

They did an outstanding job on all 3 properties. I found them o Angie's List and I got estimates from them and 3 or 4 other people other people and did some research. The thing I liked about Pinnacle is they don't hire day laborers from the Home Depot parking lot. They have workers that have been with them for years, and that's their only job is Pinnacle Roofing, so they know what they are doing and they work together extremely well. Their price was mid-range of all the estimates I got, but I did some reseach and the professionalism of the people they had working for them and the detail they put into their estimate sold me on them. I would give them an A in all fields! I would use them again. I hope I don't have to!

It went extremely well. They showed up on time to give me a quote and - once again - did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. This is the third time I've use Pinnacle and once again I'm highly satisfied with the service.

The workers were amazing and worked so hard. Everything that they promised they took care of and delivered on. Everyday when they left, everything was cleaned up.

They were real good. I was happy with them. It was a pretty good price. It was average. It wasn't a stellar low price, but then again for something like that I didn't care, I just wanted them to do a good job. They were professional. They came out afterwards because there were some issues. It wasn't the roof, but they were real cool about it.

It's ok. My expectation might have been a little bit higher. They are a good company. I think they are very earnest and honest about stuff. I contracted with them in November or December and they did the work in May. They work a lot so that speaks well for them.

Some of the finest workmanship I've seen. Beyond perfect, if that's possible. The three impressive things that stood out working with them were: 1.) When the weather forecast changed to heavy rain a day earlier than expected, they had the entire crew with flood lights working frantically until 10pm, getting everything ready for the deluge, finishing just as light rain turned into torrent. Not a problem, and when it stopped, they were back finishing the job perfectly. 2.) They came back 8 months after the job was completed and paid for; the manufacture had increased the flashing depth recommendation. I would have never known, but they where here for a day retrofitting the flashing to current manufacture specs. Many companies would have applied those changes only to new roofs. The guys from Pinnacle Roofing upgrading my roof when I wouldn't have known had they not, increased my extremely high trust in them to nearly complete. 3.) Lifetime warranty. I have and will use them again whenever I need roofing.

They were amazing. Punctual. Efficient. Hard working. Respectful. Truly desired to do their very best. Amazing customer service. Cleaned up after themselves every day. Left the job sight spotless when they left. Could not ask for a better company!

It 's really easy to do a flawless job but sometimes there are things out of your control, like a storm that can screw over a project. Linnys' recovery from the storm damage during the construction period was incredibly well done. Some contractors will run away when something goes bad, Linny doesn't do that. They found a bug a boo with the solar after the job and they corrected it for nothing. They are great. I've recommended them to the county board for solar providers.

Each time they did amazing work, on time and for a very reasonable price. I'm sure I'll have a lot more work for them in the future.

Jason was awesome. Our roof wasn't the easiest to get to. He checked around possible leak areas and took photos to show me.

Pinnacle Roofing is an excellent company. Their salesman was no-pressure but very informative both about their process and roofing in general. The crews were friendly, professional, and hard-working - they never slacked off, only taking a break for lunch. They were also solution oriented and very responsive to questions and suggestions. Ricky (coordinated new roof construction) was very responsive, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Lenyn (coordinated old roof removal) was also great, personable and professional. Due to erratic winter weather, the roof took several months to complete after signing the contract; however, once the crew arrived for both removal and construction, that stage was done quickly in a few days. Actual roofing material arrived several weeks ahead of schedule, and the crew began immediately. Though it was an extended process, Pinnacle kept us "dried in" from the moment we signed the contract. The site was always cleaned up after each work day. They did everything we asked including small detailing work. We truly enjoyed working with them.

The new roof cost is more than what we originally budgeted, but after it's installed I feel like it's worth the money. Visually it's very 3 dimensional with nice thickness to each tile. We love the new roof. We also bought the ridge venting system, that's another thing that brings piece of mind and improve the longevity. We also took the 5-star (vs the standard 4-star) warranty. Just in case if Pinnacle changes business, Certainteed would still cover it. Pinnacle was not the lowest cost option but the owner Lenny was willing to work with us and considered a slight discount to lock in the project. In retrospect, $500 off a $23K roofing project was really not much, but the fact that they are willing to work with us made the deal happen. The crew showed up on schedule to remove the old roof and nailed in new boards. We choose the more expensive plywood option after a bit of research, that's pretty much the foundation to the roof so we didn't try to save money for the cheaper material. Then the install crew came back and in 3 days the new roof was up. They did a fantastic job in all aspects. They even took our skylight apart and replaced the weather seals while they added additional sealing material (we paid for that option) around the all the contact points with the roof.

We have a roof leak, someone from Pinnacle came out and provided a written estimate that I thought was reasonable. I emailed and called them to schedule the work to be completed and never heard back.

The crew was thorough and professional. We are pleased with the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation. They weren't the cheapest company nor the most expensive but we felt their price was fair. They also gave us a small discount on the roof sheathing in consideration of the amount of sheathing the job required (44 sheets).

Very well - cleaned roof and identified some small repairs needed. I ended up getting them to do the repairs also as we knew it needed to be done and the price was good.

Jeff who came initially walked me through all that was needed. Then the technician came out and did a great job and was very professional. They also had some one come out and walk me through all that was done on my request. Overall very satisfied. They were a hundred bucks or so more than other quotes I got, but overall they did a great job. Its been a couple of rainy months since the work and things seem to be fine.
