Description of Work: Repaired a leak in the roof by replacing worn out pipe boots, plugging nail holes left by past roofers and replacing worn out roof shingles. They were very professional and took both before and after pictures to show the issues and verify that they had done the work I paid for. | |I would definitely use them again and someday when I need a new roof I will be calling them.

Description of Work: We had Pinnacle Roofing replace a cedar shake roof on our rental house in Kenmore with a composition roof. They also replaced a skylight. Lenny Schwartz was very prompt about communicating with me as I am out of state. He arranged for an estimate, sent photos and options, prices and recommendations for the new roof. Although there were several delays due to weather as expected in the Seattle area in Winter Lenny always kept me appraised of the reason and rescheduled the work for the next available window of time. Our renters reported that the workers were prompt, efficient and respectful and the work was completed as promised and the results look great. I am very pleased with the work they did and are happy with the new roof.

Description of Work: Communication was not their strong suit. I never knew when they were going to be out to work on the roof. To be fair, the weather wasn't cooperative, but they didn't call until the last minute if ever. | |I mentioned another Angie's list deal, and was met with resounding silence. There were "added expenses" to the tune of $850 for a half day's work for facia boards. And the roof for my other building, which was supposed to get repaired, hasn't been touched.

Description of Work: Being unfamiliar with roof repairs the price seemed fair considering the description of repairs. Basically it took one man +/- 6 hours of labor, 2/3 sq. of shingles, plus the other listed materials.

Description of Work: I originally contacted them for a leak through my kitchen exhaust. They gave me a good estimate for that. In the process of looking at the exhaust they noticed moss and issues with my gutters (some attachments had been screwed in right through shingles). They showed me pictures and took time to explain potential problems and gave me a detailed estimate. They were on time every time, from visiting for the estimate to completing the work. I was so impressed with that, especially as other contractors had not even been so for the estimate part. I have already recommended Pinnacle to my mother and another person.

They did exactly what we needed: gave us a realistic assessment of the condition of the roof and recommended the work to be done to get the remaining life from it. We were pleased with all aspects of the experience and in a few years will definitely be looking at them for our roof replacement.

Description of Work: Complete tear off and install new roof on my home, part 1 story, part 2 story. Lenny was very responsive from the first call for a bid through answering questions and being awarded the job. His price was competitive, and I evaluated the product and installation he offered as the best deal. |He scheduled the job, his crew showed up on time, and he completed the work as scheduled. After inspection, when I discovered they had not removed rafter blocking where necessary, he promptly came out and addressed the issue. I am very satisfied with the job.

Description of Work: We are going to have a new roof installed. I am rating the provider before they have installed it because my Angie's List subscription will run out before the work is done. Pinnacle provided the most professional, thorough and easily understood quote out of 4 companies contacted. Throughout the entire process (which I am handling remotely due to being out of the country)they have been responsive and provided detailed explanations as to how the process will proceed. I will update my comments if I find that anything does not go as expected!

Description of Work: We had 2 skylights replaced within 24 hours after getting a free inspection. They were extremely punctual and very professional. The price was very reasonable as well.

Description of Work: Pinnacle inspected my composition roof for leaks and did not find any. They concluded that it may be a condensation problem and suggested a way to address the problem. There were no charges since they performed no work. We had agreed to a service call fee which they waived without my even asking.
