The sellers of the home were extreme foot-draggers in signing off on the contract to get the old roof replaced as part of the post-inspection amended home purchase agreement. The incessant delays caused multiple problems, repeatedly delayed closing on the home, and led to numerous unanticipated headaches and expenses for both us and Lenny and crew at Pinnacle. Throughout the ordeal, Lenny was patient, professional and super-communicative, though it entailed reworking his whole schedule for other roofing jobs. Once the work here actually began, it went quickly and smoothly. The whole crew was super, friendly, and courteous, clean-up was impeccable and neighbors were impressed. I would use Lenny and Pinnacle again in a heartbeat.

Lenny is very friendly and easy to work with. He always responded quickly to my questions/requests and even took extra effort to come by my house a day before the project start to show me different colors with real sample shingles again just because I was not sure the color I picked was the right one. Lenny and his crew stayed on budget and finished work ahead of schedule. I was pleased to come home everyday to find that they had cleaned up after themselves. A few of my neighbors who I rarely talk to even came by to compliment on how great my new roof looked and one of them even hired Pinnacle to install a new roof for her as a result of seeing the work done on my roof. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who wants responsible workers delivering quality work on time.

We bought a 1913 Craftsman home that had been patched and repaired by countless contractors over the decades. Surprisingly, nobody ever thought to vent the attic. It was a hotter than the sun up there, causing major damage to the roof and house. When you're in the attic, you can see the sun shine through in several places. Lenny (Pinnacle's owner) came out to the house and did a thorough inspection on one of the hottest days of summer. He provided a quick, detailed estimate a few days later and was very responsive to my questions. Venting along the peak of the roof would be no problem to let the hot air out, but he discovered there was no easy way to vent at the base of the roof (to let the cool air in) due to the soffit along the gutter line. He offered a great solution: one strategically placed, solar-powered exhaust fan. On the day of install, they arrived on time and the work began. They discovered half way in that one side of the house had one layer of roof underneath the shingles, the other side had five layers of old shingles, boards and patches. While it made their day very long, they did not charge extra for going the extra mile to make the roof line look as even as possible. They also installed a vent for my bathroom exhaust fan, another contractor completed the duct work. My only regret came with the patchwork shingle color they selected to be the best match for my house's long, out of production shingle style and color. I was told in the estimate that there would likely be no exact match for the color. My roof was a very faded, bleached out light purple/grey hue, which Pinnacle matched with a light brown shingle. I should have put the job on hold until a better match was found, but I approved the color once I saw it up there under the bright sun. I didn't think it would be a big deal, since I was unaware just how big the patched areas would be. I agreed to it, so I hold nobody responsible but myself for how it looks today. After the job, I lived with the brown patches for a few days and discovered the roof looked very different when it was overcast. I discussed my options with Lenny and he offered a few very economical solutions that I could either do myself, or have him do when we're ready. We will hire him to switch out the two largest brown patches in the coming months. I have no regrets working with Pinnacle because there were no surprises. He told me about all of the issues we'd be facing upfront, he held to his estimate, and most importantly, the venting and exhaust fan work like a breeze (pun intended). The attic is dramatically cooler and there are no leaks. Granted, we've had no heavy rain since, but I am confident it will hold up just fine when it pours. We needed just enough repair to buy us a few years before we needed a new roof and he delivered. Unlike a lot of vendors that do high-pressure, scare tactic sales jobs, Pinnacle was very refreshing to work with. Personable, honest, and they get the job done. In five years or so, when we're ready for a completely new roof, they will be the company we call.

Great! Lenny is terrific to work with. He was always fast to respond to my questions, his crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves each night. Lenny worked with me to replace original 55 yr old fascia. His carpenter did a very nice job. Attention to detail throughout the entire job.

I found their listing on Angie's List. I needed them immediately, but needed to be gone on the day of the job. They fixed the leak fast, immediately, and completely. He pointed out other issues that he was also able to fix before more water damage occurred. Great job!!

This is the best roof company I have ever met. Lenny Schwartz (owner) is a gem of customer service from the initial quote to the final clean up. Our cedar shake roof is nearly done and we plan to replace it after 3-4 years. Now there are several holes and missing shingles on the roof so we need to repair our roof immediately. I called several roof companies. Pinnacle gave us the best rate with 3 years warranty. Lenny (owner) gave us very helpful suggestions(save $$$) after he inspected the whole roof. He replied emails super fast and discussed with us every detail patiently and professionally. He came here with two crews when they repaired my roof. We are entirely pleased because everything was completed in a professional and expedient manner. They explained every detail to us when they were doing their job. You can what? One of the crew was the one who installed original roof! They also cleaned up everything after they finished. I would highly recommend their products and services. I will definitely refer him to friends, and hire him to replace our roof when it's needed,
