Impressed with knowledge from start to finish. Quote was clear and very competitive. Arrived to start job just as promised and performed just as outlined. I knew from start just what to expect and they delivered. Felt this was the best deal even if not least expensive. Everything was back to normal when job complete. All nails and debris was removed.

The quality of the work was clearly better than our previous installer. We paid extra to have the IB Company independently guarantee the roof after an inspection. Pinnacle's job easily passed the inspection. The installers were professional, courteous and worked fast and well even in the cold weather. My only complaint was that they were very slow in getting around to doing the job - we had originally talked to them in early summer and the work wasn't done until December.

Lenny (the owner) reponded promptly to my e-mail from the Pinnacle web site. He dispatched Paulo the same day. Paulo diagnosed the problem as a leaking vent and came back early the next morning with the necessary materials and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. The leak was showing up in a ceiling sheetrock seam, and that seam has remained dry since the fix. Our experience with Pinnacle ensured that we will use them in the future should the need arise.

Apparently during the new year time when Sammamish experienced high velocity winds, one of the vents in the roof broke. When it rained really bad on the 4th of January, it started leaking thru the roof. The insulation in the attic became wet and the ceiling in one of our guest bed rooms became moist. We noticed it in the night and the first thing in the morning (5th Jan), we called around 4 roofing guys from Angie's list and asked for estimates to repair. They all came and gave us quotes. It seemed that we have a roof that can last 20 years, but vents that were all made of plastic and would last only 5 to 6 years. One of the guys, who gave a quote told us if it isn't broken why do you want to fix all the vents? Just fix the one that is broken and move on. But Lenny from Pinnacle, explained to us clearly the ramifications of leaving plastic vents on the roof and gave us a quote to replace all the plastic vents with new metallic vents. He had guys ready to work on a Saturday. Pablo came by on Saturday and kept working without any breaks. He replaced 15 vents in all and replaced the neoprene pipe boots too. We had to persuade him to take a 10 minute lunch break. He took pictures of how the vents were before and after repair. Lenny has given us a warranty of 1 year for the labor. We are waiting for the rains to show up to see if the vents are up to it. We will update the list with the after effects of the rain as soon as we get it. Lenny also sent us someone to replace the drywall. He cut the ceiling up, replaced it, sanded, textured and painted the ceiling- all in one day. All of this was done before the other roofing guy even gave us a quote to repair. We would hire Lenny anytime for any roofing job or repairs. He is very patient and answered all our questions. He is a true professional and always sent guys on time. We didn't have to wait for too long.

The original roof was pitched incorrectly so that water pooled in one corner, and that was where the leak was. They removed the old roof, and downspouts, and the trim cap on the top of the wall. The new roof is 80 Mil vinyl, and has a life time warranty. The downspouts were original and 2" in diameter, these were replaced with new larger downspouts, so the water can quickly flow off of the roof. We were flexible as to the start date, so that there was a couple of month gap from the estimate to the start of the work. The work was completed quickly including having to have a roof cap custom bent to replace one that was bent and leaking. The B on punctuality is due to that the day they were suppose to arrive they didn't arrive until afternoon, instead of the morning as originally scheduled.

I had leaks around one skylight and around the chimney. I contacted Pinnacle Roofing at (206) 919-3538 and spoke with Lenny Schwartz. He met with me the same day and submitted the estimate the next day.I wanted to have the skylights replaced as well as the gutters. Lenny's crew began by removing a tree branch which was extending over the roof. The roofing job started shortly after the materials arrived. They found rotted wood around the chimney and replaced and painted the chimney siding. They replaced and painted several fascia boards. Lenny kept me informed me of any problems as they were found so I was aware of extra costs as they occurred. The job was completed in about ten days. (it was a very wet week!) I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor! Lenny was a delight to do business with and his crew was wonderful. They were professional, considerate, polite and unbelievably quiet. Best of all, my new roof is beautiful!

Areas of my roof were starting to cave in due to condensation damage caused by poor ventilation. I received 3 bids. Lenny was by far the most thorough in evaluating the situation inside the attics as well as outside on the roof. He came out to my house within 24 hours of my call to him and provided me with a detailed bid via email that evening. His price was more reasonable than the other bids I received. The roofers did a great job. They arrived on time, performed all the necessary work in a day, and cleaned up everything before leaving. All in all, I was very happy with the whole experience.

Lenny was excellent to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable about product and installation. They got the job completed in a timely manner and reported all unforeseen conditions. They were corrected at a reasonable price. The reason I gave only a "B" for professionalism is because I felt the foreman was a bit terse. I also think they should have let us know they had arrived on site or were leaving rather than just start work and just leave when they were done.

They were good. I like them. I would use them in the future.

After using the Angie's email link and not hearing back, I called Lenny who was very apologetic but he had not received the email. He came out shortly, gave us the estimate and said he would be here as soon as we had a break in the weather. A few days later his crew worked several hours and courteously let us know when they finished. At the end of the day, Lenny came by to check and since we wouldn't go up to investigate, he emailed us photos of the repair. I discovered the next day that they had also cleaned our large skylights! Lenny communicated very well - he understood what needed to be done and clearly explained it - and he was very pleasant to do business with. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Pinnacle Roofing restored my faith in contractors, and humanity in general. That is a bold statement, but well deserved. Before working with them I had the worst possible experience with a completely different contractor, which was the latest in a long line of bad contractor experiences. Happily my experience with Pinnacle Roofing, couldn't have been better! They were timely, professional, and while not the cheapest quote I got, I feel they were definately the best value for the money. Their owner Lenny is responsive, honest and truly a joy to work with. I enjoyed the experience so much I immediately hired him to repair some of the damage done by the other contractor. I'd highly and whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone. We could not be more pleased with Lenny Schwartz and his crew. This re-roofing was part of a real estate purchase in which the sellers were very uncooperative and even their agent was amazingly unresponsive to communications from our agent or the various roofing contractors from whom bids were obtained. When Pinnacle's price (which reflected a 10% senior discount) was finally agreed on, the sellers again dragged their feet repeatedly in signing off on the contract, necessitating repeated major schedule changes for Lenny and crew, affecting another large commercial job they had on their calendar, and delaying our closing date by several days that proved very expensive for us. This was a highly frustrating situation and throughout the process Lenny was highly professional, more than reasonable in what he asked of us and the seller re: contract guarantees, very quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls, and accommodating and good-natured in every possible way. When all the contract snafus were finally out of the way, the skylight installation and the actual re-roofing went very quickly, Lenny's crew was polite and easy to work with, and they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. All that would be reason enough to recommend them, but Lenny went several steps further. When hard wind-driven winter rains came and we developed slight seepage where our ceiling meets our interior chimney, I called Lenny to see if something had gone wrong in the roofing to cause it. Within a few hours his great employee Jeff was here checking, and their analysis was that the 40+ year old mortar on the chimney was deteriorating enough at the chimney base to admit the seepage and probably needed re-pointing (mortar replacement). Since we were new to the area and had no recommended contacts from whom to obtain bids, Lenny contacted masons on our behalf. When the bid came in at $1200, which we all felt was way too high for the small area that needed attention, Lenny came up with his own affordable fix which consisted of custom-fabricated flashing that simply extends a hit higher around the chimney than the old flashing. For all of this he charged us $400, with the promise that if it didn't work, he would not charge us. Jeff again accomplished the installation on schedule, quickly and conscientiously and totally cleaned up after himself. When Lenny stopped by the following day to doublecheck on the work himself, I insisted on giving him a hug as well as the check. He has looked out for us every step of the way. In the process of rehabbing this older home, we have dealt with a number of contractors in the past six months and have been pleased with all of them, but Lenny and his crew at Pinnacle get our vote as best contractors we have EVER dealt with -- and that includes building custom homes from scratch, as well as several rehabs of vintage homes.

I have a 92-year-old house, and the old organic shingles were literally crumbling. Every time we'd get any kind of windstorm I'd lose a LOT of shingles. I called a few companies from Angie's List, but Pinnacle was by FAR the best! Lenny, the owner, responded to my request for an estimate right away. He came out personally to look it over, answered all my questions, and told me my options. He was always friendly, respectful, and professional. I told him my budget concerns, and he never tried to hard-sell me on anything I didn't need or want. I found him to be very honest, and he always answered my emails right away. He sent me an estimate that same evening, and I was AMAZED when it came in $3000 LESS than the other companies'!!! It was also much more detailed and professional than the others, AND he provided me with a list of customer references. (I checked with a few of them, and they all gave Pinnacle rave reviews.) The next day Lenny came out to help me choose my shingles, edging metal, vent covers, etc., and we scheduled a tentative time to start work. His crew was fantastic. They tented all my landscaping to protect it and tarped my yard to catch the debris, did my entire roof in 2 days' time, and did a nice job cleaning up afterward. I LOVE my new roof! I couldn't afford the more expensive "architectural" shingles, but Lenny helped me choose a 30-year tabbed shingle in a color that gives the optical illusion of depth and texture, so I think it actually looks like the more expensive shingles, at a very affordable price. (woo-hoo!) I have to admit I was pretty nervous about taking on such a big expense, as I've known people who have had bad experiences with other companies, but Pinnacle was great, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a roofing problem, whether it be a re-roof or just a patch. (We also have another house that had a leaky garage roof, and Pinnacle came out very quickly, hopped right up and patched it in no-time-flat. Easy-breezy! ) When the time comes to re-roof my garage/shed, I'll definitely call Lenny and his crew.

I discovered a leak around midnight, started looking for providers at 7a on Sunday morning. I called PRP and they were out within about 6 hours (it was a very busy day for roofers because of the rain). He was the first to respond, and came out and worked quickly and thoroughly. He promptly got me an estimate for the full repair, and came out and implemented it in less than 6 days. Great service, very communicative.

I went to Angie's list (on a Saturday) as soon as I noticed the crack and wet plasterboard on my ceiling. There were several roofers who indicated they had 24 hour or weekend service, but of the six I called, only Pinnacle came out and actually went up on the roof to see what was going on. Lenny was a lifesaver - very responsive and easy to work with considering my panicked state. Work was scheduled for the day after I caught my flight and a kindly neighbor let the roofers in and took care of details. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated Lenny's quick response to my situation.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Lenny, the owner, took pains to ensure that the job was done right, in a timely way, and kept us informed every step of the way. Although we ended up spending more than we anticipated because the scope of the work changed, the pricing was reasonable and he did what he could to save us money. HIs workers were courteous and professional. The work was done well, the worksite stayed clean, and now we have a nice secure new roof. When it comes time to replace the rest of the roof, we will certainly call Lenny.

Lenny was able to come out and take a look at our roof on relatively short notice. He gave us a bid for replacing the roof in addition to doing the quick patch. We elected to do the patch now and wait until this summer to do the roof replacement. Throughout Lenny and the other Pinnacle folks provided good information and did good work. The bid for the roof replacement was competitive with other bids we received.
