The company was thorough and professional. The area was fully repaired and not justed patched.

My "40 year" roof failed after 17 years resulting in multiple leaks, despite regular maintenance. Multiple roofers who inspected my roof felt confident it was a workmanship issue but would have to inspect shingles, underlayment, and plywood for confirmation. All had provided bids for replacing the roof. Jason Shiels from Pinnacle spent a great deal of time inspecting the roof, discussing possible causes for the leaks, and suggesting points for negotiating a reasonable solution with the installer. When I asked about a bid for replacing my roof, Jason was surprised and said he?d been sent out only as a consultant- at no charge! And even more admirable, he was the only roofer who agreed to send me a written summary of his findings! Unfortunately, the negotiations with the installer (Allied Roofing) did not go well and they refused to consider anything other than reroofing areas of existing leaks, with no intention to address or prevent subsequent leaks (that did, in fact, arrive). I ultimately chose another installer to replace my roof. However, although Pinnacle did not get my business, they earned my respect and appreciation.

I contacted Pinnacle on Saturday, December 1st in the morning after the roof (above the master bathroom) started leaking around 12:30 a.m. My husband happened to be out of town for the weekend so I was eager to get someone out to fix the leak because the ceiling was starting to sag. Lenny, the owner, was super accomodating and shifted the schedule so that someone could come out right away. I was expecting the guy doing the work to call/come by between 1-1:30, but he didn't make it until ~3:00. It wasn't really a problem, just explaining why I gave a "Good" rating for punctuality; stuff happens, traffic happens, so it was fine. The leak was initially fixed (he checked the crawl space above the bathroom and ultimately fixed it from the roof). I was hoping to get a contractor name from Pinnacle to fix the ceiling, but ended up going through a friend of the family (who happens to specialize in water damage!). The roof started leaking again a couple of days later (Monday). I called Lenny right away and he got someone out that morning. The second guy couldn't locate the leak - and of course it had stopped raining - so Lenny called back and even gave me his personal cell number to call when it started raining again so they could come out and hopefully determine where the leak was coming from while it was happening. We didn't have to wait long for it to start raining again and Lenny was able to get the first guy to come right out. He was able to locate the leak (he could see the light shining through the bathroom onto the roof) and fix it. It's been dry ever since and the ceiling is being repaired this week! Overall, they were great to deal w/and very responsive - especially since I had to call them out on a Saturday. I have nothing to compare it to as this was our first roof leak, but they charged $175 for the initial visit + $50/hour for a total of just under $240. The great thing was I wasn't charged for the two follow-up visits on Monday; I was only charged for the first visit on Saturday. I will definitley use them again and would recommend them.

I returned home from out of town and found I had a nasty roof leak. I called Pinnacle (on Sunday evening) and Mike arrived within a few hours. He set right to work, found the leak and repaired it expertly and it has not leaked since. Mike was very nice, professional and knew exactly what to do and how to do it quickly and well. I would definitely use Pinnacle again and they are my first choice for a complete re-roof in a couple years. Thank you Pinnacle and thank you Mike!

The roof was leaking and I was calling companies up to do some sort of a patch. I talked to lenny who owns Pinnacle and he sent Mike out. Mike arrived at 7:30pm and worked until 10:00. Lenny had to come out to bring more pvc material. Both Mike Nd Lenny were pleasant. The patch has not leaked. WE found out that we needed to get a new roof, so we had Lenny and other roofers give us estimates. The other roofers told us that the patch had been done well. Lenny gave us a detailed and fair estimate. He was easy to talk with. The only negative with him is that he is so busy he doesn't always call or e-mail back promptly. He was on time for our appointment though. We didn't hire Pinnacle to do the re-roof because we would have had to wait over 2 months. Pinnacle and Lenny are great for an emergency. And we are sure they would do a good roofing job if you can wait for them. They are undoubtedly busy because they are good.

After meeting with Lenny, the owner of Pinnacle and going over the estimate provided, we gave the go-ahead to do the job. Lenny gave us an estimated start date a month out, and then called ahead of time to say that the start date would be delayed 1 day due to weather related problems. This was of no concern to us, and we appreciated the heads up. The crew showed up the next day as scheduled and in 4 days the roof job was completed, on schedule and on the money with what the estimate was. This is always a relief when having a large job like this done. The gutter replacement crew showed up 4 days later and completed their work in a matter of hours. Overall, the work performed by all was top-notch. We are very pleased with the outcome and appearance of the work done. Having Pinnacle listed on Angie's made our selection process much easier, and we have to agree with all the others who have recommended Lenny and Pinnacle for their work. We also apprecitated the 5% Angie's discount! I might also mention here that the amount we paid for the work done shown here includes tax.

work started the day before thanksgiving removing all the old shingles etc--and the day after thanksgiving (in the rain) laid phywood and sealed the roof. I could not have found a more experienced and helpful company from the Angies list. I received the $350 discount. Lenny also hired HH gutter services to install new gutters. I had HH add screens to the new gutters which was $414. extra. Again , the professionalism of both companies was the best. I would use them again. But---hopefully not.

First, let me say , I am very honest with my reviews. I will not say someone did a good job, unless they truly did, and Pinnacle was great. It took a little longer to start than originally thought (that's Seattle Weather for ya!) , but once they got going they did excellent work.( They monitored the roof for us until start to insure there would be no leaks ) We were a little worried at first....our first time dealing with a cedar roof and didnt understand 100% what was purchased or why certain things looked the way they did. Jason Shields, our site manager, was very nice in explaining the whole process and explaining why things were done the way they were.He came out several times to sit and talk with us , sometimes for as long as 90min. Never once did he seem to get annoyed or frustrated with us (even though I probably would have) and he always was fast to respond to our e-mails and phone calls. The crew even did sunday work to finish the job . There was some minor gutter damage done , due to ladders ( Im assuming a normal part of the process unless you hire a team that can fly), but it was quickly corrected at no charge to us and now everything looks beautiful! Our house is now the envy of the neighborhood. They did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves too and took extra care to not drop any debris in our attic or our gardens ! The whole crew was nice to be around and very professional. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

Off the charts stellar. In every aspect. If these things did not cost money I would say the entire process was entirely painless. From my initial phone call, the first visit (same day), bid, sampling of roofing materials, the job itself, care for shrubs, clean-up, and follow-up were top not notch. I only have positives for every part. I suspect it is possible to get a lower price, but I am highly doubtful one could get a better value. I will recommend Pinnacle to anyone who is looking for a new roof, in fact, if Lenny were to call back in 3 years to tell me he had gone into dentistry I might switch. :)

Awesome - great service on a Sunday morning. Came out and got work and the team was done in an hour or two. I should have asked for an estimate before doing the work but it came out to be a reasonable cost.

Pinnacle Roofers were very professional and responsible and were very informative and polite. We are very satisfied with the job they did.

I got several estimates. Jason was by far the most knowledgeable and attention to detail. Price was competitive. They performed work as advertised. The job actually exceeded my expectations. Very pleased.

Once all materials were removed a great deal of dryrot was revealed requiring extensive carpentry work and adding a week to the schedule. Lenny brought in a great carpentry crew who did outstanding work.The crew was hardworking and professional, working through the weekend to take advantage of the dry weather. Each day the crew cleaned up the area. They also hauled away at least 4 truckloads of roofing and wood. We are very pleased with the results and the lifetime warranty.

Work started on the day specified, and was finished in one day. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Skylight replacements had to be special ordered, but were installed within a week despite a 3 day holiday weekend. Looks great. Many options on shingle types and options. The entire process could not have gone better.

Overall it went very well. Quickly and efficiently.

I received a recommendation from a friend who used Pinnacle Roofing recently for a re-roof and was very satisfied. We got 5 estimates and liked Lenny's the best. In fact, the entire process was seamless and easy. The estimate was performed in a timely manner and work was started within a couple weeks. Lenny's crew was very professional and extremely hard working. Lenny himself showed up on the first day to see how the work was progressing. The work was completed in 2 & 1/2 days at a very reasonable rate and looks fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Pinnacle Roofing to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.

We had a great experience with Lenny and the crew. He was responsive,called and showed up when he said he would and provided good honest information about his products and services. The crew showed up when expected, worked like crazy, cleaned up behind themselves and disappeared at dusk. They were back the next day and finished up. They were very tidy and posted warning signs that they were on the roof - very professional all the way around. We were VERY pleased with the job and the crew.

The Pinnacle crew arrived on the agreed upon day, with a large crew. They worked steadily for about 4 days to complete the job. They started promptly each morning and worked until early evening. They did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. The skylight was the last remaining thing to be done and when it was completed on 8/6, the owner's rep inspected the job before collecting final payment. We were very happy with the work, and with the company.

Great work done. I had a few problems come up during the roofing project, but Pinnacle took care of the issue promptly which proved their professionalism and commitment to quality work. It rained during the installation of the new roof and despite the roofers efforts to protect the house, some water did get inside. I didn't discover the leak until almost midnight. I called Pinnacle intending to leave a message, but got the owner on the second ring. He and another crew member were at the house in 45 minutes, and they fixed the apparent leak. They worked on the roof until almost 2 AM to make sure no more rain could get inside. They came back the next day to inspect the attic space to check for water damage and found none. Everything dried out and there everything was fine again.

Lenny was very knowledgeable and his guys appeared to fix the roof leak. Another roofing company wanted to replace torchdown with plastic and a few courses of shingles all around the house ($12K!) (they don't use torchdown at all). So I was impressed with Lenny's honesty and knowledge.

I can't begin to properly express how thorough and FAIR they were. I felt good about them from the very first visit. When the job was complete, they cleaned up and when they left, you wouldn't even know they had been here...except for the beautiful new roof. You simply can't go wrong choosing this company.

This was a positive experience. Lenny came and looked our roof over before submitting his bid and explained things that could change when the old roofing was removed. That was very good, because we had lots of rotting plywood and some parts of rafters that needed to be replaced. We were updated regularly about the changes and what they would cost. We ended up feeling confident the work that needed to be done for us to have a roof that will last has been done. The weather was uncooperative with wind and rain, but the crew worked long hours when they had opportunity. They even worked at night under artificial lighting and once under a tarp when rain began before they finished a task that needed to be completed before they left. The crew were friendly, but very focused on doing their job. They did a good cleanup of the area every day before leaving. We feel we ended up better off than just having old roofing replaced because (1) they made sure all the rotted parts were replaced, (2) the problem with overlap and pooling water is resolved, (3) the inefficient skylight was upgraded, (4) the drains and downspouts are improved- no more waterfalls, (5) the venting system is improved, and (6) according to our research the IB roofing material is one of the best- if not the best- out there for our needs.

They were very good. They did a great job. The workers were friendly, and they didn't make a mess. They cleaned up everything. It worked out very well. We got quotes from 4-5 different companies, and Pinnacle gave us the Angie's List discount.
