We hired them for a roofing job at our church and we were very pleased with them. As a matter of fact, we are getting ready to hire them again for another job.

d notPinnacle did a first class job. Did not charge for fixing the scupper even though it took climbing in a narrow attic. The work was done with a minimum of mess and was totally cleaned up. Everything was done very professionally and on time.

It went smoothly for all stage of the estimate unlike with the two other roofing companies. They were they only ones to actually provide any estimate and it was a properly detailed estimate of the material they would use, etc. One refused to provide one and the other required an additional appointment which was refused. They showed some sample of their materials while on site and the estimates include specific grades of materials to be used as well as labor that is cover and what it would cost for specific additional labor (framing repair if needed) that might be if required if additional damage was discovered during the process. Estimate also included additional work that no other roofing company noticed. Estimate also listed the procedures that would be taken so one would know what the entire order of the process would entail if one were to proceed. Although Pinnacle prefers using certain brands the estimate was vague as to which a materials would be used and if they were the materials discussed on site or alternative materials.

The response was quick. A detailed estimate was provided and extra time was spent looking for warantee information for the broken window they replaced.

WOW, talk about good service. I had 2 roofers out to look at the roof. It did not need to be replaced, and both found a small gap that was probably causing the leak. Pinnacle (can't remember the wonderful man's name) said he would would calk it for free and we could see if that worked. He calked it and left.

They came out as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner.

We purchased a new home that we knew needed the roof replaced. I called Lenny and asked if they did work on Bainbridge Island after reading the reviews on Angie's List for Pinnacle Roofing. He said they did as long as it was a re-roof. They are not located on the island so that made perfect sense. We move often and purchase homes that need some TLC. This is our 3rd roof in approximately 9 years on 4 different homes so I have some experience with the costs and different options with roofing. We had other bids from other roofing companies. Pinnacle Roofing offered the most detailed, thorough and proffessional bid. Lenny got up on the roof and surveyed what needed to be done and what issues we had with the skylights. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We could have gone with a company with a less expensive bid, but Pinnacle Roofing offered the best price for superior products, warranty and experience. After the work was completed I went up on the roof with the foreman. I was very impressed with the work. They use superior products from the vents, pipes and ridge work. I knew we were getting an excellent roof, but I was even more impressed with the finished product. They showed up to work on time, were always considerate and the yard was immaculate when they left. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing.

Lenny Schwartz (owner) and his team of professionals continue to provide the type of product and service which has earned them the distinction of being the very best in the roofing business in the Seattle area! When I discovered a small roof leak, I turned to Angie?s List. I went down the list of A-rated companies, and very much liked what I read about Pinnacle Roofing. I called for an appointment, and within 2-3 days, Lenny was on my roof and had identified several problem areas. He provided repairs and an estimate for a new roof, since we both agreed it was in need of replacement. A few days later, we met again, and he explained in-depth all the technical details, materials, warranties, etc., and provided a written proposal. Being a comparison shopper, I then solicited 3-4 additional bids, all from A-rated firms on Angie?s List. All the bids were professional and reasonable, and some were even less expensive. But, in the final analysis, I just felt that Lenny?s low-key and personable approach had instilled the type of confidence which I needed in order to trust a contractor with a very expensive project. Pinnacle Roofing Pros definitely exceeded our expectations. We continue to receive compliments on our beautiful new roof.

I told them it didn't meet my needs as I wanted to gather all the bids within a short time period. The person who answered the call still said the earliest time was in two weeks. So, I just passed on them.

It was just a estimate. We went with oasis and the reason I said no to using them was only because we would go back to Oasis

Lenny, the owner, came out and gave a thorough inspection, and did a good job of explaining and showing me the problems. He spelled out the repair options and followed up promptly with a very professional quote. We wound up going with another highly rated roofer from Angie's List with a lower bid.

They arrived on time did a great job and finished on time and on budget. Will use again.

My roof has a leak. They were on time and very responsive. Asked to get a repair quote. The company could have provide me a cheaper solution. They ask to replace this and that instead of a cheap repair. They did a OK job for the replacement. I regret for not being provided the cheaper alternatives and not able to choose a cheaper solution. I would not use this company again for a quote.

ny Pinnacle were an excellent company to work with from estimate to job completion. Lenny Schwartz,owner came out to our home for the estimate,he is very knowledgeable and made suggestions to suit our particular roof. The roof and skylights were completed in two days and the gutters were installed last. After completion the job site was left neat and tidy and our house has a wonderful new roof and low energy skylights.

Pinnacle Roofing replaced our 20 year old roof and two skylights. Their quote was very detailed and comparable in service to another roofer, but was quite a bit less in cost. We also liked that they offered a same-as-cash, twelve-month no-interest loan option, which made financing the roof quick and easy. They removed the old roof on Monday and returned on Wednesday to install the new roof. They would have done in Tuesday, but the materials didn't arrive on time. So the actual work only took two days. They cleaned up the yard and driveway after each days work and were very professional.

They did a good job. They worked quickly. They were satisfactory. They seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional and prompt so I chose them.

We researched many roofing companies and decided to use Pinnacle Roofing. We enjoyed a rapport with owner Lenny Schwartz, and we were impressed with how carefully he laid out the process step by step to us. He answered all questions thoroughly and set a possible start date for us via email. The following week materials were delivered. Our driveway is very steep and our home has 3 levels of roof, all peaked. It was really challenging for the team as the new materials are corralled on top of the roof for easy access to the installers. They took off the old roof and the garbage went into a dump truck parked in our driveway. In the evening, the team went around to every side of our yard and picked up any debris that had fallen during the day. They left the property immaculate every night. We had rain, we had hail and we even had snow, and the team worked around the adverse weather conditions and still made great progress. The roof was 100% complete Saturday and we were thrilled with the results. The team leader was excellent, answering questions and reporting on conditions they did/didn't find during the process. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from start to finish. We definitely recommend Pinnacle Roofing!

I received a bid from Pinnacle Roofing to re-sheet and re-roof my house and shed. A couple of Pinnacle employees came out to take the measurements and pictures. The bid was very detailed and professional. I had a few questions for Lenny and he answered them quickly. I ended up going with another company whose bid was just a bit lower and whose estimator had actually been to our house and would be overseeing in the job from start to finish. I would still contact Pinnacle in the future as everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.

We needed the job done quickly because of the rain, and they came right away to give us an estimate and completed the work the next day. Great communication and great work. We will definitely use Pinnacle again.

We chose Pinnacle Roofing Pros. based on their rating with Angie's List. We signed in September 2012 knowing that the completion date would be dependent on the weather and the company's work priority list. We talked by phone regularly and exchanged emails and our turn arrived in mid February 2013. The work went quickly, the roof was weather tight at the end of each work day and functionally complete in 4 days. Touch up work and the instalation of an additional downspout were completed in a timely manner. The supervisors, crew chief and crew members were knowledegable and efficient workers. As soon as damage was detected carpenters began repairs and there were no delays during the project.

In addition Pinnacle Roofing Professionals LLC finished the job on time and on budget. It took two days to complete and each day their loyees cleaned up before they left. Their employees are extremely professional and very nice to deal with. When the job was concluded, the foreman explained exactly what was done and how it was completed. In short, Pinnacle Roofing Professionals LLC treated us and our home just like it was their own. My wife and I cannot speak more highly of them. We would recommend them and plan to do so to our family, our friends, and our neighbors without reservation. The day before my Husband was scheduled for major surgery we discovered a leak in our metal roof - smack in the middle of the living room. Just what we needed (yes - that is sarcasm) - One call to Pinnacle and someone was out to assess the problem, tarp the problem area and give us a quote all the very same afternoon (in the rain). When the rain finally subsided they called us to be sure it was ok to come by while we were not home (we were still spending our days at the hospital). When we finally got home the work had been completed and the invoice had been emailed to us. They never requested a deposit and the work was done very well. What a wonderful company to do business with. We will most definitely use them again.

We called Pinnacle to inspect our leaking roof and they came out that same day of the call. They tarped off our roof as we had to work with our home insurance company to approve costs before any repairs could proceed. Jason, the estimator, came out and looked at the roof to provide a bid for us. Jason was very accommodating to immediately give us the roof pictures that he took so we could pass them on to our insurance company. While waiting for our home insurance company to approve the bid/estimate, the tarp blew off on 3 different occasions due to the windstorms that we had. We called Pinnacle and every time, they sent someone out that same day or the next morning to fix the tarp. We appreciated how they made us a priority to prevent any more leaking into our bedroom. They did all of this before we even confirmed that we were going to use them! Jason was a pleasure to work with as he was very flexible during our negotiations with the contract and very responsive. All of the other roofers that came to fix the tarp or re-roof were very friendly and professional. The company is very busy as they couldn't schedule us until 1 1/2-2 weeks out (probably because they are very good!). Once they came, they completed the job in 1 1/2 days. I would definitely use them in the future for all roofing needs.

I called for an estimate. They came out the next day. The following Saturday they came out and replaced my broken skylight in about 20 minutes. Looks great, no leaks!

The ceiling on the top floor of my townhouse, right by a skylight, started dripping water during heavy rains earlier this month. I called Pinnacle the week of the 3rd, but they were all booked up for the week (hint they are really busy because people like them and the quality of their work!) so I called around before calling back and having them come out the following week. They quickly determined the problem wasn't with the skylight but the cover to a fan vent on the roof (it had cracked in two spots allowing water to slip in below the roofing). Resolution took less than an hour. Overall I was very happy with Pinnacle and would strongly recommend them to others.
