These guys did a great job cleaning the carpets in our house. They were on time. I showed them around and told them what I needed cleaned. They got right to work and worked quickly. The machine they used did a great job on my carpets. As soon as they were done I put an appointment on my calendar to remind me to call them again for my next carpet cleaning.

The Angie's List Deal I purchased covered "three rooms (up to 500 square feet) of carpet cleaning for rooms and hallways...[with] Pre-treatment application/solvent to loosen ground-in stains and dirt; concentrated spot removal where needed". I placed the order on 6/6/15, giving 3 possible times for the service to be performed (morning of 6/9, 6/11, or 6/12). Ruben from Green Plus Carpet Cleaning responded to me on 6/8 saying that we were marked down for Friday, June 12th at 9:30 am. The carpeted rooms we wanted to have cleaned were mostly vacant of things on the floor (we relocated everything we could to non-carpeted rooms or shelves) since we hadn't moved in yet. However, there were three large boxes that were too big to move in the master bedroom, which contained a vanity, counter-top, and mirror for an upcoming bathroom remodel. Green Plus Carpet Cleaning arrived on-time and proceeded with the job after carefully consulting with my wife on all the details. Questions were asked and each step of the work was clarified before it was carefully performed. We appreciated that they moved the big boxes (to the master bedroom's walk-in closet and bathroom) in order to clean the carpet in the master bedroom, rather than just clean around them and risk damaging their contents. Also, it was nice to be consulted about whether or not we wanted to clean the upstairs landing/hall and staircase even though that was an additional cost. In the end, we paid for it in part due to convenience, but also thanks to their professionalism up to that point. It cost $3/stair and $10 for the upstairs landing/hall (I think), for a total of $43 on top of the $77 I paid through Angie's List to cover the 3 rooms. I thought the pricing was just a little high here, but fair (the rooms they cleaned came out to a little over 500 sq. ft.). Cleaning individual stairs, after all, can be time consuming. In terms of what other similarly rated carpet cleaning companies charge for similar deals on Angie's List, this pricing probably puts them in at least the 80th percentile of lowest cost for carpet cleaning companies. As for the quality of the cleaning job, the carpet wasn't damp or anything the next day, there were no lingering cleaning solution smells, and it felt we got our money's worth.

He let his son (look 18 or less ) to do the work an they finish in an hour for the three rugs. They are courteous guys but the cleaning not as I expected

They were great. They were on time, friendly, and even moved our smaller furniture around, and then back when they were finished. We will definitely use them in the future.

After the rugs were cleaned, particles of dirt kept falling out of them as they were moved back to the rooms. I did not feel that they were cleaned to the level of my expectations and I was being nickeled and dimed in the number of rugs. The deal was for multiple rooms and the number of rugs did not fill up my driveway. He stated that they usually take them and bring them back at a larger charge. I asked what he did different and the answer was no different, just did at home. Nice guy, do not want to hurt his business, but I am not interested in using him again.

Ruben and his son arrived on time and they were both very professional. I showed them the rooms to be cleaned and the extra room i wanted cleaned and they went right to work. They did a great job and were very personable. When my wife came home from work she was very impressed. we will definitely have them clean our carpets again.

It was great- beige carpet has been restored to all it's former glory. :)

He was a friendly man. I liked him. He cleaned all The carpets carpets in my condo. The original offer from Angieslist was three rooms for $77.00. He said that for $20.00 more, he would clean the carpets in the hallways and bathrooms. That was agreed upon. All the carpets looked nice and clean. The only problem was that it took an entire week for the carpets to dry! We did not have any rainy days; so the weather was not a contributing factor. I did not wish to answer the question "Would you use this provider in the future." I,m not sure. Is it normal for it to take a whole week to dry?

I have never had the carpets look so good! With 3 pets, we get stains frequently and he was able to get all the stains out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his service. I would highly recommend Green Plus Carpet Cleaning.

Ruben arrived promptly, did a quick walk-through to see the whole job, and got to work. The process went extremely quickly; the job was done in just over an hour. Because he had had to reschedule our initial appointment, he cleaned the carpet stairs for no charge, a very nice gesture. The cleaning solution he used was slightly less effective at getting out old stains than the kind other cleaning companies have used in the past, but it has the advantages of being non-toxic and having little to no odor. It took a little over seven hours for the carpets to dry fully because it was a cool, rainy day; ordinarily, the estimated dry time is five to six hours. Overall, I am pleased with the results and would hire him again.

He was very professional, and on time. He did the whole house in about an hour (2000 sq ft). Reuben was a very nice guy who seems to pride himself on his hard work. I like the fact it's just one guy and his own business. I did find a couple of pet stains that were missed, but overall he did a great job. I will certainly go with him next time.

Arrived on time. Very conscientious. There are still some stains, but honestly, I wasn't expecting a miracle.

It was a pleasure working with Green Plus Carpet Cleaning. I purchased a Big Deal for this service a few weeks ago but wasn't quite ready to schedule service since we were still in the middle of some minor remodeling. Ruben was great about working with my schedule. On the actual day of service, he and his son were right on time. They went straight to work and had my carpets cleaned in no time. Everything looks great. No hidden charges or trying to up-sell me on extra services which has been a big problem with companies I have used in the past, especially if you use a promotional deal. Both Ruben and his son are extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable about having them work in my house. I will definitely use them again.

Ruben arrived right on schedule and did a great job cleaning and deodorizing 3 rooms of carpet that had been "marked" by a furry visitor. He was friendly, courteous, and dedicated to doing a good job. I've already recommended Ruben to my neighbors!

Ruben went well above the call of duty to address the pet stains and problem areas in my home. He even broke out a new product called "Bad Dog" to help me with a urine stained mat. (which incidentally I was going to throw away... but it looks and smells as good as new! ) I have had my carpets cleaned several times before...but I can honestly say this is the first time they have really looked clean. Ruben is very knowledgeable about rugs and products. He gave me good advice regarding my wool rugs and the treatment of the carpets in our master closet. On top of all of that, Ruben is a nice, hardworking man who puts effort into his work and takes pride on the result. I won't use anyone else from now on!

Everything went beautifully. Ruben arrived at the scheduled time, was cheerful and friendly, went right to work, and finished quickly. The following day after the carpeting in one of the rooms dried, there was some wicking that occurred due to the fact that the pad underneath was also dirty. We contacted Ruben to schedule another appt to correct this. He came out within two days, redid the area, then also cleaned the stairs once again though they didn't really need it. That area now looks great. Ruben was extremely accommodating in every respect. In the future this is the company we will use for whatever carpet cleaning we need done.

He scheduled quickly right after we called. He arrived at the agreed-upon time. He worked through the entire house efficiently and did a very nice job. We talked about a rug that needed heavy cleaning and he will arrange for that . And we have a carpet that needs some trimming and he will arrange for that and send us an estimate. His attitude was very upbeat and "can do" and he is very nice to work with. I will recommend him to other family members.

Ruben was on time and very professional. He was also quite honest with me about realistic expectations for our worst carpet stain and I was very pleased with the outcome. Everything dried within the timeframe given and there was no water dripped all over the place like I've experienced with other cleaners. I felt the price was fair and he was very efficient and helped me move various pieces of small furniture as well.
