Green Plus Carpet Cleaning

I hired Ruben to clean our sofa, chairs, a rug, and carpet. I now consider Ruben a friend. He is that much of a gentleman and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with his punctuality, his communication initially and leading up to our scheduled appointment, and his kindness. I also felt his rates were very fair. The result looks (and smells) terrific, and we will absolutely be calling Ruben for our next cleaning. Thanks, Ruben!

Ruben was super responsive. I had spilled juice on our carpet and needed help getting it cleaned up. Ruben responded in less than a day, was able to schedule next-day cleaning, and did an amazing job. He uses steam, and while it takes a day to dry, did a wonderful job of getting out the dirt. He cleaned the spill like it never happened, and did a great job with our bedroom, 2-baths, and family room. He was careful, thorough, professional, and a nice guy too. Highly recommended.

Great service! He called 5 minutes before the appt to say he’d be a couple minutes late; he was literally 2 minutes late! That’s on time to me, haha. Everything was awesome! A couple stains I swore were permanent, came out, just as he assured me they could. It was 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs, so not a big job, but the rest is wood floors. He was done in a little over 45 min as projected. One concern I had was if the vacuum hose would scuff the wall corners or trim molding, but they were 100% fine. If you’re looking for the right quality work for the right price, by someone who is truthful, then this is the right choice.

Mr. Mendez was so quick! He was responsive for my urgent need. He was quick and did an amazing job for us! We are DEFINITELY going to hire him again.

Ruben did an awesome job! Our carpets were in pretty terrible shape...thanks to two cats that constantly leave surprises for us. Ruben stayed in contact before the appointment, showed-up 10 min early, and was super polite/professional. A couple of hours later, everything looked great. He even threw in a deodorizing treatment free of charge. I will definitely use Green Plus the next time!

We contacted Green Plus Carpet Cleaning and worked with Ruben directly to schedule. He was responsive to all phone calls and messages, calling back very quickly each time we left a message. He was also very professional and personable. He was willing to work with us on pricing based on a current Angie's List offer, as our needs didn't exactly fit the deal listed. The day of service, he let us know he was able to arrive early and on-time. The cleaning was efficient and Ruben and his crew did a great job of listening to our requests. We were walked through the process ahead of time. The one thing we did notice is that the edges where the carpet meets the baseboard didn't get very clean. (We have some really dusty areas where furniture sat.) It would have been great for the crew to mention this to us as they were cleaning and either let us know we would need to vacuum or is attachments to make sure the edges got clean (if this is an option). This is why we grade a B for quality. Even so, we would hire Green Plus Carpet Cleaning again. It is a family-owned business and we were very impressed with Ruben's professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and amicability.

The quality of work was exceptional. When he arrived I asked if he could do the entryway as a last minute add on. He was agreeable and very professional about the whole thing. It was a minimal cost for the add on work. Only $15. I will definitely hire him again.
