Green Plus Carpet Cleaning

His work was fantastic. He clearly knew what he was doing, was quick, efficient and friendly. The carpets look SO MUCH BETTER since he was here. I have found my new carpet guy. I'll certainly go back to him for all my future.

Arrived early and were very flexible with our schedule. It can be awkward when contractors whom you don't know come into your house but Ruben and his son were 100% polite, kind and professional. Very, very nice people! Carpets looked new and the few stains we had were completely gone. Great work. My only issue was there was supposed to be "Pre-treatment application/solvent to loosen ground-in stains and dirt" but that wasn't done and I didn't notice any "deodorizer" that was also listed in the ad. Maybe it was an all in one solution that was used but if so, maybe specify that in the ad? Again, not a deal breaker. They are the pros so as long as the end product is great, no problem. :) Ruben and his son work FAST and deliberately and are in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will use them again for sure... great people.

Rueben was very responsive to my needs and schedule and despite having equipment problems on the scheduled day he kept me informed of his status. Although late in the day when his equipment problem was repaired he still came and did my carpet. He is very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. I'm looking forward to having him back again when needed.

I called to get an estimate and left a message. Ruben called back within an hour. He was very nice and very flexible with his schedule. He worked with my schedule, which was really nice. On the day of service he was early (he was scheduled to come at 1 pm, but showed up a little after 12 noon). He introduced himself and we did a walk through of the house. He explained in detail everything that was going to happen, what was being used, and what to expect afterwards. Then he went to work, and he worked non stopped until the job was completed. He did a fantastic job and made our carpets look cleaner than they have in years. We were very happy with his professionalize, his manners and the quality and efficiency of his work. We'll hire him again in 6 months when our carpets need another deep cleaning.

I simply do not have the time to go over this all except to say that I will not hesitate to use them again, I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE AT THE NEXT TIME!

It went really well. He did an excellent job. I left him there alone and came back and he was done. He removed spots that no one else was able to get out. I would definitely use him again. I made another appointment to come to my house on the 23rd of this month.

Rueben is very efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpeting. He was able to remove stains and spots that no one else had been able to touch. He is very easy to work with, punctual, pleasant and efficient. I will not hesitate to call on him again.

My husband originally set up the appointment but gave them my info to contact for scheduling. I was contacted very quickly to set up a date and time. He was very friendly and polite via email. Ruben called the morning of our appointment to see if he could come early (power outages forced cancellations) and I agreed and appreciated it. He and his son showed up when they said they would, were very personable and professional, and did a great job! They were happy to work around what I had going on in the house (3 kids and 2 dogs) without objection. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Ruben was very responsive for scheduling. I had to change the appointment fairly close to the originally agreed upon date, and Ruben accommodated an alternate date that worked for both of us. The service was efficient and he worked on a few tough stains that needed extra attention. The results were great. He said the carpets should be "usable" after 6 hours, however I would suggest planning for 24 hours. After 6 hours the carpet was still a bit damp and the work was done on an average summer day with low humidity. No fans were needed, and after 24 hours it was completely dry and ready for action. I look forward to using Green Plus again. It just feels good to have freshly cleaned carpets, without harsh chemicals, for a reasonable price.

The carpets were in need of cleaning and I was pleased to find that Green Cleaning and crew were prompt, cheerful & courteous. They worked fast, and moved smaller furniture. The owner was very knowledgeable about the process and chemistry of steam cleaning. They even covered extra area at no charge (we have a very small home). They said they sometimes can do this if their schedule allows but other times they could not, which shows me they respect the customers who are after me. Recommended and will rehire!

My original appointment was rescheduled, by mutual agreement, and the crew showed up a little early but, as I requested, waited until I returned from my appointment. They were fast, efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with the end results. I will use them again and have already referred them to a couple friends. Great deal!

Ruben arrived right on time. We walked around and he helped me move the dining room table into the kitchen. He then went to work. I couldn't move the sofa out of the house, but Ruben was able to move it around and get the entire living room carpet cleaned. The carpets look and smell great!

They did a great. We purchased the deal, we scheduled the appointment over mail and they came out on time. I paid extra because I have stairs and stairs were not part of the deal. They looked at the space and started working. I told them what my house square footage is and so, they knew what they were dealing with. He told me exactly which spots he is going to work on. He said what he was going to do with them and whether they will come out or not. I am really happy with what they did. They did a good job. The price was good. I was happy with this guy. I am going to use him again.

Reuben called stating that he was running late due to previous customer. Excellent customer service. When they arrived they went straight to work asking if there was any special needs needed. After carpets were cleaned, we walked over it checking it out. Carpets looked great! The following day we checked them out after they were dry and they still looked great! Later that night Reuben called asking if everything was okay. Again, great customer service! We will definitely use him again!

EXCELLENT. They were prompt, great communication, treated spots and actually cleaned extra area's. I had carpets cleaned about a month earlier by another company and did not get good results. I would highly recommend Green Plus and will definitley use them again.

They did a great job. They came in, they were very friendly, and they showed up on time. It was pretty straightforward. I felt that the carpets were a complete lost cause after years of teenagers and dogs. They brought them back to life. The pricing was great.

Not careful with furniture, my coffee table has large scratches and dents. A sentimental vase on the floor next to a wall was broken. No mention of these were given before they left. Carpets were over wet I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
