Description of Work: We purchased carpet cleaning through an Angie's List promotion and were in the process of selling our house last March. We liked the price and the "green", more Eco-friendly carpet cleaning. The owner was able to schedule us fairly quickly and were easy to work with. We had one issue, after living in the home almost 10 years, where there were a few tougher spots to get out. We called and they came back, free of charge, for a second round to make sure the spots were removed just in time for our open-house. The owner explained that while Eco-friendly cleans well in most cases, tougher chemicals may be needed for more difficult stains and he had those products available as needed/requested. I appreciated that although the first cleaning did not get the carpet where we wanted it to be, he quickly accommodated us without extra charges to make it right. My advice to another customer would just to be clear ahead of time to what level certain areas of your carpet need treatment to potentially avoid the need for an extra trip.
