The installation looks fabulous. I was especially impressed with how the installers made the transition from an existing carpet to the new carpet.

Description of Work: After reading Flynn's Carpet Cents great reviews on Angie's List, we decided to give them a call. They listened to our dilemma / needs, gave recommendations for what type of carpet would best serve the busy room we needed it for and, even suggested we look at some very high-end remnants in their warehouse as another option. We did just that which saved us loads of money in getting us brand new in style carpet!! ( Only cost us $800.00 for the new carpet. We used our existing pad since that was only 2 yrs old. ). I was happy and my husband was thrilled with that!! Flynn's was prompt, professional, honest and AFFORDABLE! We will use them again, no question!

Description of Work: Stephanie & Mark helped me in selecting my carpeting. I had a pretty good idea as to what I wanted it to do and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional in showing me the carpeting that would meet my requirements. Didn't waste time by showing other things. I was pretty sure about the carpet I selected in their location but needed to see it in my home. When they realized they didn't have samples of the three different colors they ordered them from the factory and I received them in about three days. Still couldn't be absolutely sure of the color in the room with an 8 inch sample and Stephanie ordered a 14 X 17 sample which she had sent overnight FedEx at their expense. After ordering the carpet, they stored it in their warehouse until we finished our interior painting. Then installed it on a Friday and the following Monday. Thus giving us time to move furniture back into the bedrooms and the furniture out of the living room and dining room to be ready for Mondays installation. The fellows doing the installation were punctual, friendly made sure we were satisfied before they left and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Description of Work: After purchasing a home and moving to the Seattle area we found Flynn's Carpet Cents through Angie's list. We did comparison shopping with several other local companies (including Vogel's, 5 star), and while all were pleasant to deal with, Flynn's had by far the best customer service team. An employee came to the house to measure and provide samples for carpet replacement. When we received a better estimate from another local company, Flynn's was able to beat their price by several hundred dollars and install faster. On the day of the installation the employees arrived promptly and worked nearly without breaks to get the job done. They helped us remove internal doors that we had to get cut down due to the thickness of the new carpet. Stephanie was our in-store contact and did a wonderful job answering all of our questions promptly, following up with calls and emails, and scheduling our carpet installation to fit our tight schedule. We can't say enough about the great customer service, would highly recommend them, and use them again ourselves.

Description of Work: I had to buy new vinyl and padding and carpeting for a rental renovation and found Flyn's to be an EXCELLENT source. The sales people were helpful, the guy who measured for the carpet was on time , the carpent installers were on time and did an excellent job, leaving no trace of pad or carpet scraps behind. We installed our own vinyl and there was no question about "wouldn't you rather WE did it?" I'll use them again anytime I need new flooring and or installation.

Description of Work: Bought carpet to replace animal destroyed carpet, all taken out, new pad and carpet in - one guy very efficient and complete. They were helpful at the store when I said I had to do this quickly because of some deadlines - they were very accommodating

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate for replacing carpet on stairs. Flynns said the installer/estimator would call by a certain time. The installer did not respond but eventually called after I phoned Flynns way after the agreed time. We made an appointment and the installer was late and went to a completely different address.He called me and said "he was here" and I said "no you;re not".I gave the address again (every time with cross streets). He came and went to a house 4 houses away. I saw him leaving that house and ran to get him. Eventually I got a price of $750.00 for the removal of the carpet from 14 stairs and a landing but no price on materials. He was supposed to call back with material price last Monday 02/08/10, but I haven't heard anything.
