I have worked this company for several projects before and really liked there work in the PAST. However the quality of the work and integrity of employees have gone down in the past year. Recently, I had my vinyl replaced in my mud room and felt the installation was done with shortcuts. For example, no seal/caulking common to the exterior door and vinyl was not glued to the floor properly leaving a gaps/bubble near the door. They sent a disgruntled employee back to fix it. He didn't say much but his face expression during our conversation was enough for me to see he was annoyed that he come back to fix his short comings. Telling me some people caulk the door and some don't isn't really a good excuse to why you decided not to. I also discussed with the manager about scheduling another installation. He told me he would get back to me on the schedule date on the same date as our conversation. I am still waiting on his phone call and it has been 3 days since our original conversation. Hopefully I hear back but seems like I probably won't hear back from them. Pretty disappointing since they have done really good job in the past for carpet installations. Maybe it's Covid or bad timing on my part or they are just good at carpet but not vinyl.

We are blown away by the customer service from Flynn. We have had two rooms done, and the carpet in the second room didn't stand up. When I contacted them, they came out very quickly to assess the issue and within two weeks here we are with our carpet replaced with something wonderful. They were attentive, friendly and ready to work with us in the way we needed. Highly recommend!!

Highly satisfied with the installation. Everything went well from providing the quote until project was completed. The crew showed up on time as promised and they were courteous, respectful and responded to all questions. The project was delayed because of having to cure the floor base. The crew returned as promised and completed the vinyl planking installation in about two hours. Floor looks great. During the installation the our hallway carpet leading into the room was stained in a few spots. All to the office was responded to promptly without any hassle and a cleaning technician arrived within a few days and did an excellent job of removing the spots. Flynn's is to be commended for their excellent customer service.

I was exceptionally happy with the installers. Very professional and went out of their way to do a quality job. I paid more than other locations offered for this work because of the reputation of their installation crew. The extra money was well spent compared to other installers I've used. The reputation of this company is well deserved and exceeded my expectations compared to another company I had recently used.

They arrived on time, installed the carpet quickly and it was exactly what we asked for. It looks great and feels great and is a very high quality carpet. We are very happy with their work!

This process went amazingly smoothly. I needed to get my condo re-carpeted quickly to get it ready for sale. Mark came out right after the holidays in December to measure, and met with my realtor as I was still out of town. He provided a quote promptly. I decided I wanted a slightly better quality of carpet so it would show nicely and provide a better result for the new owner. I was very happy to see the next step up in quality was only 200 dollars more. I was prepared to wait 10 days for installation as the new choice had to be ordered, and was delighted when they called to tell me it had come in early. Installation was scheduled promptly and the crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

The work was great, they did a fantastic job. workers were great as well, came in early as scheduled, very professional, effective and polite. I had no problems with them. Price was competitive and fair.

I had water leak at a rental property and had to pull up some carpet to properly dry floor below. I called Flynns based on recommendations from Angies list, spoke with Anthony on a Friday afternoon (August 17, 2018) and described to him the issue. He said he could have someone stop by Monday morning 8/20/18. I was out of town, so I got him connected with our tenants. When I got home from vacation on Wednesday 8/22, I got a great report from my tenants - Great job to the guys at Flynns - thanks for the quick work.

The guys were great. Gave me a preliminary quote over the phone and sent me pics of carpet choices. This was all my choice, since I didn't have time to get up to their showroom. The quote was great and they were able to get to me quickly, so that's what we went with. The install guys showed up right on time and went straight to work. Two guys banged everything out in a couple of hours. Everything looked great. Flynn's had been recommended to me by a couple of contractor friends, but I checked here on Angie'slist first and got a couple of other bids. Will definitely use again.

We received excellent service from Anthony at Flynn's Carpet Cents. He was punctual, informative, he listened to our needs, made some great suggestions (we were getting ready to list our home), and was never pushy. Anytime we had questions, he was responsive. It was a great experience working with him and we would definitely use them again.

The initial install and Carpet was not up to ours or their standards so Flynn's replaced without charge.

The contractors are very friendly and hard working. The work are well done. Mark provided good suggestions on picking right carpets for rental and for sale home. He also provided separate receipts for rental home where tenant's pets damaged carpet. Also he quickly refunded money for one bathroom which I chose not to replace the vinyl floor. Very efficient work.

On time. Reasonably priced, but I wouldn't know. Performed in good time.

Without visiting the store the selection was limited, but I found a carpet I liked. Installation was fast and efficient.

I could not get anyone to contact me. Called and left messages 2x's with whoever answered phones, called and left voicemail 3x's, sent email through website as well. This was all within a 2 week period.
