We visited their showroom and saw some nice carpet with a great estimated prices. The salesperson then came to our home to measure and finalize the sale. The installation was scheduled when we needed it, in only a couple days. The installer, one man working alone, did a great job and was very nice and courteous. We would buy again from Flynn's.

Excellent installation. Do your homework on carpet types and pricing from other suppliers before getting a quote. Purchase a little extra carpet than the estimate so there are no issues on layout. It is also nice to have the extra carpet for future repairs, etc. Go with the better quality carpet. Don't be fooled by pricing of others unless you get the installed price, tack strips, removeal etc quoted. Flynn's pricing including installation was the bestl

From the time we walked in to Flynn's until the installer left it was first rate. All the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. We would certainly go there again and would highly recommend them.

Angie from the Federal Way store was terrific! She worked hard at finding me a less expensive flooring that would still look great and went the extra mile in setting up the install for me which included a change. Wahiti, their installer, was on time, professional and even went as far as to try and fix my squeaky sub floor. He determined it was a problem in the wall, not the floor, but still tried to minimize the problem for me. He was quick and the finished job looks fantastic! I've used Flynn's several times in the past and the folks at the Federal Store have always been professional, courteous and friendly.

In retrospect, we were not easy customers. While initially we found prices to be about the same as Lowes, after some bargaining they came quite a bit below. While most of the carpets they stock are the same (but under different names) as Lowes, they stock much higher quality carpet pad - which really made a difference over the concrete floors. We asked them if they could rush things for Thanksgiving and they said they would do their best. After they came out, we decided to postpone the job until after Thanksgiving, then at the last minute changed our minds. When we called them to see if they could come out on short notice, they were able to install it the next day! The installers were very courteous and also placed speaker wires under the carpet for us. After they left, both my wife and I tried to find the seems - which due to the size of the room were necessary - and we could not find them. For both the price and the quality there is no beating them and I certainly would recommend them.

I chose Fynn's because of there location and great reviews. They used the measurements I supplied, which was good since this saved the time needed to send someone out to my house to measure. We picked out the carpet and set up the installation date within 20 minutes. I brought in a sample piece from the existing carpet, but they suggested a carpet at ~1/3 the cost after learning that the house was going to be a rental. The installers arrived within the two hour window that they provided, performed the installation, disposed of the old carpet, and cleaned the work area. They did an excellent job and I will use them in the future when we move into our new home. Thank you Flynn's!

Their normal routine is to help a person select a carpet first and then take measurements at their home. I asked that they take the measurement first and they did. We then traveled to their location and were assisted in choosing a carpet and padding. They called when they had obtained the carpet and we set up an appointment for installation. The installers called while on route and arrived early. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything and remained curteous and professional the whole time. We picked out the carpet on September 17 and were walking on it September 29th. In this present climate of predatory, buyer-beware practices; it is so wonderful to have Angie's List to turn to and for businesses to realize that their deeds good and bad will be recorded and scrutinized. Carpet was needed to replace a very worn carpet over an unfinished hardwood floor. Flynn's was ready to send a crew the same day but we needed time to prepare. We removed the old carpet, the tack strips and staples so the installation would go more quickly. The installer arrived on time, and in 2 hours we had new carpet. The job required that an edge be created on the hardwood floor where the unfinished section met the finished section. The installer did a great job and we love the new look!

I was in a big rush to get new carpet installed in my rental, a new tenant just moved in and the existing carpet smelled like urine despite several attempts to clean it out. I was leaving town in a few days and needed help fast over the 4th of July holiday weekend. I was looking for quality and quick professional installation, and I found it despite their no frills budget reputation. I called up the Federal Way store and asked if it was possible to install carpet next day, and they said "no problem!" I worked with Derek and he showed me several quality carpets and colors they had in stock and ready to be installed next day. I picked a stain master type carpet and he quickly worked out a installation layout plan using my measurements (some places insist on their people coming out to measure, which would have taken another day). I was in the store about 20 minutes and was on my way, I was able to complete the whole transaction during my lunch break; greatly appreciated. We agreed on a "PM" installation time for the next day as the carpet padding I wanted was at their Lynnwood store, which was fine with me. Derek said they would call me when the installers were on their way, but they did not do that, my only real complaint. The installers showed up about 11:30am, which I did not expect. I expected them to show up after noon at the earliest, and expected a call. As a result the installers showed up before we had all the items moved out of the room, luckily we only had a few small items remaining and we were able to move them while the installer removed the old carpet. The installers did a very good job removing and installing the new carpet and kept the trim around the rooms in good shape. I was very impressed with their seams and how quickly and accurately they worked. The first worker who showed up to start the old carpet removal didn't speak English well, however it did not effect his performance much. The second installer who showed up before the new carpet and pad was installed really seemed to know his stuff and was able to explains things better as he knew English fluently. Despite the timing mishap, I was very impressed with Flynn's and Derek at the Federal Way store in particular. Derek called to follow up on the job the next day as well. I will certainly do business with them again. One last thought, while I didn't put a lot of stress on the cost of this project, I think their prices were much less than most places. I paid $1.39/SqFt for the high quality stain resistant carpet, $0.58/SqFt for the 8lb pad, $139 for installation, and $82 for removal and haul away. Grand total was $1044 including tax.

They did a good job they were very cooperative, they did some extra things we asked them to do and they worked around an issue that came up with one area of the floor. They seemed very knowledgeable and my wife can't say enough good things about them.

They did a great job and I haven't had any trouble since.

I had just moved into a condo and they installed new carpet in my bedroom and they also fixed some carpeting in my living room. They did an excellent job.

Ted (in the Bellevue store) was very friendly and very helpful. We scheduled a professional measurement and that was quick and he came when he said he would. The installer showed up on schedule and got right to work. He had to take the carpet back to the store to cut as we didn't have room for him to do in our garage/family room. He was gone for about an hour and came back and worked quickly to have it finished. I will definitely use Flynn's again because of their great customer service and professionalism. Pricing wasn't bad either!

Good news and bad news. Good: The people with the store were great to work with. A year ago I wanted carpeting installed before company came; in less than a week they did that. Bad news: The installation was poor, the carpet started to roll and it had a flaw running throughout. After efforts to correct the installation, they sent out someone who declared it was a poor job and agreed there was a flaw. So we got new carpeting without an argument. We insisted on a different installer (although the original did show up once and we said no), who did a really good, meticulous job. Ask for Pedro. They paid the second installers to move the furniture too, a major hassle for us.

Showroom experience was very business-like; no pushy sales, very helpful; allowed me to take home as many samples as I wanted. I had a pretty specific installation schedule, which they honored to the letter. After installation, I found a manufacturer's flaw in the carpet, which they were eager to rectify. They ordered the replacement carpet and scheduled installation exactly according to my availability. They called to follow up promptly. Installers were all Spanish-speaking, and I had some difficulty communicating with them, but they were hard-working, did a good job on the installation and cleaned up after themselves; no complaints. I have had several contracting jobs done at my home; this one was one of the best experiences of them all; from showroom to install to follow-up, I felt an eagerness from them to achieve customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

A great experience! The staff was very proficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have a rental home that they carpeted. From start to finish, my experience with this company was wonderful. They were friendly as I came into the show room, directed me to the appropriate product and within 15 minutes I had made my selection, scheduled installation, paid, and was on my way. They installed my carpet on time and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again for other rentals I own.

Their customer service is top notch. They called us when they said they would every time. They were also the only ones in the area that sold the premium pad we wanted. The only things that didn't go well were their estimator was an hour and half late, but he did call to let us know, and one of our rooms carpet didn't show. So, we installed the color we chose for our other rooms since they had extra of that. They apologized and offered for us to use the carpet with the different color and then they would install the other color when it arrived at no charge. We opted to keep the other color and they provided a reasonable discount for the mistake. I highly recommend Flynns. There customer service and willingness to find us the right carpet and pad for our needs was better than any other company we visited.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY GAVE US A WIDE VARIETY OF OPTIONS AND SHOWED US HOW WE COULD ACTUALLY SAVE MONEY, WHICH WE WERE VERY APPRECIATIVE OF. THE SALES TEAM WAS GREAT AND THE INSTALL WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH.

WE SHOPPED AROUND ALOT AND FOUND THE FLYNN'S HAD THE BEST PRICES AND LARGEST SELECTION. THEY WERE GREAT HELPING US DECIDE WHICH FLOORING WORKED BEST FOR OUR LIFESTYLE AND OUR HOUSE.

WHEN WE ORDERED OUR CARPET THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. SHE HELPED US WORK THING OUT WITHIN OUR BUDGET. THE INSTALLERS WORKED VERY HARD AND WERE ABLE TO BE DONE WITH IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.

EVERYONE AT FLYNN'S CARPET CENTS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HELPED US CHOOSE THE COLOR THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT WITH THE REST OF THE KITCHEN AND ALSO PICKED WOOD THAT WOULD WITHSTAND THE TRAFFIC OF A FAMILY OF 5.

THE STAFF AT CARPET CENTS WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, WITH LAMINATE FLOORING AND INSTALLATION. THE LOW PRICE WAS ALSO A DECIDING FACTOR FOR OUR FAMILY.
