Description of Work: Environix came to my home and did a very thorough inspection of my attic- I was impressed with the knowledge of the gentleman who came. They had been recommended by the roofer I had used to replace my roof only 11 years ago- ()it was a 25 year rood),who had also told me the roof was not the problem. There was mold on rafters,plus an entire sheet of plywood that was black, etc. They gave me a price of $3100 to take care of the problem.After 3 contacts with other roofers- all of whom informed me that it was the roof that was my major problem, and that the mold in the attic could be repaired for much less money. I would not recommend Environix at this time.

Description of Work: I hired this company to help investigate a water leakage problem around two large windows on a ten year old townhouse. The infared testing was done was impressive at the time and a report made with recommendations. However, pictures of the infared testing were never provided even though I asked several times. Based on that report the entire wall was removed only to discover that the mold from the leak only affected a small portion of the wall. If someone uses that process with this provider, I would suggest taking picture on a smartphone or camera of the testing and the areas of the wall/walls showing possible mold spores. That aspect of this project bothered me the whole time as the testing was the basis around which the work was done. |The workers who arrived after the testing did not have adequate or correct information and were not prepared at first to begin the job. All of the employees with whom I contacted tried to help but there seemed to be a disconnect at first. The remediation work that was done was good and I think the on site providers, except for the original inspector, really tried to work with me. Office staff were available early in the morning and an effort was made to assist me with my concerns. The equipment sent out for water removal had some issues but they were resolved.

Description of Work: They tested for some mold in a bedroom of a townhouse, found the source, helped plan the remediation, then retested when done. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent provider

Description of Work: Prepared an environmental / air quality report for 3 apartments. The report was professional, comprehensive and well done. They identified issues and made recommendations.

Description of Work: Air quality sampled and tests results were provided a few days later. Home was visually inspected for mold and any concern areas were explained followed up by written report. All contacts were very professional.

Description of Work: Checked for possible water damage inside and outside. They found an issue outside and documented the problem with photos. They made a clear recommendation for how to fix the issue which I shared with the repairman. |Environix has excellent customer service and the technician is knowledgeable |and polite. I have used this company several times now and would use them again.

Description of Work: They were good, but not quite thorough enough. An inspector found more mold under the crawlspace insulation after he was done. However, I thought he was professional and did a good job, he just missed something a zealous inspector found.
