Custom Solutions Carpet Care

I purchased the big deal coupon for $119.00, and scheduled an appointment for August 6th. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the 1st appointment. The second one was about 2 1/2 weeks later. I was eager to get the rugs cleaned for company, but I had purchased the big deal coupon so I did have to wait until the rug company would fit our project in. They were quick, polite, and the rugs looked very nice when they were done.

Appointment scheduled for 1:00 p.m. They called at about 1:30 to ask if they could come at 4:00 p.m. instead. Apologized for the delay and admitted it wasn't good scheduling on their part. We had moved all the furniture, so for sure wanted the cleaning done that day. When they did arrive, they again apologized and went right to work. We had a couple of really ugly stains that I thought would never come out -- amazingly, they did get the spots out. Carpet smelled clean and fresh and was only slightly damp - dried well in a couple of hours. They had some good tips for cleaning. Gave them an A overall, inspite of punctuality, they did a great job and I would hire them again.

They showed up during the time window that they stated and had everything done within 90 minutes. My only issue was that they were difficult to contain. I left messages and sent an email with no response. Whey they were finally contacted, they stated they had left three messages at the number I had left, which was not true.8012

Offer was for 3 areas, and they did at leas that, and very well.

Showed up on time, started work right away, and completed the job in a timely manner. Several days after the service, the carpet still looks good! Not a big deal, but they didn't move some of the smaller furniture this time as we've had done in the past. Maybe it's just something we erroneously assumed was part of the deal. Again, not a big deal. Will use this Custom Solutions Carpet Care again!

I purchased the "big deal" and called them immediately to schedule. They didn't return my calls or email.

Everything turned out well. The company was very proactive and called me to schedule the work a few days after I purchased the Big Deal. Additionally, the two gentlemen arrived on schedule and did a very thorough cleaning. I had the furniture arranged so that they could get right to work which allowed them to complete the job within a few hours.

I am so happy. The price is low due to a special price they are giving. My carpets are 13 years old and have only been cleaned once before. These guys did a great job. All the stains I was worried about were gone after their cleaning job. After four hours the carpets were dry and I was able to put the furniture back. They were 1/2 hour later than the estimated start time but that was no problem for me. I stayed upstairs in my house while the two men worked away downstairs. Everything went very smoothly. I have absolutely no complaints and plan to hire them to come back in one year to clean my carpets.

Angie's list had a special on this and I tried it. Best cleaning ever. We have had carpets cleaned by other companies for over 45 years (this carpet is 24 years old) and this is the best it has ever looked. Looks like new. They took out stains others were unable to do. No other company has ever come close to cleaning as they did. I am going to have more carpets (and upholstery) cleaned by them. Very professional and helpful. Answered my many questions. Thank you! They showed up on time. They were very professional. Went I went to check on it I was pleasantly surprised, and the carpets looked better than I would have imagined.

THey were amazing! Previously two other larger carpet cleaning companies had tried to remove a couple of stains and were unable to do so. I had little hope but decided to give Custom Solutions a try. I was thrilled when they were able to remove the stains! Custom Solution spent the time getting the carpet as clean as possible. They were awesome. I highly recommend!

Custom Solutions responded to my call on a Sunday and got right back to me. After I explained the urgency of my situation, they arranged to come out within one day to help. They showed up on time and were completely professional and thorough. They provided advice as well. They wore protective booties, in uniform and had great equipment. They were extremely professional and yet reasonable in price. I will refer them anytime.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I have no complaints about them. They did a good and they were quick. They called right out when I bought the deal and came when they said they would.

He came to our house right when he said he would to give a price quote. We scheduled the appointment, and he and a colleague showed up right when they said they would. They did a very nice job cleaning our carpets exactly as we wanted. They were friendly and courteous and caused us minimal inconvenience. We would definitely use them again.

Jon did a WONDERFUL job! It looked like the carpets had not been cleaned in some time, furniture marks everywhere. The carpets are off white and now they sparkle. When I walked in 6 hours later the carpets were not even damp. Looks great - Thanks, Jon!

The service was great. David was very responsive, answering all of my questions and giving me a fair price. They came out on time and did a beautiful job with carpet that had been tortured by 2 large dogs and 2 small kids. They did such a great job that we already scheduled them to come back in 6 months.

They were very thorough and the add ons that I did were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

We bought an Angie's list voucher. I thought I had reviewed them at the time but I guess I didn't. This was several years ago. They did and excellent job, and were great to work with (very friendly and prompt). They were not able to work miracles so they couldn't get out all the spots but they did make things much nicer. I don't think any company could have got out all the spots. It wasn't their fault that we chose white carpets with several kids and a dog. At any rate it was a pleasure working with them.

This is my first time I have had Custom Solutions clean my carpet. Jon was very professional and responsive in setting up the appointment, arriving on time and completing the work in an hour. Jon did a great job, Thank you!

Jon is always professional, punctual, and pleasant. He does a great, great job. This is the second time I have had Custom Solutions clean my carpets and they practically sparkle. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail. I will definitely be calling on him again. A+ job!

We did not know at the time, but I did notice that our baseboard looked like a machine hit it our something. They sent someone out right away and let me know that our baseboard absorbed some water. They saw the baseboard and sent someone out to repair the baseboard and paint it. It was an unexpected thing and I don’t feel it was there fault. They were very positive and let us know they would fix it. They were also very prompt about it. I would defiantly us them again!

They didn't have any available weekend slots (understandable with this special's expiration coming up soon), so I arranged to work from home for the day. One thing I liked was my ability to email to make my appointment. The arrival slot was supposed to be from 2 to 4 pm, and I was told several times that the technician would call me 30 minutes before their arrival. By 3:45 pm with no phone call, I called the office and was told that they had recently had a "system crash", which apparently had erased my appointment. It appears they hadn't had time to go back through their email to reconstruct their calendar. They checked with their technicians, and called me back to say that someone would come out in 30-40 minutes. Shortly before 5 pm, they showed up. From that point, the appointment went well. The technician was professional, prompt, and efficient. Our wall-to-wall carpeting is ancient and in bad shape, so I had another fee added for extra TLC to the high-traffic areas (this was not optional, it's something based on the technician's judgment). They were able to get out most of the newer stains & spots, and there was no residual chemical smell. By the next morning, everything was dry and I could put my furniture back. My rating is a mix, because the technician at my house was great, and my issues were more with the corporate office and the issues with their system. I see the provider response, and I do apologize, I did get the name of the provider wrong. The provider was Citywide Cleaning Services.

I bought the $139 special on-line from Angie's List. Due to my work schedule, I made the appointment with Jon several weeks in advance. I was called the day before as a reminder. I requested the additional services of a stairway and extra pet treatment. Jon and another young man arrived within the time window and it was completed within about two hours, quicker than I had expected. Before he left, Jon said to call if any of the stains worked their way back up to the carpet surface, that they would come back free of charge, to spot clean, if needed. They did a great job and I would call this company again and also refer friends. Thank you, Jon.
