I unknowingly used a washcloth that had benzoyl peroxide on it to clean two spots on my carpet. The result was two very pink, bleached out spots on my gray carpet that were 5-6 inches in size. I contacted Jon Brundsdon the next day and he got back to me almost immediately. I sent him pictures of the spots as well as another small spot that had been bleached out by bleach by the previous owner. He said he thought he might be able to dye those spots. He came out the next week, tested a small spot, said the carpet would accept treatment and went to work. It took over 2 hours but the results are amazing. You cannot see the spots and my carpet is saved. I am so happy with the outcome. The entire upstairs is carpeted in the same carpet and the areas that were bleached were in the entrance to the bonus room and in the hallway. Because the carpet is older, I don't think we could have replaced those areas with a piece of carpet from a closet as it would have been darker. By being able to bleach these spots instead of having to replace the carpet, I saved time, money and the hassle of finding new carpeting. Jon was so professional in getting back to me, showing up on time and getting the work done in the time he said he would. I highly recommend Custom Solutions Carpet Care.

turned out BeauTiFuL! - 2 very nice guys arrived on time & using a hand held tool worked very meticulously for approx 90 min - smells WoNDerFuL, too!

He managed to get all the spots out of my carpet and actually made it look better than the day I moved in. I will definitely tell people that the service was great and the value was great as well!!

Custom Solutions Carpet Care was professional and courteous. They came in and did the rooms we requested, as well as our stairs. We were expecting that the stairs would be an additional cost, but because 2 of the rooms were actually one extended room (a living/dining combo), they went ahead and threw the stairs in with the cost of the deal. Fast, quality work.
