Custom Solutions Carpet Care

I used them a month or so after it was purchased. It was excellent.

They did a great job! On time, polite & professional, and a good price. They removed some old, bad stains and my carpet looks almost like new (it's 20 yrs. old!).

They showed up when they said they would. They didn't just go through motions but were conscientious. They communicated well and I would use them again. There was no pressure to purchase additional services.

We left a key for the cleaner to let himself in and out so we weren't there while the service was going on. We checked the next day and everything looked very good. The only problem was there was still a little dog smell in one room, but it was much better than it had been. It also get better as the carpet dried and the room aired out a bit. I would use Custom Carpet Solutions in my own home and recommend them.

Their prices are fair. The person I work with is very professional. He arrived early for the appointment. I was very happy with their service and the results. I would certainly use them again in the future and they are my preferred company.

The contractor came out and his process was not a steam cleaning which we required. They were very understanding on the entire situation.

David and Jon arrived at the scheduled time. They put booties over their shoes and came in to look over the job. They asked about our cats and dog as to be sure that they did not get scared and run out the door. They brought in their equipment and went right to work. They moved furniture and vacuumed the carpet with a super vacuum. After that Jon started to clean the carpet with their machine. Then after Jon was done, David used a carpet rake. They put the furniture up on plastic blocks. These can be removed after carpet is completely dry. The carpet was pretty dry after they finished. They were very friendly and professional. They were punctual, Called ahead of time to tell me that they were on their way. They got here looked over the rooms, asked if there were specific stains i was worried about. They cleaned the rooms and moved small furniture. They couldnt get some stains and told me why. Overall great job performed.

The price is great for four rooms, (or three and a hallway or stairs). Was disappointed that there were still a few stains that they didn't treat, left on the carpet. The carpets were clean, and so it was worth the price, but thought they could've treated the stains. One of the workers was texting while he was cleaning, (which I don't really care about), but that was the room that had a couple stains that were missed.

Everything went very well. They showed up on time, did a good job, spent extra effort on the pet stains, and did light moving of furniture. The price for the extra work I requested was reasonable. I would definitely hire Custom Solutions again.

I didn't believe my carpets could be cleaned as well as Custom Solutions did them. My carpet is over 15 years old and has only been professionally cleaned once. There was heavy deep almost black tracks in the high traffic areas and many, many spots; one that I was sure couldn't be removed. I am thrilled with the results. The men that came to the house were on time, professional, and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to anyone and intend to use their services again when I need another cleaning.

Custom Solutions arrived on time and protected the floors while getting equipment set up. The cleaner did a wonderful job on our dining room, family room, and living room carpet, and then cleaned two area rugs. The carpets looked great after. The service was quick and easy and I had an Angie's List coupon so the price was great. I will definitely hire them again!

I think that everything went very well. They arrived on time and went right to work. It took about an hour for them to complete the cleaning. This was done using a coupon from Angie's List. The coupon was $119.00 and because I had a larger carpet, I was charged an extra $45.00, which I thought was reasonable.

It went well. They vacuumed and then cleaned my carpets. I was surprised they did not have a van powered extractor. They had a circular buffing system that supposedly wicks dirt up. The carpets looked and smelled much better when they were done. I might use them again, however I would rather have a company that has van powered suction.
