Although it took a second message to get a return call, an appointment was made and the guys arrived early in the 2-hour window. They worked quickly and I was very pleased with the results. Since I was given a price by phone based on my description, I should have paid more since I didn't give enough information (the Living Room actually included a Dining Area). But there was no increase in the price plus I had an Angie's first time discount so it was a very good deal.

Great service! He arrived on time, did a great job, got out a few tough stains. The carpet looked almost like new when he was done.

They 're awesome. The problem I have is that their location is not good for me. They did the work a couple months ago and I spent a total of $150 because I paid another $30 for them to clean one of my area rugs. They're extremely thorough and good at what they do. I got embedded dalmatian dog hair in my carpet which is impossible to get out and they got it done. They're extremely professional and really nice to work with.

John (?owner) was kind enough to extend the "deal" for me since we couldn't find a mutually convenient service They came out today right on time and finished the 4 rooms in under 2 hours. They did a great job, although they were unable to get a couple of (big) stains out. So that was disappointing, but I think they were just especially tough stains, and had been in the carpet a little too long. The rest of the carpet looks nice and is almost dry, 3 hours later. I would use them again!

Jon is always punctual and professional. I have used CSCC three or four times now and I am always thrilled with the results. Jon is careful and thorough and doesn't try to up-sell, not does he charge for mileage or drive time. Carpets are sparkling clean and dry in no time. I can rely on Jon to do the best possible job. They were fabulous. I've had many people clean my carpets but these guys did by far the best most thorough job of anyone. I had 4 rooms done, 2 sets of stairs, a bonus room and a hallway. Price very reasonable.
