They showed up right when they said they would, friendly and professional, took my coupon without reservation, did not inconvenience me in the least, and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. They did a good job. The rug was over ten years old and really needed the work. But their price was high, and they did not tell me they were going to charge me to pick it up at my house and I didn't ask. (It was a $45 fee.) If the rug was more valuable I would have felt better about the expense.

I was truly pleased and impressed. I'd hired companies like Stanley Steamer in the past and got mediocre results. Spots would reappear after some time and carpet seemed wetter than normal. Jon was extremely pleasant and professional during our initial conversation/consultation. He explained the process and the pricing and asked questions to give me a solid estimate which he did not waver from. He entered the home and immediately removed his shoes. He was careful with entering with his equipment and efficiently vacuumed and cleaned all of my rather large areas of carpet without leaving much moisture at all. There were a couple of stains from my German Shepherd that I was unable to previously remove. They vanished and are still gone. In addition, he cleaned my white couch, which I had thought was uncleanable, and restored it to a like-new condition. He was in and out quickly with excellent results and answered ALL of my questions politely and professionally.
Description of Work: Jon at Custom Solutions Carpet Care came in with, what looked like, high-end space-aged, carpet cleaning equipment. He cleaned every room in our rather large home. Living, dining, family, bedrooms, and hallways. Jon first vacuumed all of our carpets then used a carpet cleaning device to complete the actual restoration and deep cleaning of our carpets. In addition, Jon hand removed certain spots from our German Shepherd and used a different device to clean my white fabric couch.
