When they called I described what I wanted done, ie steamcleaning with deodorizing not so important, they didn't need to move large pieces of furniture,but that we did have foot traffic dirt. They came on time, were very professional and did quite a thorough job.

He was prompt to respond to my request. Provided a quote over email and we scheduled the service over email. He was right on time, very respectful of my family and property. He worked hard to get the dog smell out of the carpet and did a fantastic job. Seriously, we've had that rug cleaned a couple of times previously by other companies and it's never been so clean. John did a great job! Would highly recommend him!

The job was highly professional from the appointment, time set, arrival, and great care taken in completing this job.

We were getting married Feb. 10th so wanted our carpets cleaned when family arrived. We set a date for the cleaning and then had to reschedule when another appointment interfered. Don was so gracious about our needing to reschedule, and assured us that the carpets would be completely dry in plenty of time before family began to arrive. Actually, the carpets could be walked on later the day they were cleaned. They look fabulous. We will definitely have them again!

The service was exemplary. The two owner/operators arrived on time, worked quickly, performed a thorough cleaning which included carpeted stairs. They were very cognizant of precleaning spots. Carpet was dry after 4 hours. The carpet looks and feels wonderful.

The contractor was prompt and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet for the agreed on price with no extras. He cleaned some extremely stained places without extra fees or even any discussion of extra fees. (My experience with other contractors has been that they use the coupon to get in the door and then nit-pick every stained place as requiring extra work.) He went to the extra trouble to put special pads under the feet of all the pieces of furniture that had to be put back on the carpet to prevent the slightly damp carpet from staining from the wood feet.

Arrived on time, worked quickly but thoroughly (donned booties every time they entered the house), really nice fellows. The cleaning is excellent and they use a low-water technique so everything is dry in a couple hours!

Custom Solutions came on time and were very professional. The owner and a worker came in and finished in about 4 hours. They took out stains that previous carpet cleaning services could not get out. Best carpet cleaning ever.

They did a great job and I would totally recommend them! Don't have anything else to add beyond what I described in the previous section.

They did a good job and answered all my questions. But here again there was no follow through so I could book them again. I would use them again but can never remember their name.

Contacted Jon Brunsdon the weekend after Thanksgiving requesting carpet cleaning the following week. Even with such short notice Jon was able to work us into their schedule. We had used them last year and were pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work, so that is why we called them this year. On the day the work was to be performed Jon called me and said they would be an hour late - not a problem and nice to get notification. They showed up (two man team), performed the work efficiently and professionaly for the quoted rate (a great deal, I think). We have four dogs, so the carpet had numerouse pet stains. Jon went over the entire room very thoroughly and I was surprised at how well the stains came out. I highly recommend Custom Solutions and will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to my friends.

I was very impressed with their level of professionalism. They were able to come out and clean the carpets in a timely manner, the did the job well, and when they noticed I owned several Persian rugs, offered to clean them for an excellent price. I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again.

They did a great job. I called them on Monday and was able to set up an appointment time for Tuesday, which was very fast. They gave me a two hour window. They were supposed to call me when they were on their way since it is an empty rental and no one is on site. I arrived around 2pm because I had another service also being performed at the same time for my garage door and found they were already on site. So they didn't call before hand like they said, but other than that, they did a fantastic job. All the spots were out of the carpet. It was a two man team and I think it took them less than an hour. I was impressed with how clean the carpets were and with how quickly they were done. They wore shoe covers so as not to create a mess on my other floors or on the carpet. The price was just right. I had called around to other places who wanted to charge $3-7 per stair. That is crazy. Custom Carpet Solutions quoted me a price over the phone and gave me the Angie's discount so the price I paid was with a $30 discount. Even without the discount they were better priced and more competitive than other places. I will definitely use them next time!

David arrived when he said he would. We have white carpeting and he wore booties to do the cleaning. He was able to get some spots up that we had not been able to. Very friendly and professional. Have recommend him to friends and would definately have him back again.

Excellent service and results. Came on time. I was impressed that there were two workers with equipment and vacuuming/prep was a part of the job. And I appreciate that they looked at the overall house and dealt with some spot treatments needed. I also like that there was no residual strong smell and the carpet was not too wet.

They were very flexible with finding a time that worked for me, they were also very professional. They arrived on time, pretreated the carpet, ensured that something was placed under the feet of the furniture and then began steam cleaning the carpet. It looks good and they did a better job than what I could do myself. I will ask them back again.
