Description of Work: I used an Angies list coupon last month to have my rugs cleaned. Two men from Custom Solutions came at the appointed time and cleaned my rugs as I had requested when I made the appointment. When I asked for extra service they responded positively and prompt. Clean up was efficient and good. I would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: This was going to be my very first purchase from Angie's list, and I'm really disappointed in the outcome that it didn't work and now I', 5 days later in the process to get my carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: They did a great job of getting stains out of the carpet and cleaning the carpet. Would have rated the company A but they ripped my baseboards in one room and did not tell me about it, so I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: Cleaned several rooms of carpet and one rug. There has been a "cleaner" smell in the run we've not been able to get rid of. The rug has been removed from the house since. Other areas cleaned have been fine. Not the best, not the worst- for the price (short of the rug) I'm satisfied.

Description of Work: I signed up for their Angie's List Big Deal. I opted for the green cleaning option. They showed up on the day we agreed upon, at the time we agreed upon, did their work professionally and left. They didn't try to upsell me or suggest other products or services. They did exactly what they said they would and they did it really well. The carpet looked great! I'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Custom Carpet Care I had carpets cleaned in 4 rooms, a very long hallway and a set of stairs; (14). $230.00. They called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. They thoroughly vacuumed the carpets before hand., and did some preliminary spot/stain removal. The Company I had used before said that vacuuming was not necessary. They got out all but one small red stain. They cleaned many spots and areas the last company could not remove. I wasvery pleased with the their professionalism and hard work. Description of Work: Jon and partner vacuumed and then thoroughly cleaned our carpets even in corners and under beds. Very impressed. Fair on price too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
