They did an estimate and advised me of the sale they had on a more expensive type of fencing. Very nice and professional. Once selected, they fixed a date, and showed up on that date to rip out the old fence, and put in the posts for the new one. They mentioned there would be a break between putting in the posts and doing the rest of the work, but didnt mention it would be a week. Still, they came back in a week, finished the fence, and everything was great.

After a windstorm when a tree fell and crushed a section of our fence, I called several fence companies to get an estimate for repair. City Wide indicated they were busy with work, but indicated they would come out within 2 weeks for an estimate and would call first to confirm. Jim Anderson called within that timeframe and arrived on schedule to provide the estimate. Jim asked if I wanted to schedule the repair, and I told him I was having trouble with getting a tree removal firm to cut up and remove the downed tree so the fence could be repaired. Jim offered a referral, and helped me get a fair price and good service from a tree service as well. We scheduled the work to be completed in the next calendar week. Two workers arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly to repair the fence, including duplicating a lattice feature on top of the rail. I'll use them again when this fence needs to be replaced in the future.

A great experience. Knowledgeable estimator (free estimate), handled our change of plans over the phone and promptly sent us a new estimate. The crew arrived on the week scheduled for the tear out. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and set the posts, then put up the fence the following week as scheduled. Friendly, polite, and respectful of the neighbors. I would recommend them to anyone!

To begin, the representative, Michael O'Toole, was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. His experience and knowledge both enhanced his personality, which in turn made my wife and I comfortable with his suggestions. At the same time, we were assured that we could get anything we wanted in a fence. The actual teams that performed the work were great. They were on-time, ready to work, and very courteous. I received rave compliments from all the neighbors on the fence. The construction is prefect. I feel great paying this bill and look forward to using this company again in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Michal O'Toole, the representative, is personable and very knowledgeable. He gave an accurate estimates and was helpful with suggestions on how to best address my situation. The work crews were prompt and did an excellent job of installation.

I called up City Wide Fence [referral from my neighbor]. They came within the same week to give me a bid and finished the whole project within 1 1/2 weeks. Since the fence has been put up, I got several positive responses from neighbors and walkers, one even knocked just this weekend on the door asking with which company I did my fencing. I guess that says everything about the look.

ORIGINALLY, FENCE PLACED WAY TO HIGH ABOVE GROUND IN MANY PLACES TO ACTUALLY SERVE AS AN ANIMAL BARRIER. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY CHEERFULLY DID RETURN AND LOWER THE FENCE. LATER, WITHIN A FEW MONTHS, I FOUND THAT SOME OF THE SUPPORT POSTS HAD WARPED, AND THE CHEAPLY DEVISED LOCKING DEVISE ON ONE OF THE GATES HAD FAILED.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY THEN DESIGNED A FENCE. THIS WAS A PROJECT WE SHARED WITH A NEIGHBOR, THE COMPANY COMPUTED THE DIFFERENCE IN SHARED COSTS. PROJECT BUILT ON SCHEDULE AND TO OUR DESIGN.
