Perfectly and timely!
Description of Work: We had a water leak on our new hardwood floors. The team at Bales was very responsive and brought in all the necessary machines to save our floors. We thought we were going to have replace them but Bales restored them to perfect condition.

Steve was an awesome person to deal with. He described in detail what we could expect through the whole process and kept his word. The technicians were very professional and attentive to my needs. The office staff was also very professional and courteous. When they scheduled service calls, they kept the appointments.
Description of Work: I had water damage (dishwasher leak) on the main floor affecting walls, flooring, & the crawlspace below. Bales extracted water, set up drying equipment, and monitored every other day or so.
