Went very well and in 2015 when I had roof replaced called them to paint ends of wood that was exposed when some gutters were removed, and they did it under warranty. Good surprise !

Well - finished sooner than anticipated.

More expensive than other painters but definitely worth it. Job was more complex and took longer than anticipated. But Twin City employees all were responsive, professional and intent on our satisfaction. Adam, Ivan and Mark were an excellent team.

Excellent service. The crew was friendly and very pleasant to work with. On time everyday and stayed until 8pm. I'm more than pleased with their work.

The job was top notch. It was completely done to my satisfaction from start to finish. The workers were very polite and professional and their work was excellent. They are careful and experience painters. They arrived on time every day, kept the area clean, inspected their work and checked with me throughout on details. Adam, Kyle, Anton and Robert - I could not ask for better professionals to work on my house. they did not even complain when the UPS guy left a footprint in the threshold paint - nor when I did the same! Thank you very much Twin City! Also, Sarah, the color consultant was very helpful guiding me to a color that was right for my house. She arrived ready to paint designated samples 3 times and consoled me when I panicked as the painting began! She was very knowledgeable about colors, ligat, etc. and is an asset to the company. I liked her down to earth manner. And I appreciate your having a carpenter available to fix the dry rot on my side garage door frame. Only thing would make things extremely perfect - having someone help me choose exterior lights and house numbers and get those installed. I appreciate your work and am happy to choose Twin City. Excellent, Garrett and Grant did a great job, kept area clean, very thorough and considerate.

Crew did a great job prep house and trim.

They were excellent, run over everything and their attention to detail were superior. They were here on time, and did the job in timely manner and they were very professional and one young man came back, there were some things need to be done, his name is Mark. They were just excellent. We were extremely satisfied. I would use this provider again in the future.

The company sent out a color consultant which was very helpful. Painters were very good and kept paint from getting on my new deck. Some minor calking needed to be done at the end but they did a great job overall.

House was washed and then painted. Dakota and Francisco worked very hard in a friendly professional way. They finished on time. I used them from 8/11/2014.

It went very well indeed. The painters (and their supervisor) arrived punctually with all their equipment and began work immediately. They worked quickly and neatly and finished on schedule. The same two painters were on the job from start to finish. I was well pleased with their work and cooperative attitude. At the completion of the job, they cleaned up and left the work site in very good shape.

This is an excellent company! Very professional from the start of project until finished. I wouldn't hesitate to refer to anyone.

Took several calls at first to coordinate starting but once they were here, the actual painters - Ryan & Anton - were friendly, professional, on time, and worked incredibly hard. They did a fantastic job!

Excellent. Working with Twin City was very easy and helpful. Everything encountered took time to fully explain the charges and work to be done and completed. Ian did an outstanding job of working with us and with his crew. All crew members were courteous, friendly and hardworking. Russell did an equally great job for Ian when Ian was away. John and Brent were hard working and friendly.

This is a long story that ends well. A year ago, a Twin Cities crew was assigned to paint our neighbor's home. But on their first day out, they painted a wall of our home instead. Of course, when they learned of the error, they were horrified. After some discussion, Twin Cities agreed to repaint not only that wall, but the entire home because one freshly painted wall on an older home would stand out if left to itself. It was late in the year, so we waited until this year (June 2014) to have the job done. Step-by-step, the job was managed in great detail and very professionally. We started with color matching and found exactly the right shade. The crew was a friendly bunch, very meticulous. Every aspect of the job was discussed; we were consulted about everything where there was a decision to be made. Although Twin Cities was doing this work at no charge to us, because of their original error, we felt it would be wrong to accept that amount of work and quality uncompensated. So we paid a portion of what would have been the full cost of the job. OK, we're not perfect. Twin Cities does great work. Our house looks great.

The finished project looks good and I believe the durability will also be good. All surfaces were hand painted and I believe this provided better coating and less mess. The crew was friendly and easy to talk to. There were several small areas that were initially painted a different color than I had originally specified but they cheerfully repainted these when I pointed it out.

High quality paint job by 2 crafts men completed in one week. Will recommend this to anyone willing to pay the price.

They assisted us in finding new outdoor paint colors. They patched, scraped and prepped all outdoor surfaces with precision. They hand painted the house thoroughly. Work was timely, professional, and thorough. In the end, they inspected the house with us and addressed any concerns. Approximately 2 weeks after completing the job there was one area of our house that had some minor bubbling. They immediately scraped, primed and fixed the area. No delay. Paint job looks fantastic! Their price was a little higher than others, but, well worth the extra for a detailed and professional job + a 7 year warranty. We recommend them highly.

Unusually Sept rainy weather blew this project out of the water. This company was extremely professional in returning my deposits and allowing me to pull out. I hope to get them back here in the spring.

They were very professional all along in the process, from prepwork to the final details. The job site was totally cleaned up each evening. Although they are spendy I would use them again and heartily recommend them.
