The color expert was helpful. We expected coverage of roof and found paint drips on roof and patio surfaces. Poor cleanup noted. Poor coverage in spots needing touch up. Was not informed of dry rot until last day of painting. I felt the price was high for the quality.

They did a very good job. The hand brushing is much better than spraying. I wanted a oil based stain and they found one. It got brushed into the wood. They did not need to mask the Windows which was nice. The two college kids did a very good job getting every square inch of the house. The pressure washer also did a good job.

They kept us well informed, worked around our schedule, and were always on time I’ve had many other contactors who kept me in the dark, and did not show or grossly missed their schedule.

All the painters arrived on time and painted all the areas beautifully. They worked consistently and without a complaint or problems. They were cheerful and did a good job on all the places. The outcome was very good and I am pleased with the performance of all involved with the job.

Excellent! Prompt, thoughtful and professional. Estimating was on the nose and thorough - walked us through the entire process that they would execute to paint our house. Sent out a color consultant to help pick the color. Paint crew was polite, thorough, cleaned up after themselves every day, came back and painted down spouts after the gutters were installed (all outlined in our bid).

Excellent. Good tips about color and paint brand. The prep was effective without damaging the 32 year old siding. The paint selected saturated the siding and looks like it will protect beyond the 7 year guaranteed period. Follow up on questions and requests were action-oriented and satisfactory.

I didn't find Twin City Painting through Angie's List but I'm happy to write a review anyway. They recently painted my house and carport and I'm very pleased with their work. Over half of the work was cleaning, scraping and prep work before the paint. I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was meticulously done by hand--no spraying or shortcuts. I didn't have to wait forever to get on the schedule and, once they started, everyone worked 12 hour days until it was done. Everything was neat and clean and they worked with all the shortcomings of an older house. They also were friendly and patient with all my requests. You might find a cheaper paint job but probably not a better one. I would hire them again in a minute and I'm sure I'd get the same value for the money.

Our two painters arrive at 8:00 am each day and worked diligently until actually 8:00 pm each day. They cleaned up and put their equipment away. They were polite, respectful and went the extra mile by installing new screen clips on our windows that work unaccessible to us.

We were very pleased with the whole experience we received from Twin City. Everyone we dealt was professional and pleasant. They were on site when they said they would be. They cleaned up after each day's work. The work was carefully done - no slopping on the window trim or on plants. The work completed was accurately represented on the proposal. The crew foreman stopped by the job each day and spent time reviewing the work performed by the crew - this gave us a lot of confidence in their management of the job as well as in their desire to complete a quality project.

Very good work by skilled, courteous and professional crew

Ian came out and gave me an estimate. The next step was the pressure washing. I don't remember her name but she helped with the colors and ordered the paint. Three men did the painting; they did a beautiful job. They cleaned up and put things back when the were finished. I would hire them again in a minute.

We had a very good experience with this company. They were professional, competent, and considerate. After signing the contract, our first contact was with their color consultant who came to our house to determine what colors we wanted and the quantity of paint necessary. Our next contact was when the cleaning crew came and hand scrubbed the services to be painted followed by with pressure rinsing. About two weeks later, the two painters arrived. They estimated that the painting would take three days, although it was completed in slightly less time. They worked diligently and with care. They requested that we inspect what had been completed at the end of each day and any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Twin City Painting is pricey, but we feel that we received good value for the money and appreciate their 7 year guarantee. We would use their services again.
