The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. After initially speaking with some other outfits that never got back to us or did not show or call for their scheduled appts it was refreshing to work with a group with conscientious, communicative, customer oriented people. After discovering a switched outlet his guys installed didn't work, I asked him to fix it. Three different times he promised to do so and no-showed. Finally after several months of this he simply stopped responding. Cost me $630 to have Shocking Difference fix the shoddy work but at least they did it right. Don't be like me, check this guy out at https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/ before hiring him for anything. You can see any contractor's violations there. I wish I had checked first."
