+ -1 moreSaved me the whole trip and cost with a clarifying phone call. Learned that the problem was the outlet was a half hot. Would 100% dial them again for any other issues, based on their desire to keep the homeowners costs in mind for when services are purely needed. For sure 5 stars.
Description of Work: Was having outlet issues with a new disposal. TLdr the outlet was a half hot for the dishwasher and I needed to plug it into the other socket. But they called and walked me thru it before even charging for the on site fee. So saved me 500 dollars. They could have just gone and collected that fee for an easy job, but they really do have owners in mind.
