Here in this wondrous town we are able to enjoy all of the luxuries of the Spokane Valley, and we all feel a sense of community in our tight-knit neighborhoods. Unfortunately, pests in this area seem to share the same sense of camaraderie, and tend to band together when infesting the walls of your home. But whether they reside on the beautiful MeadowWood Golf Course, within the halls of Liberty Lake Elementary, or deep within the foundation of your house, here at Pointe Pest Control we are dedicated to ridding them from our quaint town so we can all prosper together in our pest-free life.

Description of Work: Spraying for pests inside and outside of a house we had just purchased. The home had sat empty for over a year so it had a lot of spiders and ants. Pointe Pest control came the day after I called and treated our house. They came back 30 days later and treated again because the infestation was so great. We haven't had any further issues.

Description of Work: They sprayed for carpenter ants both outside on some railroad ties that are by the lawn, and inside where they have a nest in one area. In addition, they sprayed the bottom of all inside walls, including those that aren't against the exterior wall. They also sprayed the outside foundation walls, the underneath of the roof, and the doorway areas including the garage. Our house, garage, workshop is about 4,300 sq ft. They also sprayed an 80 sq ft shed. We purchased a one year contract for the price. | |The person who came to spray was very friendly, did his work quickly and professionally, and explained why he was using different chemicals in some areas.
