Description of Work: We took advantage of Angie's "Big Deal" for a consultation on a bathroom remodel. Adam stood us up on his first scheduled visit then came a half hour early for a rescheduled visit. We gave him our ideas about what we were interested in doing in a bathroom remodel and he said he would get back to us in a couple weeks. That was over a month ago and we still have not had a sit down consultation with estimates for the remodel. Adam was clearly overbooked because of the "Big Deal" and should have told us up front he would not be able to give us a consultation in a timely fashion. When we asked for a refund, Adam's wife told us we needed to go through Angie's List to get our refund. Angie seems reluctant to refund our money so Angie's List gets a D on this project as well. One would expect quality customer service from both the "provider" and Angie as well.

Description of Work: Fixed leak...no charge. Set up future appt. for misc plumbing items I would like addressed for approx. $700.00. |Excellent communication, and professionalism.

Description of Work: Was never able to arrange for plumber to come. Several emails and phone calls later, he did not come whern he said, and then I could not get a hold of them.

Description of Work: Adam's Plumbing did all the rough-in for our house remodel. In addition, they put in a sump system and installed all the plumbing fixtures. Adam is a genuine, non-alarmist who gives you his honest opinion about what should be done. He doesn't automatically go to the most costly solution. We trust him and his crew to fix any of our plumbing needs.
