These guys are a SCAM and a JOKE! They overcharged me for something they GUARANTEED they had fixed. One week later, my bathroom is still leaking! I called them to get them back out here to fix it and they will show up sometime this week at their convenience! Do NOT use these guys. I paid them in full. They just took off with my money and didnt do the job! Angie's List should be ashamed to have these guys on here! Total SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Adam's Plumbing contacted me by phone and provided the most reasonable estimate of the cost of the required work of over 5 other providers. They arrived right on time and I quickly learned that it would also be necessary to replace an adjacent pressure relief valve in order to remove the shut off valve. This bumped the estimate quite a bit but the work was done without delay (including a trip to get the parts) and to my complete satisfaction. There was minimal "mess" which was cleaned up as part of the job.

Very professional and prompt!. Provided suggestions for access holes in walls, ceiling and floors. They worked with our contractor on location and size of openings and scheduling. Our project was 2 phased so we had at least one working bathroom at all times, as a result they had to schedule 2-3 different dates to complete all the work. Helped find replacement parts for valves and fixtures that would match with what we had. On time and great communication via phone, email, text and in person, both the owner and his plumber and his office staff! I rated pricing as excellent, I only had 3 other plumbers ( out of 7) respond to my inquires, so I don't have a broad spectrum on cost. In our opinion, well worth the cost!

Came out on 8/22 as scheduled but we've not heard anything from them since. Moving on to another company.

Work was performed efficiently and effectively. I appreciate the professional way that Adam's Plumbing approaches the work.

If you are looking for a plumber, your first and only call should be Adams Plumbing & Fire Systems. When they came out to give us a quote, he did not try to upsell us on anything and even told us he wouldn't waste our money when I asked about replacing other pipes. They call when they say they'll call, they were here when they said they would be. In the original estimate I was told the job would take 1 - 1 1/2 days, they were done in a half day. If I hadn't been here to see them I would have never known they were here because they cleaned up after themselves and even shut the side gate after they were finished so the dogs wouldn't get out. They even stayed within the estimate and didn't try to nickel and dime me for "unexpected issues"... and most important EVERYTHING WORKS and they checked everything to make sure before they left. My experience with them from beginning to end was top notch.

Adam was great to work with and even helped me with my decision on which toilet via email which was areal timesaver. We had a 34 year old toilet back up and overflow which wound up not being able to get back in working order. We had Adam's and another plumber come out to assess the situation and give us a bid. Not only did the other plumber charge us a service fee for his trip out, but his prices were considerably higher than Adam's. Adam's did not charge a service fee for the assessment and had fair pricing for the toilet and install. Both Adam and the plumber who did the install were cordial, helpful, and prompt. We will definitely use them again as we work through our remodel. Happy we found them!

Mostly well. few warranty issues on dishwasher install, misplaced valves, poor response on finishing some jobs

Installation went fine; does things right; but not always doing the right thing; responsiveness to do follow up warranty work less than reliable and slow to respond. At times Adam is argumentative and opinionated albeit a very nice person. So long as things are fine there is no problem. His crew is great to work with but not always on the same page with their boss and scheduling.

Very well. I'm grateful. Will have Adam back out to install a filter system.

They left the area clean and it took a couple of weeks.

I called for service at about 9AM and they had me scheduled and were at my door before noon. Quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly completed the work. Turned out the toilet had been improperly set and an incorrect pvc elbow installed by previous owner or installer. Fixed it and cleaned up after the work was done. Great job and service.

Provider did not reply to my request for information. I assume they don't want to have new customers contact them. Go somewhere else.

Adam and his crew were simply great to work with. He and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were respectful of our property. We called them back a few times to do some additional work and they really went out of their way to work us into their schedule. Because of their high quality of workmanship, we will be using them again this summer to work on updating another one of our apartments.

Adam came out, gave us a bid. Was very punctual and friendly! I called the office to schedule an appointment to have the work done, a few days later Adam was here and had the job done in no time and now the faucet works great! We've found a new plumber that we like really well and will use in the future if needed.

The owner came out to do the estimate and it was exactly the amount they stated to me. They came out the next day and was done within a couple of hours.

I wanted to use them but they never responded to any of my inquiries I left a message to the Angie's list email and called twice and left messages on the office phone I never heard back from them Maybe they didn't get the messages I don't know for sure either way I had someone else do some of the work and bulk of it I did it myself on the weekend

Had leaking water pipes above water heater, Adam came out, gave quote, had his men come out and complete the job 2 days later. He knew I needed the job done ASAP because I was without hot water due to water heater failing and causing all kinds of water damage. The men came out 10 minutes early, Adam said the job would take about 1.5 hours and that is what it took, I think they finished 5 minutes early. Everything looked great, although I discovered a few days later that one of the new pipe joints was slightly wet, everyday I wiped it and the next day again it was slightly wet. Called Adam, told him what was going on, he sent the same plumber out again, of course the pipe was not wet on this particular day when I showed the plumber but he played it safe and resoldered the joint, have not seen a wet spot since. Excellent job, plumbers were very friendly, gave me plumbing tips on other things I was going to do myself, Adam did too when I spoke to him. Great job,

They came out and take a look at several little jobs I wanted done and then gave me a bid. They came and did the work. They did the work shortly after I bought the inspection. They were all small jobs. We had ordered some stoppers and the people that came out could not make them work and they ended up putting an inferior brand. The price was okay. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time.

The job was done on short notice, on the day requested within the price range expected. Very professional.

He looked at my sinks and my whole situation. He also went out and looked at my roof and gave me some suggestions of things I could do to the vents that might help the situation. I'm in the process of completing all of his suggestions and when i'm done, if I'm still having problems I'll call them to come out and get things fixed. I have total confidence in their professionalism.

The consultation was fine. The interaction with them was fine. He was on time. We both came to a mutual agreement if when he should come and he did come. The quality of consultation was good.

I haven't made a decision on the issues yet.

This company has no value of their customers? personal time. I scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance trying to get their earliest 8 AM time slot. I moved my morning work meetings on this day and canceled summer camp bus pick up for the kids.to accommodate this appointment. On the day of the appointment instead of showing up right on schedule I received a call from the company notifying me about other appointment that they had on this day!and the shift of my appointment time by 2 hours! Very professional isn't? As result I was forced to cancel appointment and will seek for refund from Angies list. For my opinion this company should spend more time in the small courts to start evaluating and respecting their customers? personal time.

They came out and gave us a VERY high bid so we told them not to do the work. We later had the work done for half the price they quoted us.
