The company was very responsive to our initial request for service and set a time up for the next Friday - one week from the phone call to schedule. On the day before the appointment, they called to reschedule and moved us to the next Wednesday. On the day before, they again called to reschedule. The customer service agent was very kind and offered a refund and a referral as soon as she called the second time. She did not hassle me or encourage me to wait for another appointment. Since the service needed was for a running toilet, I took the refund and worked with another plumber who could come that day. I understand that this is a small company in Marysville, but it seems that they over stretched by creating this coupon. I also did not realize until three weeks into the scheduling issues that they were located so far north. Since my house is in west Seattle, about a 45 minute drive south in no traffic, it would have been nice if they had mentioned the location early on or in the coupon notice so that I could have made a different choice.

Jason explained very clearly what the problem was. He was on time, very professional, friendly and helpful. Based on his diagnosis, I decided to fix the problem myself. I would definitely recommend them.

We contacted Adam's Plumbing & Fire systems. They returned our call, but were booked up for a couple of weeks. We needed service right away.

Adam's Plumbing offered a Big Deal, I bought it in order to get a leaking faucet fixed, and 3 days later I received my first email via Angie's List system to ask what I wanted done. Each email from Adam's took at least a day for them to answer (and I only got 1 email per day, never emails back and forth during a single day). Over the course of 10 days we finally got around to scheduling. I had even taken a picture of the faucet and sent it to them via an email. I gave several times availability during the first week they had available(3 weeks out), and didn't hear back for 3 business days. When I finally called them, the gal who does the scheduling had computer troubles, and said they're swamped with business since the Big Deal. Available times were now another week out - and arrival times in Seattle had to be between 10am to 2pm. At this point, I decided to get a refund, as they were unable to schedule a visit in a timely fashion, or "first thing in the morning" or "late in the day" as requested.

They were on time to the job, completed the job quickly with excellent quality, and were courteous and professional. Their rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use their services again!

I called them and within 2 hours they had someone out to the house the same day. I was thrilled! The guys had the expansion tank added to the water heater very quickly and got everything hooked up and ready to go. They did a great job. I really appreciated that they were able to come out so quickly and on total short notice.

Adam's team do good work on plumbing and tile installation. The team was also very responsive to the mistakes made during the project. We are happy to have their help.

They came in and did the rough in for the plumbing.They had to move the tub plumbing and the shower plumbing. They are scheduled to come and finish the install in the next couple of weeks.

The service was completed today. They were a little late, which in our case was good because we were a little behind ourselves. The job took a little longer than expected, but the price stayed the same. I was impressed with there cleanliness and attention to detail. Not only did they check their work, they also check any other equipment that may have been affected. I will definitely use them again.

To start off, Our contractor understood exactly what I was asking for. Our house is old and not always the easiest to work on.The staff were prompt and cleanly. When I brought up a few other tasks; our contractor set up the additional work we needed, and also connected me up with a contractor for an electrical issue. I couldn't ask for more in a company. I felt the price was very reasonable and I'm 110% satisfied. I haven't had very good luck in the past; I finally have a company I can rave about!

The plumber was very personable. There were some challenges based on our previous plumbing compared to what he had to do. He had to do more repairs than anticipated so the appointment took longer. He overcame that well and he did a great job on the installation. He cleaned up well before he left. He educated us along the way and he was very knowledgeable.

The cost was reasonable and we had a very good experience.

We scheduled the appointment by phone and were given a quote. The workers showed up as scheduled, completed the work, and cleaned up the area. The bill was exactly as quoted. The plumbing works great and looks nice. We are very happy with Adam's response time and the work done. I will definitely call Adam's Plumbing before I would even think of calling anyone else. Their prices and service cannot be beat.

Adam and his team were nice to work with. They were on time, sufficiently quick, clean, quiet, and placements were accurate.

I waited a while to write this review because the situation was unusual and I wanted time to think about it. Adam bid for the job and I accepted his bid based on price and also the fact that he works on fire sprinklers, something which is hard to find. I also was very impressed by how knowledgeable and professional Adam was. Everything went very well with the job until there was a mishap with the sprinkler system. Adam took full responsibility, didn't pass the buck, and worked extremely hard to make things right, which he did. I really respect that. The bathroom turned out beautifully, the sprinklers are working fine and all's well that ends well.

Adam knows his trade. He quickly walked through a house I'm building and identified a dozen issues in the plumbing. He was clear about what was a real problem that should be addressed and what was just a recommended upgrade. His prices were reasonable. Our schedules didn't work out so I wasn't able to have him do the work.
