The sales representative who came to my house was knowledgeable and friendly and did a good job explaining my options and various prices. He had some samples to show me. He made phone calls to obtain a better price for me, which indicated that DaBella wanted my business. I did not feel pressured at any time. I was going to check with other companies before making a decision (I had already been visited by another company), but the price and product were good, and I recognized that this was what I wanted. The roofers were able to come a few weeks sooner than the originally estimated start date, which was good news. They were obviously knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled at roofing. The lead roofer was friendly and answered my questions. They arrived on time on the scheduled date and finished on or ahead of the estimated time expected for the job, i.e., in less than a day-and-a-half for my estimated 16 square roof. They cleaned up thoroughly. You could never tell that they were there, except for the excellent new roof on my house. A very good work ethic and professionalism. I was very pleased with the experience.

Work has not been done yet. This is a review of the sales process. Travis Robbins was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He didn't give up, even though we said we wanted to get quotes from 2 other companies. We believe he gave us a fair price for the work. I will do another review after the work has been done.
